After being burned a few times by fly by night web site development companies I was very skeptical. I had no idea how I was going to find a new web development company. I decided that whomever I chose had to have a physical brick and mortar location so I could go there and complain if I had any problems. I also was going to pass by unannounced to make sure they were for real. Office Graphic Design met my criteria. Oliver at Office Graphic Design has delivered everything he promised and then some. Our newest website has been a phenomenal success. We have had glitches but Oliver always works to fix it and even when it has been caused by us he helps us with no charge. I do no write reviews often and this review comes after two years of working with Office Graphic Design. I believe it takes time to earn a positive review and these people sure have in my book.

The team did a good job, and we worked closed to get the website working and is now pushing sales and doing excellent. Looking forward to growing with the help of Office Graphic Design Folks. Good communication.

Ha, thats rich. I love how all the 5 star reviews were done on the same day and are all written very similarly... Guess what, this is the worst company you could ever possibly come to. Those reviews were obviously written by the staff. Heres a short look at what you can get yourself into if you go to this designer.1) You can expect designs you ask for to be ripped off of other sites and the designer wont tell you.2) 95% of the designs he makes are from other sites.3) Everything he does on your website will be buggy at least 3 times in a row.4) He will tell you everything is updated and complete, the funny part is they NEVER check if there are bugs on the site. You have to do that yourself.5) If you spend a lot of time looking for bugs on your site you will not have time to look at new things he made because the old things still have bugs. If you dont check the new things, eventually when you do find bugs and discrepancies on the new things he will charge you double the original price to revamp it.6) He will fill your site with gramatical errors and not fix them until you point it out. All 100 of them!7) When you tell him to fix it, and you give a specific format, he will do it how he pleases and still write it out incorrectly.8) He charged us 1k for a video chat program which, once finished, was extremely laggy. All he could tell us is thats how the program is, and if we wanted a better one we had to dish out 19k (so what happened to my 1k? gone).9) When you call him to tell him you have bugs on your site he will tell you hes with another client and will call you back. He never called us back ANY of the times he said he would.All in all: If you want the crappiest customer service and worst possible website design and programming come to this guy, where he thinks hes in charge and will actually break the contract without you noticing (cant believe he did it so many times to us too, finally got a lawyer on him!). Ive been to a lot of bad places regarding customer service but this company is by far the worst I have ever been to. Guess what, weve been trying to get this site up for 3 years now but havent been able to get in business yet because it STILL HAS BUGS!!!P.S. I could write more but I already have to deal with college essays, I dont want to have to write another essay.P.P.S: If you dont believe me about the reviewers being the same people, click on their names... They all reviewed the same places too. So apparently these people are affiliated with each other and write good reviews on places they agree to do so.
