John of A Alligator is such a professional, and I whole heartedly recommend him and his company. We had an issue with a new house we purchased, and John came to the site to attempt to fix our problem. He was 100% responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. He ended up not being able to fix the problem through no fault of his, and he spoke with the other companies we brought on site to fix the problem. Thanks to John and his team for their help. We have used A-Alligator 3 times in the past year for our septic system. We needed quite a bit of work done and Fabian was always very clear with what needed to be fixed, how it needed to be fixed, the cost and options we had. He kept us updated along the way. Fabian was a real professional with not only excellent customer service skills, but also did the work (with the help of others on his team) and worked diligently until the work was completed. I had this company service my septic at my rental property and I was quite pleased. I’m a few hours away so I was a bit nervous getting the service done without being there. The techs called me before going and sent me photos & videos explaining what was going on at the property. The problems were solved very quickly and it seemed very reasonable. My tenant was very happy and I will use them again in the future.
