Very friendly! I took my computer to a drop off point in Coral Springs at some car tinting place. I was confused where to go because I thought they had a location there but they just pick up customer items there. My computer wasn’t working and they do diagnostics for free which was great because geek squad is 100 bucks. Took 2 days and they called me and confirmed it was my power supply. Costed 270 for parts and labor which was very expensive but at least they were honest. They switched it for a 500 watt power supply but at least they offer a warranty. Overall it’s a great repair shop! Just be wary on how much you are willing to spend.

Pretty disappointed to say the least! I had high hopes because of the reviews. Did they fix the computer - yes. When it came back, my laptop mousepad wouldn’t work. They say they will call you back and they never do - doesn’t matter if you speak to someone directly or if you leave a message, they never called back! You have to follow up on them constantly to know what’s going on or they will give others priority smh. Until now, my mousepad is still isn’t working and I still haven’t heard from them! It took over a week to get my laptop back. Once they get your money, it’s all down hill from there. I’m shocked there’s nothing but good reviews for this company!
