Wish we could use the amenities more, and that the playground was renovated. To be fair, covid changed a lot of how things are done or handled. We have had a lot of problems with cleanliness (of the apartment and the other residents) and several issues with appliances not working or breaking. But I do think they employ good staff. They have fun ideas and one can really make this place into a good opportunity and residence. That aside, The location is really unbeatable.

This is Tracey, not Gene as above.... At any rate, I think Myles MIGHT be referring to the cleanliness of the property in that it is not being maintained as it was in the distant past. There is ALWAYS trash outside my door and in front of my garage... on the grounds in general. I am the one who has to pick it up. Someone threw a blue rubber glove by the bushes in front of my door in March. I left it there to see how long it would be there. It is still there and this is September. In general, there has been a real decline here. I am a very long term resident here-- probably the second to longest resident here that I am aware of-- and Ive never been unhappy. This is a nice area. There are many positives to living in this area, but the complex itself is going downhill as is the professionalism of the staff. I hope things improve. It could be a great place to live again.

The location is awesome, school is awesome the staff does a good job and the maintenance department works very hard. My time there was good except for the people with pets that refused to clean up after them. Management has repeatedly put out letters about the subject but a large majority of the pet owners just dont have respect for others. I also had an ongoing mold problem with my apartment that the maintenance team was always fixing. Apart from that, living there was awesome.

My boyfriend and I visited this location a few days ago and were greeted by Shanna. After weeks of looking for our new home in the area, we knew this one was it. Shanna was very upbeat and transparent, we felt very comfortable. We applied for the apartment right after our tour, right there in the lobby on their computer!! I just want to say THANK YOU to Shanna for all of her help and wonderful attitude. We did walk away from some places because we did not feel good about the leasing agent, so to walk into this place and be greeted by a transparent, positive person was a breath of fresh air. During our visit, we noticed that some of the current tenants knew her by name and were so friendly to her. That speaks volumes about her! We cannot wait till we officially move in and look forward to seeing her around!! Thank you so much Shanna!! :)

My family has lived here for 3 years. It’s been a great experience, so far. The staff is kind and helpful, from the girls in the office to the maintenance guys. Whenever I’ve had an issue, someone in the office is always there to help. We LOVE the pool and the fitness center. The friendly staff goes above and beyond by hosting community events that get the residents together. The Park at Turtle Run is a great place for families. It’s a very nice place to live.

The location is perfect but the apartments are old and not updated. It has carpet everywhere except in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The appliances are very old. I have to run my dryer sometimes up to 3 times in order for my clothes to be dry. I have contact maintenance many times and they come relatively quick but the issue is still there. The AC in these units are very small and they will not cool down your house. My AC has been running non stopping for a whole month and the house doesn’t reach 73 degrees. The venting is terrible. In the living room at 73 is livable but in one of the rooms the AC doesn’t reach. It might be a ventilation problem and the temperature will not go under 79. Maintenance has come many times but nothing has been fixed. My power bill is higher than when I lived in a 4 bedroom house. The insulation in this units is not good also. You can feel how hot is by the windows so that could be why the apartment is so warm. The water pressure is terrible. After 6pm don’t try to take a shower cause you will be showering by the wall with only drops of water. I live in the third floor. The area is quiet and it feels safe. The neighbors should be better about the trash. The schools are not the best. The elementary and middle school are B school not A rated like they claim on their website. Overall is not bad but it could be better especially for the price.

Amazing is an understatement! This property is what home should feel like, I’m so proud to tell everyone “I live at Park At Turtle Run” . I have only had one maintenance request in TWO YEARS which was a dryer issue and it was fireplaces immediately! Place is clean all the staff waves when they see you and smiles. Anyone giving this place less than 5 stars obviously is a bitter person who really doesn’t even live here! Pool parties, giveaways and holiday spirit make this community just that... a community of hardworking people who are getting what they pay for. All thanks to the property manager Ms.Betty and her team 😁

I have lived at The Park at Turtle Run for almost 3 years. The 3 ladies in the leasing office, especially Dejanae and her manager (cant remember her name) are awesome. They are always caring, accommodating, and helpful. I never had an issue since living here and if I did, the ladies in the front office always ensure my requests are handled immediately. I love the fact that they now have events by the pool every major holiday. This helps the neighbors get to know each other. My maintenance requests are always handled immediately as well.. Also, the gym has been upgraded and all machines works great!

