We started our practice in the beginning of the pandemic and decided from the get-go that our practice would be mostly virtual and meeting clients exclusively with previously set appointments. That’s where Quest came in! An office space that is available upon request, with locations in Central and South Florida that could cater to our needs. Our home-base is the Coral Gables location, there, the office assistants are just magnificent! Specially Maria and Natalie. Together they are the A team! Friendly, diligent and super attentive with us and our clients. You can’t ask for more! Swing by and see the recently renovated floor plan, I’m sure you’ll love it as much as we do. Two thumbs up!!!

The Coral Gables location offers a super convenient solution for tech savvy professionals who like the flexibility of working remotely, but with full back-office and receptionist support, so as to not have to deal with traffic, etc., with the added bonus of being able to meet clients and conduct business in a modern, super professional looking, business-friendly office environment.Natalie, Maria and the rest of the Gables staff are super nice, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with, adding to the top-shelf, a la carte concierge experience Quest aims to provide.For those pros whose business does not allow them to work remotely, Quest also offers the options of doing a full blown private office lease in an office park environment which allows you to neighbor with fellow like-minded professionals and would likely provide tons of networking and referral opportunities.Finally, under the Quest setup you also have the option of going to the client - where you would have a Quest home office but can arrange for a meeting at any other Quest office location that would be closer to the client at no additional cost.This is a very nice perk that a service provider can offer to a client who may be located a little further away than your existing client base and may be turned off by having to make the long trek in South Florida traffic every time they would need to meet with you.Anyway, I have been super pleased with my Quest experience so far, and Ive already been here 2 years. I cannot recommend the Gables location highly enough. Give them a shot - you will not be disappointed.

Our company has been based at Quest Workspaces in Coral Gables for over 2 years. The facilities are great, and have recently gone through a renovation that allows more sunlight into inner spaces, with upgraded common areas, restrooms and kitchen. There is a multitude of work configurations and office offerings available. The office location is excellent, with close proximity to Miracle Mile and ample restaurant/entertainment offerings. Quests greatest assets are its staff, who are responsive, professional, friendly, helpful, and work hard to create and environment of community with their tenants. Staff continuity is very important, and having long time dedicated staff like Maria, Natalie and Yaneli help bring it all together to create the professional and productive environment for small and large business alike.

Ive been at Quest since 2013, and Im a happy client. This pandemic has proven them to be better than ever. During the COVID-19 pandemic, theyve continued to help me keep up my business. Theyve forwarded my mail to my home so I could continue working without coming into the office. The phone system they installed a few years ago sends me an email when I get a voicemail, so I can call people back almost immediately when they leave a message. Emely even searched for something in my office that needed to be FedExed for a client so I didnt have to come into the office. Natalie is always helpful, cheerful and responsive, and Maria works to make sure that we clients have what we need to keep our businesses running during this pandemic.
