I have been going to the salon for at least five years. Every time I go it is like a mini spa experience. From reception to the stylists and assistance, everyone is friendly and welcoming. I have always been happy with my haircuts and coloring. My current stylist Anthony is always friendly, professional, does great cuts and coloring, and is very efficient. Going here is a little break from life. For busy people it is especially great because you are not waiting around to receive service. I highly recommend.

I have been coming to La Bella for years. The entire staff is friendly & always happy to see you. I am pampered every time I come in. They are professional, on time and accommodating. They know exactly what my curly hair needs when I come in. The salon is very cozy. The variety of products available are excellent and affordable. You can’t go wrong with any of the stylists.

This is my first time ever writing a review for anything but I have to because this place was so amazing! I scheduled a much-needed haircut and full balayage with Lynnette and am so happy I did. Lynnette took as much time as needed (over 4 hours!!) to get the results I was looking for. She went above and beyond to make sure I got a great lift with the balayage and cut my long hair step by step so I wouldnt freak out over the short cut! Everyone at the salon was very friendly and welcoming. Ive already started recommending this salon to people in the area.

Ughhhh this salon, and especially my stylist Christa, are so consistently above expectations. I used to be thrilled to get a haircut and color that were sort of close to what I was asking for and now i bring in an idea or photo (thats already probably photoshopped to perfection) and she still manages to somehow top that. I looked so good last night my fiancé insisted he had to take me out to dinner. 10/10 would highly recommend

Everyone at the salon was friendly and professional!! Such a warm inviting environment. Additionally, I’ve never been so happy with a cut and blow dry!! My stylist was Marlon and he was just as invested in my appointment as I was. The salon has so many fun goodies to purchase, from hair products to accessories. Besides leaving feeling like a million bucks, I left with a few pieces of quality jewelry. Can’t wait to go back!

This is an A+ salon. Extremely clean, great protocols in place for COVID-19, excellent service. Lynnette and Marlon are great for cuts. I haven’t tried the others but I’m sure they’re just as awesome! Thanks for an amazing experience always.

It was a GREAT experience from the moment you step through the door. Everyone greets you and speaks English. Which in Miami is a rarity. You are offered multiple times something to drink from tea, to water to coffee. Everyone is sweet and thoughtful. Anthony dyed, cut and stylized my hair. He listened and understood what I wanted and beyond delivered. Bonuses are they give a complimentary massage and there is a salon dog for you to pet! This place is amazing!!! Go, please go

I’ve been getting my haircuts with Natalia over the last few years and I love her! Whether it’s a wet cut because I’m in a rush, or a cut and dry - it’s always great. The staff is super friendly and the prices are reasonable for Coral Gables.

This place is the best! Not only are they are highly trained stylists and colorists, they are friendly, prompt and fun. The salon is lovely and conveniently located in Coral Gables. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Although I dont do my hair here, I take my daughter and they always do such a great job. Its reasonable (for Coral Gables) but not cheap. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Love their little gift shop with really unique gifts to buy.

La Bella Salon truly prides itself on fantastic service. All of their stylists are professional, knowledgeable and great listeners. The Aveda products are also wonderful, and specific ones will be recommended but with zero pressure to purchase. They also offer massages before hair cuts!

Stevie is my go to master stylist. Every couple of years I get my hair cut very short, pixie style or lower. She carries amazing energy and I feel 1000% confident in her hands! Thank you La Bella Salon ❤️❤️❤️

When I moved down to Coral Gables, I tried salon after salon to find the perfect blowout. For me, a blowout is theraputic & immediately improves my week. La Bella, exceeded my expectations and provides for me such a loving community. I look forward to coming in biweekly (or weekly, when my pay check lets me) to not only get my hair blown but to also catch up with the vibrant employees and stylists. They have made this feel like a second home to me & always know how to turn my week around. Oh also, your hair will leave looking AMAZING. I have thick hair and am very particular when it comes to styling my mane, and the entire team has not let me down. Special s/o to Karissa and Marlon who keep me coming back. I have been going to this salon for about 15 years, Coconut Grove first, then Coral Gables. Anna usually does my hair and does an excellent job. I have had a couple other people cut my hair and have always come away happy but Anna is the person I see most often. Great atmosphere, friendly, efficient, no waiting past your appointment time, neck massage if you want it, always offered something to drink and usually in and out pretty quickly with a beautiful new cut and perfect blow out. Love this Salon!

