I took my Optima in today for a full detail and they did a spectacular job. Ive worked out of my car for years and it had accumulated a lot of dirt in pretty much every crevice and I couldnt find a spec anywhere after they were finished. Joey is amazing at what he does no doubt. I was so amazed when I saw my car after the detail I had a lot of dog hair and not a single speck of hair was left behind after he cleaned and vacuumed the interior . He also left my car smelling amazing couldnt smell the dog anymore he definitely took good care of me. I would recommend him to anyone for sure !

I have to only give this place a 4 star for now, but if their actual work is as good as their demeanor and customer support then I would definitely give them a 5 star. I stopped to ask if they had anything to get out a water stain in my headliner and he ran and got a bottle and sprayed and wiped it and amazingly it was gone. So nice of him to do that. I will definitely be back to have my truck detailed in some way or another. Wonderful people thank you so much for your courtesy.

I referred a friend here a few days ago and these guys are already not my first choice for detailing but they needed a detail for a low price and this was the only local shop with low pricing, after getting their she then realized she wasnt the right customer and was told they were booked. They make their own hours and never stick to a schedule its disturbing, do yourself a favor and drive to Killeen for a detail.

The detail shack is an amazing place to take your car to get detailed. The best detail shop I have been to so far in the central TX area. They have remarkable customer service and prices I will most definitely be going back.

I got my Honda Ridgeline detailed by this shop. After going through Todays Car Wash, I had all sorts of small scratches in the paint from the big scrubbers. I had no clue that little pieces of dirt get caught in them and scratch your car up. Distraught with the damage to my new car, I came to the Detail Shack to get my truck looking new again. I have been so impressed with this company. Their customer service is top notch and overall took awesome care of me. After a few hours at the shop, my car was looking great.

Extremely friendly staff and very knowledgeable in their field. The prices are not outrageous and I did not feel as if I was being overcharged. Would definitely go again.

The detail shack completed my vehicle a couple weeks ago, but I have been meaning to stop by and post my review. The work was ok but the service received HORRIBLE. I feel like they went through my vehicle and as I picked up were very chattery about it. I would not recommend this business to any of my friends definitely worth the drive to Killeen to have detailed. My moldings on my vehicle also are now discolored from the product used.

I will never go anywhere else! Its hard to find great customer service and quality work, they go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of!!

Best new detail shop Ive been to in central Texas. Automated car washes was what I use to use before seeing them and I will never go back to automatic car washes again! Got their 125$ full detail on a whim and my nissian looked better than factory new! Highly recommend the gentlemens at The Detail Shack LLC for you detailing needs!!
