Did my research and enrolled my kids and I about a month ago...legit system, instructors, and lineage. Coaches want everyone to understand and benefit from instruction. always asking if there are questions. no questions unanswered. I love this place and everyone that trains here. feels like family. We just love Absolute Self Defense! Both coach Brittany and coach Jeff are AMAZING with young kids. My 4 and 6 year old are always so excited for class. The coaches make new members feel welcomed and included. Their knowledge and willingness to work with each kid on their own level is beyond compare. Even with the multiple options in the area ASD comes out as the number one place to take classes!!!

This is a great place to learn BJJ. Came in here knowing absolutely nothing about BJJ, and a year later I’m still here and loving every minute of it. This gym is friendly and welcoming to people of all ages and abilities. Coach Britt, Coach Teddy, and Coach Jeff are wonderful instructors. They’re knowledgeable, detailed and always makes each class a great experience. My ohana and I are fortunate to be able to train here 🤙🏽

I have been in the military for a little over 20 years which means we have lived in several different places. With that, we have been introduced to different businesses that we have either loved or hated. Absolute Self Defense has definitely been placed on our list of loved places. We have tried a couple other Self Defense academies in this area and they can not compare to Absolute. While they do run the Academy in a professional way, they still tailorto each individual student in a family oriented way.They have personally built up my sons self-esteemby boosting his strengths and minimized his weaknesses.Sincerely,Cobra Kai 🐍

Great place! My kids and I train here! We are gigantic newbs! None of the coaches or other people training make us feel bad about it. This place treats you like a family instead of someone to make money off of. Love it!

The coaches are amazing with my autistic son. Super patient, very helpful and well organized. This school teaches my child everything he will need to defend himself and learn a sense of discipline as well. Coach Britt is very knowledgeable in her craft. Although our family had to PCS, we know we will always have a family at absolute academy!! 10/10

Great coach and great experience. My son has been going for 2y and he has improved on his self confidence so much. And is learning the value of hard work. Belts are not just given, to make the gym look good, they are earned. A great family environment, we all support one another and have become a big family with open arms to anyone that comes in.

Myself and my son have been training here for about 8 month now and it has been really fun.The coaches are great with kids and the adult class has some really good training partners. I would highly recommend!

My daughter loves the class and coaches.Teaches self defence and discipline. Well priced compared to other places in the area. Would recommend them to anyone who is wanting or looking for a place to start or continue with their martial arts.