Got my hair cut for the first time in over a year and honestly Christa was amazing. She made my hair look better than ever with a haircut and blowdry. Also Maykeli gave me the best wash Ive had in a while. Overall, La Bella salon is the best aveda salon in town and I will definitely be coming back!

They have zero organization skills. The hairdressers have serious talent but when the front desk makes you an appointment for the wrong time more than once it is not with the aggravation.

My stylist has been Ivania for over 2 years and Im glad I found her and this great salon. All the staff treats you with good manners and a big smile. Every time I come here to do my base color they offer me a massage that is included with the service. The ambience is a reminisce of India, the music is soft and the Aveda products are excellent. Not only Ivania takes care very well of my hair but shes an expert of classic movies! I enjoy very much our conversations. Shes the best!

Heres the thing, the talent here deserves 5 stars for sure. And its the only reason one would put up with as much as one does from the front desk and the owner. Disaster. If youre thinking of trying it out for the first time, be aware theyve lost super loyal clients because of what a disaster their inability to be organized proves to be. Personally, its happened to myself and my mom over 9 times and weve spoken to other clients who have at this point left the salon. They book wrong times, wrong dates, wrong appointments, etc... clients organize work, school times, etc to come and pay for a service and 1, 2, 3, 4 even 5 times is understandable, more than that, you really need to start addressing the problem. But more than that, today was one of those days where I got a text message confirming one time and it was a complete different time, this time, the owner decided to come speak to me. Oh lord. Well, you know what they say, when theres a problem with the staff, look at the management. True here. She came in attack mode when I literally hadnt said a word to anyone yet, my mum had come in and explained why we were late (I had to double back and get her when we realized the appointment time they gave her was wrong) so one of the staff send the owner to speak to me, which I did not request. She seemed completely out of touch with the fact that weve been super patient before and love literally everyone else in the salon and only have a problem with the front desk. She started acting like I needed to give her a solution to solve this problem ..Idk, maybe staff meetings, more uniform syst -- WE DO THAT! Ok, idk, I didnt know I had to solve your business problems for you as part of being a client. She tried to vilify me acting like I didnt understand humans do this. Ive worked as a receptionist for years, trust me, more than others I know were all human and I didnt even say anything about them because like I said, when theres that many problems below, the issue is above. Anyway, I told her to stop talking to me because I wasnt here to solve her problems, I never asked to speak to her and she was aggravating everything and causing a huge drama. She kept coming back. Seriously? Youd think shed want to minimize the scene in her own place but Ive represented the kind of owner she is. Today will be our last day here, we stayed because the staff that knows us insisted when they saw how upset we were but its done, its supposed to be a pamper to get this done and its just torture, its ridiculous. Let me be clear, even their own stylists get annoyed with the constant problems caused by the front desk. Its a shame because like I said, I literally love this staff and everyone is so talented, Ive been coming for almost 3 years but after today I just cant give more chances here. And Rosvelt is uniquely talented for blondes, literally probably no one is better but theres a certain balance that is set off when youre paying for a service and you get ambushed by an owner who thinks she a 15-year old looking for a reality tv scene without taking accountability for problems in her business. If the stylists ran the salon, this would be something else. I have recommended 6 friends, who became repeat customers, which I now regret, now I will have to go back on my word. Shame for the talent. Im definitely expecting a response from the owner absolving herself of all accountability.

Zero stars.Unprofessionalism to the MAX. This entire salon is the SHADIEST Ive ever seen. Ive gone to so many other salons in Coral Gables and this one definitely is a joke. The front desk is always disorganized, a mess of paper everywhere, calls that are literally being left unanswered and ignored, incorrect appointment times, and worst of all the owner Ana is the shadiest character of them all. She has the audacity to confront her clients with a disgusting attitude over all platforms of communication. In person, over the phone, and even e-mail, but when you want to confront her about an issue with her salon, she is nowhere to be found, opens your emails and ignores them, and when you try calling the salon to try and speak to her, she later sends you an email saying youre harassing her salon. Seriously? Its okay for me to make a mistake and get the owner yelling at me when Im a paying customer, but when it is either her or one of her incompetent staff making the mistake, she turns into a ghost and is nowhere to be found. Start acting like how the owner of a salon should act, rather than a COWARD.