First I will start off by saying my unit is nice and the office staff is okay and they keep the grounds clean...the only reason I gave them a three star is because the water pressure in my unit fluctuate since Ive moved in, that is the only reason I am rating them that low if not they would of get a 4. Okay there is good water pressure in my bathroom tub in the morning and at night the water pressure gets very low so trying to take a shower when the water pressure drops is annoying so if that continue I will move and not renew my lease...and shall I add if you let your rental insurance lap they will charge you a monthly fee of $35 and the tubs are painted over....over all if it wasnt for those issues I would of renew my lease come November ,although I wasnt trying to move again.

Great apartment. Love the wood floors! Lots of kids, and amenities and it’s in the perfect location for shopping and being in the middle of everything in town. The office was nice when I moved in, however there was one little issue and when I called to inquire about it, the girl in the office snapped at me, talked down to me, and two weeks later the issue was still not resolved. I asked her when the manager would be in and she told me that she would t be able to tell me her schedule. Other then the snobby girl in the office everyone else is super nice.

I cant even rate this location, due to present circumstances we are not moving into this location. The office personnel was very unprofessional; We were required to receive our SECURITY DEPOSIT and they are claiming that it is part of an application fee. I have read the whole document and every piece of paper that was signed and given to us and no where does it say that. Shanna the front desk personnel began to hit the table and point fingers in our faces at me and my husband in a disrespectful manner. If she does not know her information than she should furthermore say that she either does not have the required paperwork or does not know her information off hand. We went in there very soft spoken and calmly there for her to point out the correct information, but she kept getting really loud with us. Definitely not somewhere I recommend. Coral Springs has so many wonderful locations and this is not one of them.

I strongly do not recommend this place to live at, it’s not secure, it’s a very dirty place there are bugs everywhere inside the apartment, people smoke marijuana everywhere, bad parking, the staff is not friendly at all, they charge a lot of money to move in, they do not give your deposit back, and they charge you a lot of fees.

Look somewhere else!! We liked living here until we put a request for a transfer. It’s not the perfect place, appliances need to be updated and the grounds could do better but the location is why we picked it. The amount we have to pay for a transfer is the same amount as breaking the lease. We are expecting a little baby girl and transferring to a two bedroom so that she can have her own room and not have to put a crib in the living room is just outrageous! We paid a ridiculously high direct deposit when we originally moved in and they won’t allow to credit some of that to the new apartment. We were more than happy to pay the transfer fee but of course there were 2 other fees that no one had explained to us. It’s impossible to get ahold of corporate and the regional manager refuses to return our calls. I’m really disappointed as we did want to stay here but their priority is clearly not their residents. It is unfortunate that Milestone Management continues to manage this location. I wrote a review a couple months ago on all the issues we had which thankfully were resolved BUT NOW we are facing even a bigger concern. We have a newborn in the apartment who is ten days old and we have been complaining for over a month for maintenance to come fix a leak in our air conditioning which is now causing mold to grow in our garage. This was all preventable as I contacted them as soon as it occurred but of course we were ignored. Maintenance did come out but just to clean up the mess and wet carpet only to have the same issue 24 hours later. We are so frustrated and deeply concerned about our baby girl’s health and want to be helped. It’s come to the point where we had to hire a lawyer and still we have received no response from the management company. Calling corporate does not work as it is just a voicemail set up and the Property Manager has done nothing but ignore us. It truly is a shame to have to have to fight to just live in a clean, healthy environment.

This apartment complex is an absolute joke. We have lived here almost two years and have had many issues with the conditions to the point that we are moving out. Our AC unit has broken on many different occasions. In one month maintinence was “fixing” it every three days until they finally replaced the unit and a week later that one stopped working. Also you WILL have to put up your hurricane shutters on your own. They will not assist you and you could be missing wing nuts/shutters. If you choose to live on second/third floor good luck. You will need a very long ladder. Before hurricane Irma we had a leak in our ceiling. It took them almost a week to come look at it, I even called the office multiple times after putting in the work request. Maintenance Sprayed a foam on the outside of the building and painted over the spot on the ceiling. They did absolutely nothing inside to make sure that the leak was handled properly. Leading in to our next problem MOLD.We have had many issues with MOLD! We reported our mold problem and maintenance came, sprayed a cleaner then left like it was no big deal. When asked about where it came from we were told that mold happens here every year. I’m sorry but mold should not be happening every year. Period. After talking to other neighbors they have the same problem with mold. It’s even in the AC units.Save yourself from the ridiculous prices and move somewhere that will actually be concerned if your health is at risk.

