Bought on of Jeld-Weld hurricane doors. NFRC jel-m-2. Its the sloppiest workmanship I have ever seen in a finish product. The glass frame joints had spaces of 1/16in at every joints, glue was all over the frame around the glass. Called the company and was told to go by good to clean the glue. I had to fill the cracks with calling. Very poor workmanship.

Very poor quality. Outside impact door with glass. Bought from Builders Bargain in Fort Lauderdale. They replaced the first one that was cracked in various places at delivery. The second one was installed but its warped at the bottom corner...and quite a big gap. Pictures speak for themselves. Not recommended. I have to put 1 star because zero is not possible.

Not sure what has been going on with jeld wen in the last 2 years but the quality went down hill! I always order doors and closet doors over the last 10 years .. but they changed their paint bright white satin to this ugly matte white. Every time I order a door in the last two years it comes damage, and it’s not from Home Depot it’s from the jeld wen company since its package well at least. They come dirty, chipped and poorly painted and even with missing paint in certain areas. They clearly don’t have any attention to detail anymore. Few years back they would come immaculate but that isn’t the case anymore.

I purchased an external door from the Home Depot, in March 2017. The door frame and the door side that attaches to the frame has rotted. I have been trying to get them to replace the door.. but its been a month. There customer service is not very helpful. still waiting. would not recommend buying a jeld wen door..

This is a great company, focused on customer service. Their product is top quality.I wish I would have worked with then in my prior projects.

Bought a bifold door at Home Depot that came with a damaged track. Didnt realize it until I was ready to install the door. Went through the warranty service and while the ball was dropped in the communication from the warranty department, once I was put in contact with a manager at the local distribution center, my problem was quickly solved. Like any company, I spoke with some great and not so great staff during my journey, but at the end of the day Nelson came through, above and beyond, to get my project finally finished. A big shout out to Nelson in Coral Springs. Thank you!!!

I bought a JELD-WEN impact door at Home Depot on November 1, 2013 and had it hung. I absolutely loved it until I woke up last week and saw a stress crack in the lower left-hand corner of the door. The outer layer of the impact glass cracked by itself during the night only 4 months after I purchased the $600+ door!!! When their warranty manager came out, he left a horrible feeling all around... , he refused to take responsibility for the stress crack and bluntly stated that the stress crack came from my failure to paint the door in those four months?????? dumb. Their service, lack of honesty, lack of responsibility, lack of reliability and deceitfulness is disheartening, to say the least. This has been a nightmare and I do not recommend this company.... unless, of course you want to throw away hundreds of dollars to an unreliable business.
