Theres no other property management team Id rather rent from and do business with. As an airline manager, I lived in the Fort Lauderdale metro area for nearly a year and a half. Atlantico at Palm Aire was my property of choice, the team there practically rescued me from an apartment elsewhere full of toxins and bad management, and I havent looked back. COVID has changed the world, and I unfortunately cant say I live in Florida still, and Im quite disappointed with my current property management company in New England. Some properties and companies claim to be luxury or exclusive or all-inclusive, but the quality FCI offers will never be matched. To this day I stay in contact with my property management team at Palm Aire. You could say Ive fallen in love up in Rhode Island, and Ill stay here for love, but isnt it crazy that FCI, without the power of love, could have been my SOLE reason to get back to the Sunshine State? Thats just how great this company is. From the maintenance teams to the property management teams to the social media teams, to the teams at corporate... FCI Residential is unmatched. Thank you Tamara, Danielle, Bonnie, Laura, Brooke, Austin, and the great Atlantico maintenance management team for giving me a great SoFlo life and experience. To this day I only use Florida Crystals sugar in my house. You never truly know what you have until its gone is such a true statement. Bad management I need a help with one of there community they answer my phone twice after that they have block my number i spoke with Lisa first two times but after that my phone straight go voice mailnever want to move in any of the FCI residentials

I’ve lived in Florida for 15 years and these last 2 years at Atlantico have been the nicest apartment I’ve occupied. We’re in a very convenient location, everything is upgraded and clean, rental office are easy to work with, and maintenance are fast and knowledgeable. I’ve recommend to anyone searching for a place to call home.

I love all of the beautiful luxury apartments that FCI Residential has in their portfolio! All are very new and modern. When I hear of their new properties in construction, I have to stop myself from viewing them online as I am tempted to live in each one of them, ahhhh. I have already lived in 2 of their properties and loved them both.

After signing a lease in good faith. Paying my rent on time. FCI Residential literally tried to get away with deleting my lease. Our old Property Manager passed away. The new kid, is using a personal vendetta to exact revenge and Bully me. They are actually trying to say I went Month to Month in August. However by law they needed to inform me of this. Now they are trying to remove me with a 30day notice. Instead of giving me a 90day renewal option. Obviously after the Oscars death I had not planed on renewing. This Bully tactic is simply designed to bleed me financially. Since I must pay for attorney to defend myself in court. All of this and I still will be leaving on 4/30/2019. Soulless. Abusive. Duplicitous.

Atlantico at Kendall is a poorly managed community and FCI did nothing to remedy my issue at hand

Working for FCI has been a breath of fresh air. This has been on of the best professional experiences I have had since I got into this industry 5 years ago. The love and support that you get from upper management is motivating. It inspires you to achieve and supersede your goals with all of the support from your direct team and the corporate team.

I have been visiting the Park at Kendall facilities and I am amazed at the lobby and the apartments. All staff very attentive.
