I would give zero stars if I could. My daughter brought her 2007 Honda Accord to have the oil changed. When inspecting the air filter they must have removed the air tube. The air tube has four hoses attached to it. They told her she needed a new air filter which she let them change. When they put it back together they did not tighten the air tube and they reconnected only two of the four hoses. Needless to say the car did not run correctly. It is kind of important to have no leaks between the mass flow sensor and throttle body. After the car stopped several times she brought the car to me and told me after getting the oil changed the car started stalling. I asked if they changed the Air Filter she said yes. After inspecting the car I saw the air flow chamber was disconnected. It took 1 minute to correct. Car fixed. This is pretty simple stuff, you take it off you put it ALL back on. If this is represents the quality of their work I would not trust them with anything. If she would have brought the car to someone else to check that, it would have been a $150 inspection charge as a minimum.

I take all of my familys cars to this place. These guys are courteous, thorough, and fast. They work well together as a team and get you out of there pretty quick. Highly recommend this place and their crew.

Irresponsible after causing an accident on site. They cant be trusted and only saying things you want to hear but not doing so. Bad customer followup and a very unprofessional. still unresolved after 4 weeks. They refuse to do anything per tequest. Its there way or highway mentality. They talked down on you and perhaps us as minority little guys cant respond back.

BEST PLACE for an oil change and help with getting your car ready for an inspection. Worth every penny. Riston is a great worker and lead Colt and Caleb perfectly. This place will ensure your car is working to the best of its abilities. Which is so important to me living in Texas. They have the perfect tools and knowledge for the best experience. I really do hope they get a pay raise because I’m so grateful for the genuine perfect effort.

Worst Valvoline I ever went to , a bunch of young guys I knew wasn’t supposed to be under the hood of a car , I gave them the benefit of the doubt cause I seriously needed a oil change , when they was done , I instantly knew something was wrong with my car ( I was loosing oil pressure) , I explained it to them , and they checked and said nothing was wrong, I went home woke up , there it was , my truck was leaking oil for the first time ever , so I call the 1800 number and they sent me to another Valvoline to have it fixed ( filter was placed on my car incorrectly) ! I would not recommend anyone to go to this place ! I would never go here again or another Valvoline…. I’m a start doing my own oil change , cause they will mess up your car !!!!!! 😬😬😬😬😬😬

Its my favorite place for quick maintenance. They always provide outstandingly fast and consistent care for my car. I have newer suspect them for the attempt to sell me more than my car needs right now.

I’m visiting for the Christmas holiday. My check engine light came on while I was driving in on Christmas Day. Today I took my car for an oil change and to see why the check engine light was on. I absolutely loved my visit to this Valvoline location. The customer service I received was exceptional and my oil change was pretty fast I was also informed that I needed a new air filter which I replaced as well and to make the deal even sweeter I was given a coupon towards my services. Everyone was great I wish I remembered the guys name that helped me the most but Im terrible with names lol overall a great visit.

Great service and fast!I must say more because I am so grateful...the service representative found my air filter inside my suv which others have not been able to find. I typically go to the dealership for all services and they never found nor changed it so it was filthy! I was so thrilled and will now breath cleaner air inside my suv...so thankful to the service tech at Valvoline, the dealership just lost a loyal oil change customer...probably should not have been going to the dealership for oil changes anyway, lol!

Same experience as Andrew Frosch got when car inspection.Young inspector was checking my vehicle for about 2 minutes when he came in and said it would fail on windshield wipers. No other way but replace the windshield which I guess, was not so bad condition. After returning home I found same review. This is first time I visited Valvoline. And it would be last visit as well. Anyway its kind a good lessens learn. though.

The guys at this location were very kind, helpful and professional. Helped to keep total cost down too. Also very timely with oil change and state inspection. Ill be using this location from now on. Also a nice place to sit in the shade.

This facilities employees use to be great but are now full of incompetent people. Do not waste your time or money here unless you enjoy being treated like an idiot.Went in for an oil change and there was no wait when I got there and it took them over and hour to do an oil change and put on windshield wipers. The windshield wipers are the wrong size and also do not work, see images.They then did a tire rotation but did not change the sensors, or the tire pressure to make the rears and fronts correct. Now the front tires are running at the psi the rear should be, I know this is an easy fix but thats not the point. They said that they do not change the sensors and that it would correct its self in 15 miles it so, it does not.

It was fast service, convenient and every tech is on point.

