I had the worst experience I have ever had at the Massage Envy Coral Springs location. I was unsatisfied with the customer service so I asked to speak to the manager. Her name was Mary, and she treated me as if I worthless, insignificant and she was completely unprofessional with me. She started yelling, screaming and cursing. Never in my life have I ever been treated like that. Beware fellow patrons, of this location.

Brad is really gifted. He really helped me with my lower back pain and day to day scoliosis pain. I purchased a membership because I will be back for his massage monthly. Thank you to Brad and the friendly front desk staff for walking me through the whole process. I put 2 stars because the ladies at the front desk is very professional serve you with a smile 😊 but my Masseuse on the other hand was grunting cursing all through offer me the massage with the back massager machine because he didn’t want to touch me and he also didn’t want to massage me feet he did it very roughly and In a way I was very uncomfortable his name was (Brad) I also requested a foot scrub he decided I shouldn’t get it because he didn’t want to do it he must have dis this before because the lady at the desk told me she could have recommended me to someone who can help me with my specific needs so seem like this happened never returning to this massage envy I don’t know if it was because I was black or fat I told him I just had a baby but yeah tipped him to he seemed like he need that job 😂

WOW WOW WOW! Just finished my massage session with Mathew. I went in for some muscle spasm relief but what i got was way more! Not only did he make me feel comfortable but he was so knowledgeable about everything he did. He really didn’t have to go out of his way & provide me with some stretches to do at home. I Already scheduled my next season! Mathew, THANK YOU! I’ve been dealing with this shoulder pain for 3 years and today I finally felt like it will get better.

My wallet was lost or stolen I have an appointment this evening. I called this location to ask if they would be willing to look up the card it was purchased so that I would be able to not lose the money or have to cancel the appointment...Mary was extremely rude from the very beginning of the conversation. She advised that they dont do that just like Macys doesnt do that. I explained Macy could at least use the card number and issue a store credit and she told me Macys never does that she also accused me of being irate with her, told me 4 times throughout our conversation that she can ask her manager but that she knows they will not do it. So I asked her to please do that she called me back in 5 minutes and told me they would not do that. I spoke to customer service and I have been advised that a manager at the location absolutely can pull the transaction up by the last 4 numbers on the card and see how much was paid and all the info needed to reissue!!! Im absolutely FURIOUS! The Coral Springs location has definitely shown they do not have any time or interest to accommodate a paying customer!!

DON’T GO TO MASSAGE ENVY!!!!!!!!!!! I REGRET IT BIG TIME!!!! I was given a Gift Card for this company and after I had my facial I was told that my Gift Card was not showing up in their system. I spoke to the manager who was no help at all. She didn’t even try to rectify the problem. Needless to say I had to pay for my own facial. I am not that hard up for a $65 facial nor would my friend give me a fake Gift Card. But it’s a serious matter when you have to pay for something you didn’t intend on. DON’T GO HERE and PLEASE DON’T BUY THEIR GIFT CARDS. IT’S A SCAM! THEY MAKE YOU PAY DOUBLE! NEVER AGAIN! Most companies would have at least offer something 50% off 40% off to rectify the problem. You offered nothing! The mistake I’m sure was on your end not the customer. It’s your gift card with your company name on it. Own up to it. But you value being right more than a customer who funds you. When your funds start going down you should know why.

The level of unprofessionalism that Mary Hcosta provided at you coral springs office was unacceptable. Her negative energy level answering the phones and nasty attitude with customers us very unbecoming. I called this morning to makes 2 reservations for friends at your location. After being cut off as I attempted to request the date, I ask if I could finish speaking. Maybe Mary finds it okay to cut customers off, but then gets offended when she is the one cut off. As she proceeded to explain that the day I wanted was booked, i thanked her and begin to provide another date. Before I could even provide the 2nd date option I was hung up on. When I called back, upset ( yes I admit I was), the assistant manager answered. Full of energy and life. The way the manager should be answering. How can you be a role model for staff of they are providing better customer service than you? I asked to speak to the manager, and what do you know, Mary was the manager. Funny thing is she got on the phone very defensive and when I asked why she had hung up on me, she said that she didnt and I needed to stop harassing her. Wow!!! And now I am unable to make an appointment at the location i have been going to for over a year now because of Marys lack of professionalism to Massage Envys customers? What corrective actions needs to take place here? It would be great to have the call pulled so that you can witness how Mary is treating your customers.

