I came from Michigan on vacation to get my nails done & I was very impressed with the service. The staff was friendly and they had reasonable prices. Katie did my nails so perfect! They are shaped & polished to perfection. There was a slight wait but it was well worth it. I highly recommend them & I’ll be back whenever I vacation to Miami!

I had asked how long the wait was and they said 30 minutes. I left my name and came back 20 minutes later to wait another hour and a half. I then got called to get my pedicure, when done they made me wait another hour. and they had other people in front of me quickly finish ??? i was there a total of 5 hours !!! not cool the acrylics were nicely done tho

My experience in this place has been amazing!!!💗 I have been doing my nails with them for the last 4 years! I would recommend getting an appointment with them before just doing a walk in, one thing about this place they are open on Sunday which is perfect for me! Katie, John and Tina are the best! They prices are affordable for their services and my last set of nails last me for 3 weeks!! They are the best!!🙏🏻👌🏻♥️

I have been there twice in the last 2 weeks because I needed a refill and a nail repair. The replacement nail was out on crooked and I immediately pointed it out. The tech kept telling me it was correct and it was my finger which is hilarious considering other places let alone other technicians have correctly placed it always. She filed it eventually to make it as straight as possible so she wouldnt have to remove it and do it again. I did not like the nail color and how sheer it looked so I asked for another coat. The tech doing my nails was clearly bothered. I then had to go back two days later to fix the replacement nail again because it fell off. Again, same face seemed bothered huffing and puffing trying to fix my nail the same tech again. She told me to go with her so she could try to fix it. This time she decided to put a huge nail on my finger which didnt and doesnt match the shape of the other 9 nails. I have 9 stiletto nails and one large coffin nail. I feel like it was done in spite as she had a huge attitude both times Ive had to deal with her. She is the very first tech starting on the far left side when you first come in to the salon she has the station against the wall under the TV on your left. I used to go to this place religiously but the vibe, the service and the staff feels different. I now have to go somewhere else to get this fixed. I will no longer be going there.

Take too long and nails keep lifting up I have to go back once a week and I am paying for quality work I dont have the time to be there all the time waiting. The nails look pretty but going through all this trouble I prefer to keep my natural nails.

This is the cleanest nail salons Ive ever been. The pedicurist is knowledgeable, friendly and fun, and wont let you leave til everything is perfect. I would continue to go there and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Dan is wonderful! He takes his time and does a great job. I will continue to do my nails and feet with him. He gets 5 stars. The place...well not so much. Every one is very friendly.

Their work aren’t really professional. it’s basically just conveniently located. The manager was very rude to me today as though she was doing me a favor when in fact I am a paying repeat customer. It’s interesting how these nail shop workers treat their paying customers and is us who keep their shops open.

Very poor service after my manicure I noticed there was paint on my skin so I ask if he could clean it up. He instead picked up a tool ( cuticle remover) and cut the skin instead at that point I told him don’t worry about the other nails. Same happen with my pedicure. They don’t ask you what you want at all. They snap at you and the owners allow it. Just disgusting. There is no concept of customer service. Will not be returning for services. If they want customers to return they would be more polite and welcoming to customers. Thankfully there are plenty of nail salons in Miami that due value their customers.

I wish I could give this place a better ratings, but I cant. There were times I had to wait an HOUR to just get my eyebrows waxed. The other day, I called in advanced and told them id be driving from my job (nowhere near their location) to be told to wait 50 minutes for eyebrows. Service sucks, point blank. You get what you pay for, terrible service.

When I go to a place and pay for a service I want people to do what I ask. My experience here was terrible. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and I felt disrespected by the staff. Ive been getting acrylics for over 30 years and I know what a job well done looks like. I specifically asked for a repair on my thumbs and the staff member seemed to be insulted by my suggestion and request to do my nails the way I saw fit. She had an attitude and proceeded to talk in her native language after my requests. Regardless of what she may have said, thats extremely rude to do to a customer and give the impression of talking behind their back. When she finished my nails and saw that she would not oblige to my request in fixing them, I asked the specialist next to her and all he did was ignore me and talked in his native language. When I approached another specialist, she too disregarded me and spoke in her language to the others as well. I would never return here again. When you pay for a service you are supposed to receive what you ask for and be treated with respect. These people do not understand the meaning of good business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED.

Great salon and great prices! Its almost always busy, but the wait is never too long with the amount of staff. All the technicians are nice, listen to my specific requests and do excellent work.

I got an acrylic refill and the lady in the front desk literally made them look better than they were before. I loved it!

I was recommend first of all. I called to make an appointment, and you they said it wasnt necessary caused they werent busy. I asked for Tina or Anna, they said Okay. When I arrived it was packed. They directed me to way for Anna, than before you know it I was force to be attended by this Chinese man, that finished before Anna. He was knew or I dont know what. He was horrible and cut me a few time. If that wasnt enough, they dont have any education, because all of them would speak Chinese within themselves, like its all good. Never ever again.

I love going to PT Nails for over 3 years now and they have done an amazing job each and every time I do my nails. Very clean salon and friendly staff!!! Definitely recommend!

I love the customer service here. However they have gotten a bit pricey. Not an upscale salon. Make an appointment if you do do not want to wait for long.

