Had a great time celebrating our childs 1st birthday party here! Staff was great to work with and all of the kids loved running around and participating in the activities they set up for us.

If you are taking your baby, make sure she is a happy baby; otherwise they will tell you to take your baby to a corner a try to calm her down. Sometimes baby are impossible to calm down and you simply need to leave the place because they don’t want a crying baby there.

Very nice and clean, we celebrated my daughters 1st bday.

I was taking my toddler there before the whole covid , and the teachers were great but the place was so filthy and disgusting. I was taking him twice a week and every time ill go the place looked like no one has wiped thise matts in forever . ill never see them sanitize before and after . the floor was full of knots of long hair from parents not even kids . they have this huge blanket they take out at the end of the class i freaked out how dirty it was i had to just walk out with my son and cancel his subscription

Its a great place for new parents. We started classes when my son was 3 months old. Hes 3 years old now and his love of learning continues based on a great foundation at Gymboree.The instructors are awesome and assisted me in understanding play and learning as it related to my childs age. Curriculum for each developmental milestone was delivered using various methods - music, art and dancing.My sons teachers always recognized him from all of his classes. He always felt welcomed and confident at Gymboree. The staff was always positive, upbeat and knowledgeable. We attended holiday and birthday parties where the tone was always consistent.I dropped him off at Parents Night Out and went to the Landmark Theater without any worries.Its a great investment at an early age.

Absolutely love Gymboree and the entire staff at the Kendall location. My daughter is two years old and she has been going since she was 3 months old. Its been such a great place for me to learn how to develop my child since Im a first time mom. The teachers help me with all my developmental questions and the classes really help her be so advanced compared to other kids her age.I am a stay at home mom and its hard to transition from a career to being at home while all my friends work. I am so lucky that my daughter and I have met so many lifetime friends. There is no other place I would get to meet moms in the same position in life with kids the same age.I also had my daughters first birthday party at Gymboree and it was fabulous! I cant express how amazing Gymboree is and I constantly recommend it to other moms.

I called today to find out more information about the national day of play and just like every other time I’ve taken my son to this location the people that work at the front are extremely rude. Today I spoke with Lisette over the phone who sounded as if it were a bother for her to tell me more information about the event. After I asked for her name and she hung up on me. I called back to get her name to specifically report how rude she was over the phone. Gymboree in itself is a great place for kids but this location specifically has some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Which is odd because it is an establishment for children I would think the employees would be more welcoming.

It has been an amazing experience for my Baby and I, we started when she was 5 months old and Gymboree helped me out a lot to interact with her, it also helped with her social skills. She is very happy going there even now at 2 years old. They should add a little bit more variety, that will be my suggestion, but in general they are really good.

This location is amazing my older kid came here and now my little one is coming to this awesome classes

So many kids and parents for small space.It seems that there is no responsible manager and his customer service is very bad. I send several emails to suspend and then cancel my subscription and there is still no one who can help me. very bad experience

Horrible customer service! I will not take my son there ever again. The only reason I stayed was because my son was excited about it. They only care if you have money. Very descriminating!!

Worst attention ever. Wanted to buy some gifts for Christmas, and the manager told me that she can’t sell me because she will run out of stock????? Really???? If your looking to have a bad time go to this location. Mediocre staff

Programs basic and not age appropriate. Kids and parents not welcomed with love. But money is welcomed every time.

We like here a lot. The problem is Miss Kristen. She has no tolerance, no carisma or care about the kids. Her classes are always boring with no energy.Everybody complains about her and no action was taken.And the problem is that she gives the most classes.Also there is no manager who we can talk to.

Love it! all the girls that work are super nice and considerate. My baby loves going and enjoys every bit of the class as well as the music class.

Gymboree is a great place for little ones to develop, play and learn. It helps them a lot to develop their skills and achieve milestones in a positive way. The teachers are very cute and cheerful. My niece has grown a lot in her skills thanks to this place. I recommend it

I was invited to a birthday of a boy of some friends of 2 years! The adults really had a good time there too, everything was very nice.

We have almost two years of going to this place I love it but really the classes on Wednesdays and Mondays with my Kriss are not the best. She does not have the tolerance to deal with children, Miss Jennifer is a charm she really has the vocation to work with children. They have improved a lot with cleanliness