Brad gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve been to this location quite a few times and the masseurs are really hit or miss, but I can’t recommend Brad highly enough. The only massages I’ve had that are on par have been at high-end resorts. Can’t wait to go back. I’ll only see him from now on.The front desk staff are always very nice and helpful.

Ive been a long time member at this location and have always enjoyed every session. I recommend Stacie, Pilar, Gigi, and Bradley. They are all absolutely fantastic with their techniques. All four are extremely professional and I am happy I have them to choose from since the days and time vary for me on when I can make it in. I also recommend a 90 min session every time to get a true relaxing massage with maximum results. The front desk staff are great as well. Helpful and friendly. I look forward to my visits all the time

The absolute worst. We had to put our membership on hold, was told we could do so indefinitely with no recurring charges, then a few months later---were charged (two memberships). When we tried (politely) to explain the mistake, we got the run around. After we had enough and had to get firm (not abusive, just firm--right is right) we got a call, not from the owner, but from one of his staff (he didnt even have the decency to call us himself) who said, and I quote, We will refund your money but the owner told me to tell you youre banned from this and all Massage Envy locations. We dont want people like you here. Dont worry, we wouldnt go back there if the massages were free. Nasty owner, terrible experience. AND PLEASE, MASSAGE ENVY, DO NOT SUBMIT ONE OF YOUR PRE-SCRIPTED REPLIES ABOUT GETTING IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE ELSE TO IMPROVE OUR EXPERIENCE. ***update 1-12-21***I spoke with Mary shortly after my massage. She was so understanding and made things right with me. I wasn’t able to get back in until tonight. I went to Pilar, and man she didn’t disappoint. I walked out feeling de stressed. My shoulder has been killing me for a little over a month, and she really worked on it. She definitely is one of the best massages I have had. The front staff was very courteous, and helpful. All in all, they have redeemed themselves, and I would totally go back. Pilar definitely worked magic on all my knots.Finally was able to use my Mother’s Day gift card. I booked a 90 min massage. Which was about hr 20 min. Not relaxing at all. The therapist weird breathing (meditating breathing and weird noises), constantly either stopped massaging, or he would zone out and give me the same massage my 7year old would give me (very very light and repetitive, like he was thinking about something else). Then when he came to, the massage was just so Sporadic and inconsistent. I like a firm massage all over (not in just 1 spot over and over while neglecting the other part of the limb). Several times burping up by my head. The awkward tapping (guess he thought I was sleeping, but nope). I have more to use on my gift card, but not sure I even want to. Front desk asked how it was. I said it was ok with an eh tone. Not once did they ask for me to elaborate, or really look up at me.Edit*** never received a call regarding this review, as stated below. I did get a call from the survey i took from the location. Their suggestion was for me to come in and pay for the 60 min and get 30 min free??? so not only did i pay for a horrible 90 min awkward massage, (ive had tons of massages, and this one by far the worst. it beat the massage where the therapist missed the whole side of my body), they now want me to pay for a 60 min massage.

I stopped my massages for many months due to the devastating loss of our son....but I continued to pay my monthly fee...this resulted in treatments building up....I tried to go for massages a couple of times but ended up getting so distressed on the table so decided not to go until I was feeling stronger mentally...I called the Coral springs store and asked to speak to a manager...was asked the reason...and after being on hold was told they had spoken to the manager...although manager chose not to speak with me directly.... they would put my account on hold for 3 months and they would revue it again then....when I called back and told them I still wasnt ready they said they would charge bimonthly that they couldnt hokd charges anymore...and that they would not refund any prior payments...so my choices were limited..I had at least 12 prepaid treatments at that point .a few weeks later I injured my knee and had to have surgery....so a few days after my surgery I went into the store with my husband to see if they cold put my payments on hold....again saw nor spoke to any manager...messages were related from reception person out in back office...they said manager could not suspend payments but would again take bimonthly.... considering the large amount of prepaid treatments I had accrued this was annoying but I had no choice....march of this tear I sent an email to customer service on the website of the coral springs branch stating to wanted to cancel my membership as I was never going to catch up...they only allow 1 treatment per month for a guest to use your subscription...I requested a refund for partial treatments...but got no reply....today I noticed they started charging my account again and I had taken june payment and were about to take july. After calling the store and speaking to mary she refunded these but pleaded ignorance to any other conversations ....she talked over me while I tried to explain blaming owner for not refunding any treatments. Now it is officially noted.....be warned when taking out a subscription....

