It would be a great call center if they didn’t have kids training adults 🙄.....I quit 2nd week didn’t learn anything!!

So I was looking for work and came across this place on indeed, submitted an application and was contacted by a gentleman who declined to provide me with his name, he verified my email as it was on my resume. He sent me an email to complete an online assessment, after looking at the companys website i was more confused than the call he made to me. There is nothing pertaining to what the company does or any specific job functions, not saying its a scam but if this is the way they start off with a prospective employee then I would advise everyone to stay away from this place.

Horrible call center. They have the meanest staff. This place likes to hire a big group and then choose which one will stay and they don’t have enough stations. Horrible!!

I discovered that my healthcare establishment had not put me on a payment plan like I had requested and transferred the balance to this company. The minute I was given the number I called them to attempt to pay the bill. That was on Monday 2/25/2019. I have called multiple times per day every since that point. It is now Thursday 2/28/2019. I was given 2 extensions to dial. I have tried both extensions multiple times and I have left multiple voicemails at both extensions with my name (spelled out), the phone number they can reach me at, and the nature of my call (that I want to pay a bill). I have attempted to go through the receptionist and was told that one of the extensions I was given was that of the manager and that these two people were the only people that could handle this account. From what I can see this is a poorly managed company with terrible accountability. At this point there are no less than 5 voicemails in total. Someone should be calling me back to resolve this bill. This makes me think that they are not calling me on purpose now. Perhaps I should report them to the better business bureau.

I was called in for an interview on July 10th 2019 after the interview I was told that I am hired, so I did the drug test and the background test I also then receive a paper giving me the next step information the lady that help me with the background check and drug text told me I should receive an email with the final information on the start date and schedule. A couple days later I call and inform them I have not received the email they told me I should give it a couple more days I did just that and yet again there was no response no email, after numerous phone calls and visits to the off I got a answer to come into the office to complete a assessment got to the office and this lady going to tell me I have to do the whole this again it was a waste of my time and unprofessional for them to give false hope to people. They don’t even deserve a one star....
