Travelling to destination, there was only one representative upon our arrival at Bahia Principe Esmeralda and we never saw anyone else the whole week. On departure day, it was a very bad experience. Starting with Swift Air, it was a fiasco. They postponed our trip for 2 hours and left us at hotel without any representative to show up or even answer their phones. Thanks to the Esmeralda hotel staff, they helped us get to the airport. Ive travelled many times and this is the first and last time I will use or recommend this agency and this airline.

We travel to Cancun with them for our Honey Moon; and it was the best experience of our lives. The airport pick up was on time, the hotel was amazing, and because Top Vacations were the ones who sent us, they had a special check in for us with activities and so forth.They give you tips with respect on how you should set up your tours, and what places to go once there.I will plan another vacation with them in a heart beat.

The night before the young lady advised that we would be leaving the hotel at 1030 to be called the next morning at 9 am that the bus would leave at 930. Got to Airport flight 206 said it left at 11am. We boarded the plane which was already late. After 20 minutes we had to get off the plane and get on the bus to head back to the terminal. We never got off the bus and back to the plane. Our flight left at 130 because there were people missing. You should have responsibility as to tell your clients when they are being picked up and not change the time at the last minute. If someone is late and could not get to the airport its their fault on another airline they would be left behind. I do not plan to use your company anytime soon.

This summer I booked my family vacation to Punta Cana. My return flight back to Miami was a complete fiasco. SWIFT airways is by far the worst charter airlines. My flight was delayed 10 hours. Once we boarded the aircraft they cancelled the flight till further notice. Upon my arrival back to Miami, I contacted Top Vacations and informed them of my experience. I am truly grateful Top Vacations prioritized the inconvenience and stayed in touch with me till my issue was resolved.On a business/ customer service aspect they are the best. They listen, they replied to all of my calls and emails.It’s unfortunate too many times people use, google, yelp and social media to give a company a bad review instead of giving them the opportunity to make things right.I do not justify the fact that my vacation was ruined due to Swift Airways, however I will continue to travel with Top Vacations, because they do provide the best prices and options for your trips. ( simply don’t book with a charter flight ).

Top Vacations is accommodating initially in planning your vacations, but once your money is in their hands forget it! It is impossible to get anyone on the phone with out waiting at least 30 minutes and the only way to get them to answer an email is by copying the entire staff.Our vacations started in Punta Cana but due to the recent number of deaths we decided to change (60 days prior) to Mexico. It was literally countless emails of them trying to convince us to maintain the original destination. They simply did not respect our decision. Finally after loosing our original deposit ($100 per person & there were 6 if us) we were able to change destinations. Then getting any confirmation was all on my own. I had to call the airline and personally get our record locator to be able to check in online. I had to call the hotel to make sure our reservation was in fact placed. And I had to call the transfer company to verify each of the transfers to and from the airport. The week before our vacation the transfer company was changed and I was only able to verify our transfer 2 days before traveling. Why did I use a travel agent??? I could have done it all on my own with much less stress. Needless to say I will NEVER use or recommend this agency again. And I learned my lesson, I will plan vacations on my own. No need for useless travel agencies like this one.

If I could rate a negative star I would. This travel agency is a joke. Save yourself from a brain aneurysm. No sense of ethics or professionalism. Was to be at my destination by midday didn’t arrive to midnight..same scenario for departure.

I purchased my vacation with this agency not knowing that I was going to have a living hell they are not responsible for your flights and when you call them they don’t pick up the phone . I spent an entire day in the airport traveling with SWIFT wish is the worst airline ever . I called them and no answer nor assumption of their responsibility as agency towards the clients! On my way back to miami same scenario I will go to their offices and ask for my money back! They are nothing more than thief’s that play to be agents !

The day, June 10th, 2018, of departure, the plane was supposed to leave at 7am for Miami, at that time we were still trying to check in at the counter. Once we got to the gate there were no information regarding our flight from Swift Air (a.ka. AirDynamics). While at the Miami airport I contacted the travel agent from Top Vacation all she said was that she was sorry and that this had never happened before, after reading the reviews I can see this is a lie. While at the airport the employees from the airline kept making excuses and lying to all the passengers regarding the reason for the delay. The plane did not leave until 330pm, we arrived at our hotel at 8pm, we lost a whole day at the airport, did not get reimburse for this lost day.For our return (June 17th, 2018), we hoped everything was going to be better, we were so wrong. Our pick up time at the hotel was scheduled for 12pm, at 1145am, we were at the lobby, I approached someone with a shirt from (flight was scheduled to depart at 330pm) Nexxus (the company that the travel agency uses, same company that provided us with transfer to/from airport/hotel), I was informed to wait that the bus will pick us up as scheduled, we stayed in the lobby. 1225pm, no pickup yet, so I approached the man again, he told me in Spanish do not worry, sometimes the pick ups run a little late, but they are on their way. A few minutes later, a bus from Nexxus showed up, approached the driver, showed him the transfer paper that stated that our pick up was scheduled for 12pm, the driver then approached the same representative that I had spoken to, the representative told us to get on the bus. We got to the airport, when we get there, and try to check in we were asked/told why are you here? who brought you here? we dont know when is this flight leaving, do not even know if the flight is leaving today. We were sent back to the hotel, had to stay in the lobby ALL day, with a child and my mother. The contacted the agency via Facebook and the travel agent directly, and once again all I received were apologies that this never happens.At the end we were picked up at 930pm, as we arrived at the airport we were advised the flight was leaving at 1045pm, then time was changed to 1am, then to 130am, at the end we finally left at 2am. I arrived to my house at 6am.Flight from Miami to Punta Cana delayed 8-1/2 hrs, flight from Punta Cana to Miami delayed 10-1/2 hours. No refund for time lost. We should be awarded a compensation for the 2 days lost.Do not use this company, do not use this Airline.