Had a massage with Trish who is absolutely amazing. She was able to massage out the huge knots in my neck and shoulders… However, at the end, when it came time to pay, I was over charged! Over the phone I was given an intro price, and once there I was made to pay the full $95 for my massage. The girl in the front who assisted didnt seem to care. I left the massage room on a beautiful high and very relaxed, but after the encounter with the receptionist over the charge-- well it ruined the moment. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

It’s really disappointing that I’m reading a bunch of 1 start reviews because of the costumer service ( front desk) and nothing is done about it. The fact that you ask to go online and complete the survey it’s so disrespectful... you do the survey and nothing happens. I’m very annoyed because I got the membership due to my therapist being awesome ( Tammy) but the costumer service is the WORST ! THE ABSOLUTE WORST! I don’t know how trained them... starting with the “manager” who’s loud, has confrontations with employees in front of costumers, yells from the back office and gives customers a bunch of attitude. Same with the assistant manager that rolls her eyes at everyone once they turn around, argue with therapist about appointments and times. I’m disgusted by the treatment they give you. Long story short, I’m waiting 2 months to cancel the membership because unfortunately I can’t before that but I’m sad I’m leaving Tammy. To be a place the offers relaxation and great costumer service ..... you leave with a headache and a ruined day after checking out with the front Desk.

I called to cancel my membership and I was going to have a half hour left she told me that I could transfer it to my husband so the day before she says I cant. I documented all of this even called back on the day she told me to and no one told me I couldnt. She says that their is no one above her except the owner and I could not speak to the owner. So I am giving massage envy 2 stars because the massage therapist and estheticians are amazing...professional and courteous. However, the customer service and business model at this particular franchise “sucks” for lack of a better word! I pay almost $60 a month for membership but charged $39.99 when I am unable to legitimately make my appointment. I had an appointment yesterday but was unable to make it due to car trouble, it was a terrible morning and I wanted nothing more than to relax with a nice massage however, nothing was going my way.I called to reschedule and because they were unable to move my appointment, I was charged $39.99; the fee could not be waived due to having a fee waived back in August when a family member was in the hospital. On top of that the person at the front desk also told me that they are going to take away one of my appointments that I already paid for...I have to call back and get clarification on that. For a place that promises relaxation and a reprieve for their customers, it lacks compassion and empathy for their customers. Empathy is a key factor in customer service and they lack that for sure!Be very careful when booking at this location, I have a friend who worked for massage envy and her location was not like this... do your research prior to booking here and ask about their cancellation policy.

I prefer to drive an extra couple of miles but be treated with respect! Kevin M is the worst at treating clientele. Been to a few other Massage Envy locations, mainly in central Florida, but this one dropped the ball with me! The session was absolutely horrible. I came out with same pain I came I with. I dont know what the therapist was doing but he kept breathing hard( couldnt even concentrate on relaxing) and I felt as though I was getting a back rub the ENTIRE TIME!!! I requested a deep massage and asked him to focus on certain areas but instead a got a back rub. Im very upset and displeased. I wasted my birthday gift card on this session! The only reason Im giving a star at all is 1. Thats the lowest I can go and 2. The front desk was pleasant!

My quick massage getaway. Excellent customer services, very good massage therapists for a relaxing experience. They offer aromatherapy to add to your massage this is highly recommended for a few extra dollars ($10) Im a regular client member and enjoy as a compliment to unwind after a vigorous workout after a busy day. Love this place. Note this is a day spa and they do not have shower facilities. They provide herbal tea infused water or regular filtered water🏵 There are plenty of places to eat before or after your spa experience plus if you are looking for a great manicure & pedicure before or after your treatment go next door. I do not get any other service here other than a masssge💕

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!Never use this location!Please read the fine print of your contract with this company before signing. They will tell you anything to get you to sign up as a member. They speak fast, make sure you stop them and ask questions. Thats one of there tactics. Once youre a member the service prices are different. Also, if you miss a scheduled payment, they will debit your account as many times in the month until it goes through causing your account to be overdrawn. Beware of Coral Springs Massasge Envy. I suggest you go to anothet location, not this one.