I recently moved into the park at turtle run apartments. I did an extensive search of communities throughout Broward county. I chose the park at turtle run because of the combination of great staff, the community, and the apartment. The manager Laura was so friendly and helpful. So was the leasing consultant Denae. The helpfulness has continued long after I signed the lease.Being recently divorced and moving with my daughter, this transition was made immeasurably easier by the staff. When walking around the community at night with my daughter she asked if this was a neighborhood. I said yes. The apartment itself is great. The facilities are great. I am happy to be living here.

When we first came in (Feb 2016) Cheri was working here, she had great customer service. The complex is very nice from the outside and it was always maintained. There was a security gate, but that was useless, there was no guard to make sure only residents or their guests came in. There are no security cameras anywhere and we had things stolen from our car, we filed a police report but all the office said was that they could not do anything about it. The structure from the inside of the apartment was nice, but when we moved in it was DISGUSTING, while the office claimed it was cleaned there was mold in the bathrooms, all baseboards, cupboards, pantry, kitchen, bathrooms, closets were FILTHY! When we moved out we had the place professionally cleaned, we left it 1000 times better than they gave it to us when we moved in, yet they charged for cleaning. It is very disappointing how steal your money. When youre moving out they do a walk through, which we did together and everything was checked that was good to go, but then you get the letter with the surprise that says they are charging you for cleaning! Also dont expect help with shutters in case of a hurricane. The maintenance team was always nice an courteous, but dont expect that from the current crew in the office.

If you could leave zero stars, I would. I have never met a nastier property manager in my entire life. Had I not been rushed to find a place to live for a new job, I would have walked right out of the office after speaking with her. Laura is rude. Laura has terrible people skills. She acted as if I was wasting her time when i came in TO SIGN MY LEASE.To make matters worse, when we were all preparing for Hurricane Irma we were told last minute that the apartment complex would not be putting on our hurricane shutters. When i went to the office to get wing nuts to put on my own hurricane shutters, I was basically told that securing the office windows were more important than securing the windows of the apartments that had CHILDREN LIVING IN THEM. Keep in mind that South Florida had completely sold out of wing nuts. Laura told me that she only ordered 2,000 wing nuts for the storm. If you do the math, it takes three wing nuts per panel. and eight panels total JUST to secure your sliding glass door. With around 250 units, you would need 6000 wing nuts JUST to secure your balcony/patio. Some of our residents had wing nuts in their apartments with their Hurricane shutters, I did not. Laura said that because the previous tenants took them when they left i was out of luck. All the wing nuts we have left are to secure the office Absolutely ridiculous. Im really glad that you care more about your computers and 3 pieces of workout equipment more than you care about THE LIVES OF YOUR TENANTS. They should have checked every unit after tenants move out to ensure that they have enough wingnuts for shutters. LUCKILY, i live in a building with WONDERFUL WONDERFUL WONDERFUL neighbors, and they gave us all of their extra wingnuts and we were able to at least put shutters on our bedroom windows.oh my god the trash. Whatever you do DO NOT get an apartment in buildings 1,2,3 or 7 as they are by the trash and it piles up all the way to THE STREET before anyone comes and takes it away. and it smells terrible. Maintenance spends more time moving residents trash than they do anything else. Not everyone that works in the office is bad. Janette is wonderful, she is always making sure that she can resolve your problems quickly. The other front office staff is also nice, as well as maintenance. I have spoken to them regularly when I see them out and about around the complex and they are always friendly and smiling. It just sucks for them because all of the residents here think that Laura needs a major attitude adjustment. A new management company just took over, so we are hoping to see some BIG changes in property management, and most importantly, attitudes.

