Our experience at this UPS location was perfect. It’s near the holidays so we had braced ourselves for a...rough...experience. We were pleasantly surprised. The line moved very fast, the employee did a wonderful job packing up all our boxes and keeping all the addresses straight. Real hustle with a smile. Keep it up!

Good store with good people that help you in any way they can. It is a business that I highly recommend if you need shipping, packing, copies, faxes, laminating, notary public, etc. The employees are very respectful and helpful. They however DO NOT charge you for pen and tape like that one customer implied. The employees are only doing their job. So, with that being said, I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND YALL GIVE THIS STORE A TRY.

I actually had a great experience. I walked in and the counter lady had a smile and was very nice. Id say the attitudes previously commented on are no longer. She gave me a courtesy tape and let me in future thered be a charge. Thank you!!

This is the 2nd time Ive been in this place. The first time they were rude and short. This time I go in and the same little Hawaiian girl was extremely rude. Shes gonna catch the wrong person on the wrong day and there gonna Doo exactly what she has coming to get.

Worst customer service that I have ever encountered. I would not have given a star at all, but the app will not let me give an unfilled star and be able to post this. The Asian woman at the counter made several errors in not only my shipping requirements, but became indignant when I attempted to restate my requests to her, and correct her errors. Of course my package is still sitting there at the store 3 days later. I truly believe that if you dont like your job, you should quit. Acting entitled, indignant and incompetent all at once is not a good combination for a business to run well. After reading several other reviews of this UPS store location, I understand now that I should not have used this location. I sent 3 packages to the same address and 1 of the packages arrives 2 days after the others...how does that happen...plain old incompetence.

Just wanted to send off a package. I never used UPS for business purposes and will never after that experience. I have a code to send off and didnt know what I needed to do as Ive never used the service. Front desk asked for the code so I started to tell her and then she put her hand out for my phone (Im capable of reading off a 6 digit code). After she couldnt figure it out the other employee informed me I needed to drive to a drop location for a form. Both really seemed to enjoy their job😂. No one is making you work there. Why work somewhere youre miserable, all you do is spread that bad energy. Get a gig somewhere else. You can find happiness, dont give up.

I dont know if this is corporate store or a franchise. But if the former then all three females working on 11/01/2017 at 1116 am need to be fired. There are very few customer service experiences in my life that were as abysmal as this visit.Every single one of them refused to address customers directly. They, instead, messed around with this here, that there, and pointed over there, while still communicating. They feigned no interest in creating a positive experience for any of us. The employee that assisted me wanted my envelope (that weighed maybe 2 lbs) on the other side of the register instead of the side I sat it on. So she just looked at it and pointed to where on the counter I should place it - rather than move it herself. Then every single thing I said she interrupted me. I needed a label printed so I needed to e-mail it or print it myself. She was inconvenienced when I told her that I wanted her to print the UPS (which is who she works for) label. Then because it wasnt sealed she told me that they will tape it this time but next time it would be a charge. This is absolutely absurd when we are talking about a single envelope.I listened to all of the interactions while there and all three were exactly the same. My perception (and, it seems, everyone elses) was that the customers that give them the business that allows them to gather a paycheck were an inconvenience to them.I will, without a doubt, never use this store again. I hope others will choose to take their business elsewhere as well.

Unfortunately the customer service at this location is terrible. Lucky for The UPS Store, they are the only print place in town. Be prepared to pay high printing prices and a minimim of $2.50 for computer use (just to open your document for print). :-/

I have never had a problem here, they have always been curtious and quick. I go here very often because it is so quick. Not sure what these other people are experiencing, but I have never experienced any problems at this location.

Friendly people and a convenient location ... but either their prices are through the roof, or they make up quotes as they feel appropriate. I wanted to send my mnt bike to Hawaii. The lady said even a small 12x8 envelope would cost over 100.00 because it’s being sent to an island. She pointed to a box half the size of my bike with no weight and explained how that would be closer to 1000.00 to send! My bicycle would be even more! So I went to FedEx in Killeen and sent it for under 100. They even included a bicycle box to put it in. Of course I had to drive all the way to Killeen but I saved over 900.00 for doing so!

Ive always received good service here over a span of several years. There is one error, however, on Google end. This store is not a Fedex drop off. The local Fedex drop off is inside of Walgreens.

First off, lets just say the lady was rude. Didnt matter what I said you did not care or was very respectful. They charge you for every item that they can possibly charge you for. Computer time, tape, using a pen. I normally go to the other location on South Fort Hood Street but their internet was down and I was sent to the Copperas Cove location. Do not come to this location. I highly discourage you from wasting your time and your money at this location.

I like most people to step in an establishment had to send out a package. I had my shipping document and did not have my two boxes taped up. I walked up to the counter and waited for the first woman to assist me, it took her 30 seconds for her to address me only to tell me that I needed to cary my boxes to the next counter. I was a bit distracted when the second woman assisted me, so I did not noticed that she actually acted as if I somehow disturbed her. When I asked if they had tape so that I can seal my boxes. Her reply was its going to be $1.00 charge, or you can buy some tape (she never said $1.00 per box) To which I replied, how they seem to be the only UPS that I have ever been in who charge for a simple service that is simply good customer service. She did not seem to appreciate that, her reply was to simply criticized why I reused a box. As if I cared for her opinion, by then I needed for my transaction to be over with and leave this establishment. That was a disappointment as well, I was charged $1.99 for taping two boxes. Her rudnes, criticism and poor customer service is unwarranted. I understand that to some customers here go in because of connivance of distance, I will make a longer drive to avoid this store. This was my first time here and my last.Staff members here are very rud, I envite anyone to see a few of my reviews and see that I am very impartial.

Stopped by to return 2 packages, and i did not tape one up because i wasnt sure i could ship without an outer box. Asked lady if they could just place a piece of tape to hold the shoebox closed, and they both said i must have boxes taped before dropping off. I see a new sign on the counter that says they charge to tape. I bought a small yellow envelope and was not given the change. Geez, i figured if i would have asked for the change they would have charged me to tape the box. Wont be going back to that store again. Usps i guess.

Worst experience ever at this store ! I am a pretty regular customer here and up until now never had an issue. Went in today to ship my schoolbooks back to Chegg. Usually I go in and they tape the box for me. Well today I go in like normal to ship the books back and then Im told that they cant ship it unless the box is already tapped I responded that I have never had to tape the box before she tells me that they dont tape boxs anymore due to it being expense on their part. So I ask the lady could they just tape the box as a courtesy for me this one time especially since I honestly didnt know. She proceeds to tell me that I can buy tape from the store. When I get the tape she allows me to tape the box first and then pay for the tape. When I go to check out she tells me the tape is over $5 ! I instantly get annoyed because had I know that the tape would cost so much I would have went to the dollar store or Walmart and bought bigger tape for the same amount! Will never go to this location again !!!!
