I had the best hour here!!! it was so much fun and i got a work out in. a lot of thanks to diana and etna, they were so attentive and very helpful. the view is always incredible. come here if you want to have a great kiak experience.

The kayak rentals are awesome! Mario, Diana, and Brandon are so helpful in setting up the kayaks and guiding us through our trip. Highly recommend over any other kayak place in Miami, you will get your money’s worth here and meet the coolest people. Love this place and am returning soon 💛😌

The other day I rented Two Kayaks with my family. Brandon and Mario were much help. They had everything set up prior to us coming which made things run a lot smoother. Paying was very easy which we did after. Definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun time with their family on the water in beautiful miami.

$89 for 3 hours of kayak rental +$10 I tipped for their service. (I have a receipt) I asked the employees twice before renting if it was per hour or per day, they just said “you pay when you get back” rate is stated as $20 Kayak Rental.... that’s all. They really need to be more specific about their rates.

Ive tried multiple places to learn how to fully get the hang of kite boarding, up until i found this small kite school in matheson hammock park. The instructors there are amazing, very knowledgeable, and helped me out immensely. Within the first six hours they were able to get me riding up wind and even jump! I now have my iko certification and im doing great! The atmosphere on a windy day with all the people there is uplifting and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get kiteboarding lessons!

The BEST place to learn kiteboarding in Miami !El mejor lugar para aprender en todo Miami !¡!down in the grove, in a nice park on the bay, is this outpost of kiteboarding enthusiasts. the conditions here are ideal to learn. the instructors are all knowledgeable, patient and passionate about the sport. instead of me spending years learning in the least efficient ways possible (crowded beaches, friends 2nd hand gear etc)... I coulda learned here in just 2 days.

The humans were kind, I was a bit scared because I didnt know the area but overall this was an amazing days and they played great music on location

Nice place to go kayaking for two or three hours at the Matheson Hammock Miami-Dade county park. That is if you dont mind attendants who do not wear masks, and at times may get within one or two feet from you (like when paying for the rental). It did not make me feel very comfortable given the extent of the pandemic (January 2021). However, all park employees do wear masks at all times per Miami-Dade county ordinance.

Masks are not the law. Welcome to america. I will not spend my money in your establishment if youre going to try to take my rights as an American citizen away. Get with the program. No soup for you

Didnt think this was for me... but i was wrong. After 2 full days of beating my face on the water I finally got up on the board... and what a reward. Had a great time out there. Will be going back for sure!!

Amazing Experience

Staff was super laid back and relaxed, made me feel toasty. Water is a bit choppy in the Bay area but on a 1-2 person kayak was very easy to maneuver. A lot of inlet areas that are openly accessible to kayakers and paddle boarders, the water in those areas is much more calm.

The best in Miami and almost half the price as its competitors. Fantastic customer service.

Great staff and beautiful spot for paddle boarding or kite surfing. Definitely recommend trying kite surfing its an addicting thrill!

Bad experience. When we arrived, in addition to paying the parking $ 7, we wanted to charge $ 15 per person to do kite. But what one can contribute. We pay $ 7 for employee pressure. Then we realized that nobody paid. They dont give a receipt, obviously. Bit serious.You cannot launch the kite the kite on the beach. Nor land. You must get into the water walking and unwind the lines there.

Its good to share but theres a lot of alga