HORRIBLE!! Do NOT ever lease here! I would NEVER recommend it. The apartment is old and outdated. There are carpets throughout the apartment that are disgusting. You can get new and updated apartments for the same price that they ask. Me and my husband lived here for two years. The original company that we signed our lease with was great. However when pinnacle took over it was nothing but a nightmare. The office staff was terrible. The prices went up significantly so we decided to move out. You can get a nice updated apartment in a good location for the prices we paid. Upon leaving, We cleaned the apartment thoroughly, paid people to professionally clean and clean the carpets. The apartment was in better condition than when it was given to us. But they gave only about 20% of the security deposit we gave and said they needed to clean. When my husband went to dispute, they were rude and told us there was nothing we could do. They stated it was cleaning to show it as a showroom. But it was already in a showroom condition! Stay away from this place unless you want to overpay for outdated and disgusting apartments. It is unacceptable how we were treated when we were clean and good tenants.

We had been speaking to Victoria and Tony for months about renting at the location. We asked to perform our paperwork in advance and were told no, that wasnt possible. Then when we had out move in time we informed them and were ready to pay all the MULTIPLE deposits and FEES and were told we should have someone come tour the facilities. They set it up for 5 days later. Within that 5 days they rented the property we had been waiting for to someone else and never informed us. They allowed out friend to tour the facility and never said a word. When we confirmed ok, can we do this now, we were told that the property was no longer available and that someone else had come in 5 days previously to rent the property and not informed our friend who toured on Saturday. Then they offered another 2/2 but then to come find out that property was not available. Finally, they referred us to sister property that was in a totally different school district, and they would only rent to us if we paid for a month that we wouldnt actually be living on the property or if we didnt pay in advance for that month they would charge us an extra $200 a month in our rent. Now we are going to be homeless when moving across the country as to not having any availability and it 100% Victorias fault . The company has does nothing to try to help us and could care less. We asked to speak to the property manager and have been waiting all day.Save yourself the hassle and never rent here!

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Nothing was ever fixed. We lived there for 2 years, and it was like pulling teeth getting anything fixed. Last year our A.C. was not working. We made numerous calls in 5 months with the maintenance man telling us it just doesnt get cool in the apartment. In the summer with 2 dogs with A.C. not going below 74 was unbearable. Our dogs suffered and you could tell by their skin and fur. Finally we had enough of the doubled, sometimes tripled FPL and water bill. We talked to Tony and Amy, the property manager at the time in front of a prospect tenant and finally got their attention. This is all on recording that things will finally be fixed, yet only our A.C. was because they finally found out it was the coils that needed to be changed after 7 visits from a man that claimed to be the property manager---and wasnt. The actual property manager was the one that fixed our issue in one visit. Nothing was ever reimbursed. This apartment has changed property management 3 or 4 times, maybe thats why. Now, the current manager Laura says its not their problem. In addition to this issue, we notified Laura and other leasing agents back in August that we will be relocating for work in September and asked if we can terminate the lease in Oct since our lease ends on Nov 6. NOT ONLY were they unwilling to do so, they tried to charge me 2 months full rent to terminate the lease instead of letting me pat the remainder of the lease which was Oct and 6 days of Nov which they refused to let us off for the 6 days. Fine, Ill pay it. Now I look to pay the last 6 days, and they tell me I have water sewage and trash bill for around $50. I asked Laura how they have accumulated this bill considering we have been gone since the BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER. She tells me that the bill comes our 45 days after. Ok cool, so how did they accumulate this bill since the apartment has been vacant since September after she has the audacity to tell me that I am responsible for my contract until it ends and there will be FINAL bill on top of all of this.If I had a problem with the contract, I would not still be paying for it, and I definitely wouldnt be wasting my breath on figuring out what and why they are charging me illegally. How does the apartment even calculate the water, sewage, and trash? It is not through a company which is extremely odd, it is through the apartment. There were months where I wouldnt leave for work weeks at a time and come back to bills that were significantly higher than months I was actually there. There are many places to move to. Do not waste your time here. They are NEVER there for you after you move in and will cause you more headache than its worth. I have not even mentioned the broken concrete right outside of my door which I asked to get fixed for 2 years where we continuously have twisted ankles walking around our lease neighbors cars, screws left all over the complex which led me to change my tires 5 times in less than 5 months, and over 30 edging blades our dogs would pick up and bring to us since the inception of our lease. We dropped off a whole bag to the office to an apology and reoccurrence for the next year. I have photos and recordings of these occurrences. This place needs to be shut down.
