Great customer service! Did a great job to my shoes. The lady ( kori the dark girl ) the sweetest person so nice and she explain everything step by step so nice!And called me when it was ready! Like no other place in Miami! Restored and sole guard!

As a first time buyer of red soles, I wanted to make sure I brought mine for the rubber sole protection to a shop that was recommended by the designer. I will admit, I was a bit nervous to wait as I’ve never in my life paid so much for shoes, but it was so worth it! It was ready in the two weeks that they estimated, and right after the holidays. They were ready on a weekday, so I had to park in the garage across the street since none of the spaces out front were available. FYI - If you can find parking quickly, and be done with your pickup and out of there in 15 mins, parking is free in that garage. I gave them two pairs and they did an awesome job! My sky high heels now feel amazing to walk in. I left one happy customer, especially after they gave me a big brown bag to put my shoe boxes in so that I didn’t have to carry them in my arms all the way back to and through the garage. My only gripe was that I wasn’t notified the day they were ready; it’s not exactly right next door for me to drive to Coral Gables. I had to call in to ask, which luckily, they were. But this place still deserves 5 stars for the great service. I’ll definitely come back again.

The reviews most be done by the employees...Too expensive, and lack of customer service. Service over price for such a bad detailing job on high end shoes. Cant recommend. Not taking my business there again.

I had no idea such a place existed. Now I can finally repair all my Louboutin’s instead of having to throw them out! I had the bottom of my heels repainted and they look phenomenal. My heel was extremely damaged and they made it look brand new. The employees are extremely kind and helpful! I’m so glad they are open on the weekends because I never find the time to go on a weekday to drop off my items so I usually go on the weekend and I am attended extremely well. Thank you Santana Leather Care for bringing my heels back to life!

If you need someone to care for your fine leather items, shoes & purses look no further, you found them at Santana Creative!! I have been taking my shoes & bags to them for at least 2 years now. They are truly amazing! They take care of your items so carefully and detailed, their work is impeccable. The sales reps are always nice, helpful and informative. I refer them anytime I can!!

Called and was told the store was open and to come on down. Arrived to a closed store with a note saying “back soon,” and I waited outside for over 20 minutes.Was then told that they offer no insurance or guarantee of not losing shoes, which I found odd and disconcerting. They deal with luxury shoes, and human or shipping error means sometimes things can get lost, but apparently they don’t care.I reluctantly handed over my shoes and left. A month later, I was called to say that ALL of my shoes were ready. I drive over an hour in traffic to get them. But wait, they don’t know where my third pair is. After vague answers and lots of searching, they report that the system has no idea where they are, but they’re probably in North Carolina at the factory. I ask that they ship them to me, since I was told that they were ready, and it’s a long drive for me. They agree, and tell me to expect them delivered in a few days.It’s been a month since they said I should have received them, and almost two months since I dropped them off for repair. Where are my shoes, you ask? Sitting in the store, because a shoe repair store has no shoe boxes to ship them to me. Was I notified and apologized to? Of course not. I’ve been calling them every week to get an update, and each time been given weird, non-chalant service.I’m actually, usually a very chill customer and try to understand. But when you give a company over $3,000 worth of shoes and get disinterested, unapologetic service... I pulled a “Karen” and asked to speak to the manager. I already was. Unsure of her name, but the same person who couldn’t be bothered to notify me of the status of my shoes, sometimes doesn’t answer the phone, and treats everything with the same “shrugging” attitude, is in charge of this place. I GENUINELY thought this girl must be new or just slightly rude/incompetent, but apparently she’s in charge. Nice. Let’s see if I ever get my Louboutins back(:(Oh, and one of the pairs I DID get back just broke.)

I loved Santana Leather Care! The location is easy to get to not to mention they have parking right out front. Their staff is very attention to detail and left my Burrberry Sneakers looking brand new! I cant wait to wear them out again. Ill definitely be back several more times. I just found out they also fix purses!!!!

This company has the worst reviews I have ever seen in my life for a shoe company ! I almost cried after being teased about the negative reviews because I had already dropped off my shoes so yeah I thought i made the worst mistake ever. I called asking to get my shoes back and the staff was super sweet , super understanding and super caring !! They expressed their embarrassment and reassured me my stuff would be returned to me and they’d also take very good care of my stuff. So I thought to myself “why would Christian Louboutin refer them if they were so horrid? Whatever the shoes were completely ruined so I’ll hope for the best. “Guess what ?! The shoes all came back looking so fresh ! The following order I made after that was even better too ! I told them I’d do a review and they were grateful for it , but I’ve taken forever to do so and I hope they are still grateful for it lol Anyways , my point is that they fit shoes , purses and belts extremely well ! I’ll show you one example so I don’t overload you with samples but I truly , honest to god recommend them and will be referring everyone I know to them ! Oh and the turn around time was less than two weeks.

They’ve repaired a loose heel on Jimmy Choos pumps and did a great job, but since the shoes had only been worn twice, I won’t be buying that brand again. They’ve also worked on Valentino’s, and I’ll bring my Loubitins and Chanel to them, as well, once I wear them down. I’m hard on shoes, so I’m glad to have found them.

Took 2 months to get my shoes back...I had to call initially to see where they were because I was told it would take only about two weeks. When I got them back, the underneath of my Loubiutins were worse off then before due to a crack in the heel the factory made. They also left glue residue on the back of the shoe. The only thing the store rep Kevin offered me was to have them sent back. I don’t want to Waite another 2 months and risk them causing even more damage to my shoes. I wouldn’t trust this specific store again. Very disappointing because I had heard good things.

The only place to repair your Louboutin in Miami based on web search. Staff is very helpful giving you advice for the sole repair. I will be posting pics of my shoes once I pick then up.

I took my Prada shoes, they suggested to clean them. When I went to pick them up I noticed the cork on one heel was all peeled off. The owner was really rude, and the only solution he gave, was that he wouldnt charge me for cleaning them. So thanks for ruining my shoes for free!!