Manager and staff are very friendly. However, they are bad at answering the phones considering the store was empty when I arrived shortly after calling and waiting. Also, the manager said he could call another store to have them order a part for me to get changed at that other store the next day, and the other store claimed they never received a call when I was checking on it the next day to see if they could do the service... they can’t since they don’t have the part. Valvoline will always be the best with customer service and speed of oil change, but everything else is lacking.

Manager was awesome and speedy to help me just now!! My horn was going off full balst and I drove right over and they worked on my car for 20 minutes to fix it at no charge! These guys are hard working, professional and they will have my oil change business for sure!

Called ahead to find out the time available to get a state inspection. I was told until 7 pm. I arrived at 5:45 and was told that the only person qualified to do state inspections went home early. That is real nice for business..Next day, took off work time to get the inspection, and was told immediately that my 2015 Ford Explorer with 40,000 miles on it, would not pass inspection due to cracks in the front tires. Really?? Cracks?? There are no cracks in the tires. The idiot female (I think) obviously did not have a clue.Went directly down the road to Good Year ( a TIRE shop that would do anything to sell tires ) passed my vehicle state inspection without any mention of any cracks or other tire issues.This poor customer support and focus and incompetence is why I will never go to another Valvoline for even a simple oil change or wiper blade change. Hats off to you for being a complete flop shop.

Ive had my truck inspected there over the last 5-6 years. Dropped in to get my truck inspected in December. Completely new staff...again. I was the only customer there so no wait was great. The new, young inspector was checking my vehicle for about 2 minutes when he came in and said it would fail on windshield wipers and my parking brake didnt work. WTF! Then started trying to sell me windshield wipers. Not falling for that. I immediately took my keys and went elsewhere. Passed inspection no problem. Maybe the young man with his newly acquired inspection license is a little gung-ho and overly strict with the inspection criteria. It has been a rainy fall/winter around here and the wiper blades were replaced at the end of the summer. Working like a champ. I wont support that type of business practice. Adios Valvoline! They do give quick service for oil changes from what Ive heard, so go there for that if needed. I change my own oil.

From start to finish I was here maybe ten minutes. The technician was courteous and listened to what I said. Ive been going to the place across the street, and each time they try to upsell me and get judgemental if I decline the additional services. I told the technician at Valvoline I wanted only an oil change, so thats what he did without trying to upsell me, and they topped off my other fluids for free. I highly recommend them.

I came here on my first Groupon. I was nervous. I will always come back to these guys. The staff was very knowledgeable and amazing with customer service. They told me about the first time discount for service. I had services that needed to be added but I didnt feel taken. They were aweome and fast. Devin was the best! And so was Nick! Do yourself a favor and come by this location. Omar was great too! Youll just love the whole crew.

They have been just hiring novices lately. I had someone shove the wrong sized light in brake housing which holds the bulb in place! Its not broken and will cost $200 to replace!!!! I got my oil changed too, and the cover was not put back on correctly; so now its dragging under my car. #NEVERAGAIN

Went for state inspection. Was told half an hour but waited for an hour. Even people who came after me were given preference.Though there were empty spots no body reached out to me.I had to leave due to other obligations. Within a week of having an oil change at this location, my vans engine light came on, it started to vibrate and it had trouble shifting gears. I was worried that it might have been related to the oil change so I called Valvoline. The shop manager, James, drove 15 miles to where I was so he could check it out to make sure it was safe to drive. I was totally surprised at this level of customer service (free of charge)!I brought the van into Valvoline the next morning and it turned out that the trouble was not related to the oil change, but due to a very bad tank of gas from an unfamiliar gas station. James did a fuel system cleaning and the van was back to normal within the day.I highly recommend this location and will continue to use Valvoline for oil changes and additional maintenance.

They checked my car for the important aspects. Found out my serpentine belt needed to be replaced otherwise it would cause problems. Not just one person but almost all helped get my car to tip top Condition.

$53 for a standard oil change. Service was fine and building was well maintained but what a rip off.

I came to this location on my lunch break expecting to get a quick oil change, and break light replaced. I waited over an hour before my car was finally ready. Of course they ran down a list of stuff they wanted to fix that i didnt come for. I purchased Semi Synthetic Oil but when he ran down the receipt he charged me and extra $12. Something a bout filling up the oil to a certain amount and if it goes over they charge more. I was not notified of this when i asked for the oil changed.!! UPSET!.I have never in my life paid $96 for an oil change. And on top of that i did not have time to get my light fixed because it tool FOREVER and had me late from my 1 hour lunch break. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. I WILL STICK WITH KWIK KAR AND WALMART !!!