Had to call the police, to make a report, the owner Billy(thats what he said) I should pay them, while they figured it out. That very location was the one who verified the $150 initially and wrote the bal in the back of the card.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, I repeat do not go to this location! I went here because the one in Sherridan plaza, which is awesome. (I recommend that location) was closed for renovations. The guy Brad was terrible. First, I asked for a deep tissue and he ended up giving me a Swedish. When he attempted to do deep he was hurting my back. I told the front desk and they were rude. I recently joined the wellness plan. One of the perks is they give you a voucher for a free 60 min massage when you sign up. They wouldnt take it even though it wasnt expired. So I asked for a discount and I literally had to fight for it for the bad service. They supposedly charged me half for the massage. However, when I asked for the receipt they declined saying they cant print it, they cant get it through the machine and they cant take a screenshot of it. I was so upset. I thought it was ridiculous, total BS. I standed there waiting and the rep asked me if everything is ok. I was like no, Im waiting for my reciept. In the end because I wouldnt leave they finally printed it. Its sad because I loved the facial. The facial therapist there lost my business because of the horrible customer service. Im pretty sure they couldve done something better about the situation, at be nicer. But no, to them youre just another number. Ill stick to my original location the one in Sherridan Plaza Hollywood, FL. Thats what you call a real spa, real customer service. I dont know what in the world this was...went in there to unwind. Came out 10 times more stressed outIm curious. Stuff like this shouldnt even be happening. Especially when its a service. Shaking my head. The young lady who does my facials is ok. However, customer service at the front desk is the worst. If a customer comes in for one service and its not available they shouldnt have to wait to hear that from the person who is to perform that service. THAT should come from the ppl at the front desk. FURTHERMORE if I trust a company to take from my credit card monthly then they should also at bare min ask of the client is signed up online and is fully aware of the rewards program, I should not have to ask about it. I think I will find another place to receive services.

I was a member and first started my massages at the Pompano location because I worked near by. Once my wonderful masseuse left the company, I transferred to the Coral Springs location. The Customer Service was nice enough, until I wrote an online complaint about a masseuse using HAND SANITIZER instead of massage oil on me and management did not respond. When I was introduced to my masseuse, I was this close to asking for a different one. Now I’ve learned to trust my gut. I would have stopped in the middle of my session, but I didn’t realize what had transpired until I got home and figured out why the “ massage oil” smelled so familiar. SO UNACCEPTABLE. This ONE session really tainted my ENTIRE experience with Massage Envy. A word to Management, please evaluate your masseuse, they can make or break your customer experience and respond to legitimate complaints, so clients feel heard.

If possible I wouldve left zero stars. I hadnt had a massage in nearly 6 months! I scheduled my whole life around this appointment only to have it messed up.I scheduled this appointment, showed up ten minutes early, waited 15 mins into my appointment (which has never happened with my regular therapist) only to find out they hadnt booked me the right person. Mistakes happen and thats ok, but they continued to try to force me into the service with somebody else even after I asked to reschedule. They continued to pressure me making me feel like I was in the wrong for their mistake.I now have to wait nearly a month to get an appointment and if I hadnt already just signed up for their package prior to going in and realizing their mistake I would think twice about going back.

I had body pain and it really helped to let the massage therapist know about all the areas where you feel your stressed. My massage therapist was Suzanne, she is a massage NINJA !! She was friendly and very informative. At each stage she explained why there was pain in a particular region and also gave me tips on maintaining my body. Suzanne used cryotherapy and Hydro thermo therapy techniques to relieve stress. She could sense the tension in certain areas without me telling her. She advised on simple lifestyle changes that make a world of difference in feeling good . Massage therapists at Massage envy know their stuff pretty well !! I would encourage people to take the monthly membership as its economical and good for the mind, body and soul.

Horrible customer service. I wanted to surprise my husband with a couples massage for his birthday. We should up 12 mins late and was advised that we would only be getting a 30 mins massage being that the have you fill out ppw that takes about 15 minutes and also deduct getting dressed and undressed. They never explained their policy when booked the appointment. The front desk clerk was very nasty and unprofessional which caused me to get in a verbal argument with her. She had to be pulled to the back since she did not know how to handle customers professionally and engaged in the dispute. This place is a scam. Please do your research and find a more reputable place with better reviews. I wish I had done that prior to going. We ended up walking out and not giving them our service and money.
