Edit: repair that wasnt until Saturday happened and was quick and professional. Great overall experience.My repair isnt until this Saturday because parts needed ordered but the gentleman that came to look at my appliances was quick and informative. So far a great experience

The oven is marginal, it has no insulation around it. So when it heats up to 350 degrees, the outside of the oven is also 350 degrees. The box came really beat up, so Im surprised it worked at all.

I have had wonderful experiences with this team in the past. However, at the end of October, I had them send a tech out for my built in microwave. He diagnosed it and the parts were ordered. We waited for the insurance team to pay, then about 3 weeks later decided to just pay ourselves. Unfortunately, we have trried multiple times a day to reach them, pay and set up an appointment. The mailbox is always full. Most times it goes straight to the mailbox. We cant get a hold of them. The most frustrating part is that they left the Microwave hanging and didnt secure it back up. 8 weeks now. We will have to reach another team. So much for supporting local business.

Fraud!!! A representative seemed professional and it almost seemed like he knew what he was talking about but he wrote up the paperwork stating that my washing machine needed major repairs when in fact it only needed to filter cleaned out 🤨the representative was heavyset so its possible that he didnt want to get behind the washing machine because it was a snug fit 😒 however I was ripped off! the company was Fraudulent either independent or collaborative FRAUD. 🤬In the meanwhile business AS USUAL, now my warranty company will not cover my washing machine anymore because they wrote it off because this company said certain repairs were needing to be done that were not needed! LIES! 🤬 I have video EVIDENCE! Below is a picture of the guy I had to hire afterwards to clean out the filter on my washer has been working perfectly fine ever since with no further repair.👍

Absolutely love dealing with this place! The owners are down to earth, hard working good people. I bought my washer and dryer from them, bought my daughter a washer and dryer from them, they moved my washer and dryer and installed it when we moved. Something got broken in the move, they replaced it and had me hold onto the $$ I owed them for moving it until they got it fixed. Once I have the money, Im going back to them for a dishwasher. I would recommend them to anyone that wants quality without the huge price tag.

We were so pleased with #1 Premium Appliance Repair. They were professional, friendly and timely. Victor, our repair technician, was exceptional! We were concerned that we were going to have to buy a new washer machine. Victor came right over (he worked late to make it to our home the same day), assessed the problem, ran that night to get a needed part and repaired our machine to great working order. We highly recommend Victor and Premium Appliance.

Christie and Victor were wonderful. We needed our oven repaired...they worked us in early (2 whole days early)! The parts needed to do the repair were in after only one day and were installed the next day. Problem solved in less than 72 hours. Their prices were very reasonable and the estimates were honest. We will use them again if anything else happens with our appliances!

Thought i would give them try. However every contact is thru messenger and i DO NOT live by my cellphone!!!! Received thru message that the person was here to repair my dishwasher and ended up calling to find out the part was Not in. Had to reschedule for Friday what a miss info... part was not in however the the message showed that repair person was here. They also do-not know how to spell my Name!!!!!!!
