Terrible service.. took my pc in for diagnostic and hard drive swap it took them over a week to swap hard drives and nobody called me when it was completed, i called them to see what’s taking so long and the guy told me it was finished days ago and had no idea why nobody has reached out to me yet. when i pick up my pc they didn’t even run the diagnostic which was the main reason i brought it to them, complete waste of time and money try to find some where else.

This company is the best! There is nobody better than Roman. He is an honest, hardworking genius who is truly gifted at what he does. I trust this business more than any other I deal with. They always do great work for a great price. And they do it quickly.

Im sorry guys avoiding this computer store. Cant sell a hard drive without windows? Cant sell me a used hard drive? Oh you can but I have to wait while you wipe it. Fine do it. It will take too long you might have to come back tomorrow? I said no thank. Oh can you replace the digitizer on my HP Envi 17.3? Entire display? Well we would have to replace the whole display. OK how long? No idea. You wont be seeing me tomorrow.

I brought my laptop in because a screen I replaced was lighting up but showing no picture. I took it here to have someone more experienced than I troubleshoot. I walked in on a Friday and was assured Id have it looked at almost immediately. He had one desktop on the counter that he needed to get to first. I work in the oilfield so my schedule is hectic and Im gone for weeks at a time. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing so I dropped in. When I did and asked about it he told me that the screen wasnt working and that he would need to order a new one. I explained the screen was new. He said oh and that he didnt know that and it wasnt in the notes even though it was him that I first spoke to. He told me hed take another look and call me. This got crazy at work I was out of state for 6 weeks. During this time I got no calls or updates. When I came back I dropped in and he told me he believed the screen all together was faulty. I asked to have my broken computer back. He didnt charge me (thank god) but when I got my laptop back my charger was missing. He looked for 20 minutes called someone else asking about it noone knew where it was. Told me hed continue looking and call me when it was found. Work happened and I was gone for 2 more weeks. No calls, nothing. I dropped in asked about my charger and it was like they had no clue about it. Wasted my time another half hour and found nothing. It has now been another 6 weeks and STILL NO CHARGER AND NO CALL. Ill cut my loses. Very unprofessional, I would seek other businesses before heading this way. Sorry bud I hate that this had to be done but it is what it is.

Wesley did an excellent job in taking of my laptop right away i had an issue with my audio not is working no waiting. Great customer service. Go see Wesley if you have any laptop issue

They got my computer in and it took time for the parts to come but they got it done very quickly,they were all so very nice about everything

Prices are unbeatable compared to any other computer repair places from Cove to Belton. They were a little slow diagnosing my laptop, but it is completely understandable with covid and remote learning starting back up. When I picked up my laptop, the tech had forgotten to put in the authorization code for the software. I took it back the next morning and the gentleman inside immediately paused his other repair and fixed my issue! Ill be bringing my second laptop here for repairs next and they definitely have my business in the future.

Brought a PC here for cable management because I didnt have the time to do it myself. When I got it back, it looked about the same and a lot of the components were left unplugged, which I had to fix. Basically, I paid for me to fix something pretty much. Oh well...

I brought my computer here awhile back. They were unable to resolve the issue. I got my computer back with dust and debris behind the screen. I should have called them about that but I just didnt want to deal with it anymore. I also had to speak to managenent to get my refund. They were trying to make me pay for a part that didnt work. It was overall an unpleasant experience.I have since moved and decided to take my computer to another business. Upon removing the screen, there was more damage than I thought. There were bent prongs, disconnected wires and missing screws. I personally wouldnt recommend trusting these people with your devices.

Copperas Cove Computer is the very epitome of excellence, integrity, and great customer service. They have been an anchor business since i came here in 1998. They were able to diagnose the mysterious symptoms of my computer with speed and accuracy. My only regret is that i didnt use there services more!

Horrible customer service and they were unable to fix my laptop. Still charged me almost 100 dollars just to transfer my files. I would recommend you use another company. They are not worth your time or your money

When they diagnosed my laptop they stole my battery to fix a another laptop and wanted to charge me $200 for something I got for free at Best Buy. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would.

I needed help with my computer and but was not able to bring it to the store so I called and a guy named Tim was able to remote on to my computer and fix I issue within an hour. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my question I had.

I am giving Copperas Cove Computer Services 5 stars hands down. Very well trained personal with great attitudes. Very knowledgeable in the IT work that they preform and courteous. When they talk to me they dont make me feel stupid and they explain why the problem accorded and why they repaired/fixed the concern. The employees seem to have a great teamwork ethic. I took my PC in for a diagnostic and at first look the place didnt seem like I wanted to trust them with my computer. Things were dusty and dirty and the person at the desk didnt seem friendly. I cant discredit their quality of work because I didnt have any services done.

I had no idea what was wrong with my computer and the other stores around cove werent able to tell me either. Took it here and they worked their magic. Brought in a custom desktop PC to replace damaged power supply and verify that there was no damage to other components. Verified during free diagnostic, no damage to other components. When they replaced the power supply, the 2TB hard drive failed. Hard drives can fail on their own, but the balance of probability when a technician is working inside the case speaks to human error. Their solution to the problem was to install and image a 1TB and call it good. They refused to take ownership for the failure and insisted that the refurbished replacement drive they installed was all they would do without additional payment. To make matters worse, the drive they installed gave a Windows detected a hard disk problem fault within an hour of bringing it home. So they replaced the part they likely damaged with a faulty part. This company is demonstrably incompetent, negligent, and averse to responsibility and I cannot caution a would-be customer enough. Do not solicit their service.

Just had my computer worked on the technician Danial was very knowledgeable and he know exactly what he was doing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is having computer issues.

I had bought Galaxy tab 3, 10.1. from Texas Computer Service in August 2014, for $199 brand new, price in Walmart for the same tablet was $375. I am happy with this purchase, they also helped me several times with setting it up. Highly recommended

Edit: Shortly after My original post below I was contacted by Daniel, a Manager who informed that he is new to this store and has been making changes like letting go of the tech that had demonstrated incompetence. he has made an offer to try rectify my displeasing experience, unfortunately I know they cant pay for my new laptop Im still out $1,200 but I enjoy my new laptop and the old one as well so there is no true complaint in that aspect. I do want to upgrade the RAM on my new laptop so I look forward to potentially working with Daniel and his new crew.--- Original ---After personally troubleshooting my laptop and failing to find out what was wrong I took it to these guys who told me the motherboard was damaged and needed to be replaced their price $500+labor, I can find that motherboard on Amazon for $300 any day... I decided if that was the case then I would just buy a new one. While removing the hard drive so I could clone the data to my new laptop, I noticed a pin hole without a pin in it a resistor had some how come loose on pmc, I felt stupid for over looking that, some flux with hot air and the laptop works fine. These are not repair men these are sales men. I dont think you will find anyone in cen-tex that can actually repair a computer. Best bet is in Austin or Dallas maybe Waco. I wasnt going to post this until I realized I spent $1200 on a laptop I didnt need because of their lie.

Its a bit over priced. They ask over $40 for a charger when you can buy them on ebay or Walmart for less then $20.

They charge me for computer repair. Repair did not hold. Computer have same problem. They pointed to my credit card slips saying no refund. CON ARTIST. STAY AWAY

I paid $100 for a service that I was told would take three days to complete. I waited a week and a half and I had to call only to find out that they were unable to do anything and they would not refund any of my money. Stay away and find another company that wont rob you blind.
