I contacted them last week about having some work done. Was told someone would come look and would get back about an estimate. Erin did give me an estimate of the work and said they could get me on the next week. I took a day to look it over and decide. I called, emailed and text them to give my credit card information to an actual person instead of leaving them on a voicemail. No response and I tried over several days. Finally emailed to ask if they were not taking new customers. Erin got back and said due to the weather they have been delayed on large work so it would be a month before they could get to new customers. I said thank you. Mark called me later that day and wanted to see if anyone contacted me. I told him that I was not comfortable leaving my credit card information on an email or voicemail. Also why was I told that they could put me on next week in an email initially then told it would be a month. Just showed that I would have been bumped off. He started trying to convince me to wait a month. I told him Im not using their services to which he kept talking and then hung up. Shows the level of customer service they have. He could have shut his mouth, apologized and said I hope we can earn your service in the future. Nope, will not utilize their services anytime in the future.To update this. I was neither demanding nor rude. The only demand I made was someone to contact me, which I reached out through email several times, left at least 2 voicemails and a text message with all my contact information. When I was finally called I was upset because there had been zero contact for several days. The last contact was after I emailed asking if you were taking new customers which I was told that they were behind due to the rain and it would be a month. I have the email that says they could get me in the next week, which was my expectation. So I was set up to have an expectation of that fast of service. Then to have it taken back by saying a month. So after hearing nothing for days and then hearing it would be a month made me upset. When I was finally called I had moved on to another company. The simplest thing to have said was were sorry we could not get you as a customer, but I hope that we could in the future. I do want to thank you for taking the time to choose us. Nope, and then Mark just hung up on me. Then the below response again shows a petty level of professionalism. You do have the right to choose who you work for but comments like that below go a long way. Now I will not ever look at this company for work and will make sure I push the company I have hired even more.

We run an irrigation company, and have worked with Mark on multiple jobs. His work is always clean and organized, and ready for us to get to work. Its a partnership we look forward to continuing for years to come

Our front yard was in need of a makeover and we called. Mark came over, assessed our situation, provided a detailed proposal, which was accepted and the project was completed within a few days. The crew was really good and have what I call an unconscious competence. They know what they are doing. Very pleased with the entire experience.