I recommend this place, i have been doing my nails here for about 8 months now. I do my nails with Michael and every time its a hit, never disappointed. I only go when hes there, if I had to go when hes not there I would do my nails with the owner, her husband, or Michaels wife, thats just my personal preference.

Ive been here a few times and its always been a pleasant experience. I read a few reviews and I would like to know what does education has to do with them speaking their native language with each other? I dont go to Vickys Bakery and get all mad when theyre speaking spanish to each other infront of me. Theyre fast and super nice. Obviously if its packed, expect to wait, specially if you dont have an appointment. And be prepared with cash for tipping (if you pay with card, you dont get the option to leave tip).

It doesnt matter if this place do a good job if the service is the worst, Im talking about the way that they talk to the Customers, may be the Owner know Tina doesnt know that Customers make grow her business.Michael was the person who attended me, his acctitude was terrible, very rude and angry.BE CAREFUL!! If you make an appointment doesnt mean anything because I called one day before for appointment at 5H30 and I waited almost 2 hours.Of course I dont recommend this place, if you pay for a service you MUST receive an excellent service, quality and acctitude.

I really liked this place at first; however, safe to say I will not be going back ever. I got my nails done here with shellac/ gel polish and acrylic. This should last for several weeks. After a few days I noticed the corners were chipping and coming off. I went back when I had the chance, not even a week later and they told me it would be $30 to fix them. I was a loyal customer for months and this is how they handled the situation. They are money hungry and dont allow you to leave a tip on credit card payments so the employees just try to rack up as much as they can get you to spend (probably because they work on commission).

The tech had a problem opening the nail polish even tried to open with a wrench so she asked the owner same color dip power. The owner speaks to the tech rudely, tech then tells me that owner is going to do my nails after her prepping me and removing the gel with the acetone. I just paid my 5 dollars and left. Its crazy so unprofessional.and dispectful. Go to MIA Nails on 20th and Biscayne..Not to mention always speaking about people to each other in their language beyond rude.. Re- train everyone in that whole place owners included. We pay for good service..Never again

Dont have a list of people that come in and 4 people that came after me got their nails done .. so if you hate waiting just keep telling them who you came after

Update:I had been coming here for over a year, until last week. Putting aside their small gel color collection and horrible wait times...I came here religiously every 2 weeks because their Nail tech Michael was truly amazing.But hes no longer working here. Katie does great gel and the owner does okay acrylic, but overall not worth it... Very pricey, for low quality.Old review:I moved so I needed to find a new nail salon nearby and I found this place, now Im a regular. They are the best! I get my acrylic gel mani/pedicure done with Michael hes a perfectionist, and I never leave unhappy. My nails always look bomb & Always an A+ experience!!!Always pretty busy so Id reccomend making an appointment.

I went once time and owner was amazing then when I came back for my new set of dip. His wife did my nails. They were overlapping around my finger, uneven, lumpy and my nails all were crooked. I asked her politely if she was done and said yes. I asked agin if she was going to leave me looking like that. She immediately was upset. She started yelling and I got up and showed the owner (her husband) the horrible job. She asked me to sit and started arguing. I said relax lady. She proceeded to cut down my tips as well as my own nails which I had been growing w the dip and she was so upset she was sweating and cut my finger. I was left alone to soak off the nails and start over. About 30 mins passed by so I got up washed my hands crying went up to the owner and that led him for the services. The lady ya a horrendous attitude and cdt take constructive criticism. I would never go back here and will attach video that even though i toook after she cut them down u can see the un eveness and how harsh she was drilling in down part and not in others. If I could rate a 0 I would. No one should walk out crying embarrassed in front of a store full of customers

She made me Do a NEW full set,the lady,it cracked after like a few hours only ! So painful and had me on a worry mission to go back over there to get it fixed asap. I finally get back out there and they tried to make me wait madd time for ONE NAIL. Lol and the. I said ok but r u going to charge me straight up cause if that’s the case ill just go oay somewhere else , she said ya $3! Lol like TF. Na thank ya

Awesome experience having my nails done in this place.

I went to get my acrylic nails removed, instead of soaking them in acetone, the nail tech took a thin nail tip and squeezed it in between my nail and the acrylic. It hurt a lot and it didn’t remove all of the acrylic. It’s been a week and my nails are still extremely weak because he didn’t remove all the acrylic and just painted on top of it.

I love this place , I been coming here for years and now the I move away is really hard to find the same service I used to get here anywhere else

Horrible!I came in for a mani/pedi after work, decided not to get the mani after the experience with the pedicure. The guy doing my pedi had no clue what he was doing. He tried to clean my cuticles before soaking my feet. Im giving two stars because he was nice but I will never come here again!

I specifially ask the price of their gel nails which means ; gel color/gel polish , they said 37$I get there, they add on 20$ for the gel color also charging me the cuffin shap. They cut me once n hurt me a couple. To top it all I left them short because they would have charged more!The girl beside me agreed, they were over charging her too. They add a hand massage at the end, sadly to say it was extremely rough.

Sucks place . I went for a refill & I its was a nightmare . I was waiting for an hour on a Thursday & it was not busy at all . The girl wants to charge me $48 dollars just to fix my nails .
