Bill French is not only personable and honest, his staff is extremely skilled. I took an old ring to him for a tune up. He recommended the best methods for making it like new. The price was very reasonable and the results were amazing! I wish I would have taken a before photo! We have been frequently stopping in for various reasons. To have a ring sized. At a very affordable price. To replace a white gold necklace that I had that broke with one that was just as dainty but so much more durable and beautiful! We also put my fiances ring on layaway. Took a watch in to have the battery replaced. And had 3 gems appraised at an affordable price as well. So we have had the pleasure of dealing with just about everyone at Bill French jewelers and have never had a complaint, or bad experience there ever.

AMAZING!!! I found this place after a lot of jewelers said my wedding ring could not be fixed. I believe the owner was the one who helped us with the whole process and he was so AWESOME! He was very kind and he was so helpful. Today I got my ring back and the resizing was perfect and I believe they even polished my ring because it was shining so much!!! They only took a few days to resize it which was so convenient. Do not hesitate in trusting your jewelry with them because I definitely would say they are EXCELLENT at what they do! I cant say enough good things about this jewelry store. They cut both my rings down 2.5 sizes, all while saving the engraving on the inside; tightened the prongs around my diamond; and cleaned and dipped the rings, and they now look as good as they did when I got them 16 years ago!

My husband and I went in on Valentine’s Day & told Shaun what we wanted. He helped us quickly with no problem. I also got my diamond ring fixed which had a missing small diamond & some prongs were broken & had to be replaced. I paid exactly what I was quoted and was so happy my ring that had been damaged for months was finally fixed. There was a small communication issue with being e-mailed when my ring was ready to be picked up, but was resolved quickly when I called their establishment. Overall, I would definitely come back for new jewelry and the customer service was excellent.

The first time I visited Bill French Jewelers, my mother and I were looking an Anniversary band for my mother. We very much enjoyed talking with Liz and she was very helpful and friendly. To me, that is very important. I really appreciated her honesty! The second time I visited the store, Bill helped me out with my husbands watch. Not only did he fix it, he fixed it at no charge. Mind you, I had previously been given an astronomical quote for such a simple thing as a new gasket and a battery from a quick fix place. In the two times that I have gone in and talked to these lovely people, I have been given more time, respect and honesty any other encounter with a jewelry store. Awesome establishment. My the opal in my ring cracked and they were able to glue it back together and reset it (per my request). It took less than a week to finish. My ring looks as if nothing ever happened. They also cleaned a few of my other rings and made them look brand new. Will definitely return.

I had a watch Id sent in to the manufacturer for repair. They completed the repairs but when they reassembled the watch they left the gasket protruding outside the watch case. I stopped by Bill French Jewelers and they gladly corrected the problem on the spot.These folks do business the old fashioned way. Prompt, courteous, craftsmanship with a friendly attitude and a genuine interest in serving their customer. What a refreshing encounter I had with these nice people. The words Thank You just doesnt seem adequate to express my appreciation. This watch was a gift from my father in law who has since died. It meant a lot to me that someone else thought it as important as I did.
