They said we need a starter and we didnt need astarter and that we needed a battery that was a lie and we were out of town. overcharged us, never again. Great customer service, all about the money with them.

My service provider Jose keeps me constantly updated and works hard Im keeping me well informed of what my vehicle needs and treating me like a customer should be treated I actually feel comfortable when leaving my vehicle here and I know I can trust a good service provider when I see one and Ive been to a lot of repair shops in my life and I must say this is the best one with the best service that Ive ever had thank you Jose A. Be careful people, when you buying a car from this salon.The worst service ever. I have never can imagine that it could happen in Mercedes Benz.I signed all the paperwork and wired the full price for the car to Mercedes-Benz of Coral Gables Mercedes confirmed that they got the money and scheduled my appointment to pick up the car .I came there, driving 45miles and they told me that the title had an error, and they could not sell the car.Now I don’t have money and don’t have the car which I paid for.When I wanted to meet the manager and discuss what can be done In a calm manner, the manager - Mr. Rabassa, mentioned that he will not meet me and he only can talk by phone. Constantly repeating that Mercedes Benz was not at fault. If so, then who is?I’m super concerned about the unprofessional behavior of Mr. Rabassa, and the whole team, who refused to meet with me and offer any explanation as to what happened.Two weeks passed already and I still do not have the car that I payed the full price for

We have for many years use Mercedes at Pembroke Pines but as the years progressed service there has become terrible. Jose Rafael Artiles was our service advisor while at Pembroke Pines but when he left this location we didn’t want to take our car back. We stablished contact with him recently and didn’t mind the drive from Pembroke Pines to Coral Gables as we know the services he provides is excellent. We are happy with the service, the treatment, the credibility and the friendships most of all. Thank you Rafa for being you. Coral Gables is blessed to have you as part of their team.
