Second time ive been in here, they are closed on open google times or whom ever should offer the service is not in the store.

Lady at the counter was super nice and friendly. I got an ok rate. Not great but at least way better than all the places I called so I am happy! Overall a great experience

Very disappointing experience. I lost 18% of my money in an exchange that should have been 13% by what was quoted on the phone. Trust me, I checked the market rate and I got scammed , but was flying out the next day and had no choice at that point. Not only did the company quote me an exchange rate over the phone that they did not honor when I picked up my money, they also added a $5 fee that was never mentioned as an actual fee until I got to the store. I guess if your in a bind and absolutely have no place else to go then it is what it is. You are probably better off at the airport. I will not return to this location in the future.
