Nicky and Chloé are great! always so courteous and professional, them both go out their way for their customers, kudos to them both for such an awesome job they do!!

Chloe and her staff and Sentey Storage are extremely professional, knowledgable and best of all kind and helpful!

They carry a different brand of moving boxes...not U-haul brand. The boxes do not close properly leaving a 1/4 gap open space! Also, they take longer to assemble since some of the flaps need to be cut. I would recommend Home Depot, Lowes, or U-Haul boxes instead.

So I want to edit my previous review below. After leaving this review, the corporation called me and offered me my previous rate. They didnt have to do that, and I appreciate the fact that they were trying to keep a customer happy during these trying times. I just wish they would have worked with me before having to leave a bad review. Theyve always been helpful in the past and working with my father as a senior rate customer. But thank you for the assistance.They are raising the price over 75% like we havent been renting from them for over a year. They said that is what they could get new move-ins to pay so thats the rate increase. Its wrong to take advantage of people during a pandemic and thats what they are doing. Weve been paying $200 a monthat a senior citizen rate and now they tell us rent has gone up to $300 a month. Horrible to take advantage of older people at their worst. Shame on you.

Great place to rent I truck while youre moving not that expensive they have trucks for every need and storage units to the people who are working out front are fantastic I had a question about my bill they answered it right away and also asked me if I wanted a hard copy just now I said no

The prices are affordable and/or comparable with others in the area but what really sets this place over and above the rest if the outstanding front desk staff.Helpful, fun, friendly, patient, understand... everything you could possible hope for.The free truck rental when you sign-up is a great perk. Their loading dock is covered so moving my stuff into my storage unit while it was pouring rain was a non-issue.The place is clean, access is convenient... Cant recommend in highly enough [and if youve seen some of my other reviews, you know Im not the easiest person to please or impress]

Not able to get service what we ask for. I got to fight to get what I suppose to get first place.

The gate keeps locking us out/in! Its very scary! Besides the shoe-sized palmetto bugs, its incredibly tidy, well-lit and easy to navigate around.

Good service, friendly staff. Just be aware when you drive to this location you need to make a right turn, because the entrance is on the east side of the road and not necessarily on Sample Rd or you will end up on I-75.

I have never experienced such professionalism or attention to detail from a storage facility. They are friendly and also help you solve problens if you have one instead of not giving a damn like many othet facilities I have used in the past. Highly recommend.