We recently traveled to Blue Beach Resort Punta Cana for a whole week , and it was the worst experience EVER !!!! Very luxury apartment 2/2 but they only have a poor buffet call La Caracola and a little bar by the beach that’s It !!! And in top of this the beach was full of algae and dirt so no one from this hotel was able to get in the water, so it was imperative for us to rent a car and go on our own to Macao Beach which means extra expenses not expected after paying $3597.00 ( three adults ) for the worst EVER ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE !

I was recommended to this agency two years ago by some relatives of mine who travel to Punta Cana every year through them, on that occasion I was celebrating my honeymoon and everything went great, considering this I decide to use their services once again to travel with my family as well as another group of close friends in total we were 10 of us, our agent was ANDREA, frankly Im very disappointed in the service they offered I feel robbed as what we were promised a five star hotel fully remodeled and this hotel RIU Bambu is no where close to been a five start hotel, we all had such a bad experience that we would never use this agency ever again, nor would I recommend anyone to use them as your travel agency unless your willing to have a nightmare instead of a vacation.

We have sent a letter to your agency since we were not able to go to the hotel (RIU Bambu) we had paid for in advance. In addition, the upgrade we were given in Punta Cana (RIU Macao), had serious problems with air conditioners and food was not properly refrigerated due to technical difficulties and lack of electricity: seems their generators were not at full capacity.It is a pity because the staff and personnel are extremely efficient, polite and professional. Nevertheless, our stay was a disaster. We returned home sick! Not our planned vacation.....

Horrendous experience, I feel I got robbed. Ive been traveling to Punta Cana for years with different Vacation Agencies and NEVER have I had such a nasty experience. Flight was through Swift Air, where we were treated like cattle and later like Sardines in a can. First off, departure gates and flights were switched at the last minute, flights left late, no proper representation at the Airport. No proper Representation inside the Hotel complex for reasons unknown to anyone in said complex.Needless to say someone identifying himself as a Tour Operator for Life Destinations a.k.a. Top Vacations tried to scam me. BEWARE of Top Vacations, Swift Air and Catalonia Pearl Punta Cana

Worst customer service ever, they planned my vacations and told me they were going to call me back to set up the reservation, after 4 days of wait, no one ever call me. I call the receptionist and she was very rude and didnt help me. I will never recomend this company. It the WORST.

Last July we were in Ocean the Dominican Republic lighthouse on vacation we were a group of 58 people between families and friends they sold us the hotel as a 5 stars pure lies we felt staked they stole our money the service was not bad it was very bad it was very bad dirty rooms with moldy cockroaches the food in the badly crafted restaurants old axes spoiled with bad smell in the rooms the water ran from the bathroom to the exit door and the whole room the horrible buffet the food did not reach you had to fall back to the workers to get a drink to drink juice or water were the worst vacations that my family and I have spent and the most expensive and in the end we have tried to contact Top Vacation and they never gave us the face but we are already working for others roads that hotel does not work everything is bad stars none with top vacation we felt cheated we were sold a hotel of bad death for a 5 star no I recommend to anyone neither the hotel nor a top vacation that is not done and more with people who spend the entire year working to spend a pleasant holiday I rented two rooms were 5000.00 and some dollars thrown in the trash I consider a lack of reds my family and friends and this company has not been able to do anything about it

The good thing we did as a group of 50 people from Miami to Mexico was a disaster, there was a 4 hour delay and upon return another 11 hour delay. The agency agreed to compensate for the lack and after 3 months we have not received a response. He would not travel with them again. Not recommended

Not recommended !!! I do not recommend it for any type of trip. I have been at the airport since 3:30 am for a flight to Punta Cana leaving at 7:30 am and at this time Swift Air, the contracted airline, does not know the door number to board or why the delay, they have not even informed the passengers. Everything has been finding out what has happened that they have not called yet to address. The Top Vacations agency? It is conspicuous by its absence. If you already paid then you embarked. NOT RECOMMENDED at all, the flight back to Miami was delayed several times, when we left at 11 at night the planes engine did not work and they got us off the plane they never gave us a hotel to spend the night, we had to sleep everyone in the airport on the floor, there were many children and elderly people on that flight. At night there was no one to inform us of anything, in the end we were at the airport for 24 hours because the plane did not leave until 2 in the afternoon the next day, and it was the same plane that the night before they said was broken. But I never travel on charter flights and less with this agency.
