BNSF is a joke. They are not professional on the phone (if you can reach them) and they do not care. Only information you will get from them is if the package has been picked up or delivered. Where is the package? What is the ETA? Sorry sir, all we can tell you is that it was picked up. We do not know where the load is while it is in transit. Never, ever, ever, ever will I work with BNSF Logistics.

Very bad experience with this company .. They was so unprofessional at communicating about their load. Deliver load for these guys and there was never an appointment time book for the delivery. Had toKeep this load on my truck for 2 days which cause me to miss out on money. I would never book with them ever again.

Annoying brokage please hire ppl that know how to speak proper English so we can understand them. Could not understand overnight dispatch.

They lye to you and don’t care what happened to you or your business. This people just care about moving freigth and don’t care how they do it. BNSF is Not a broker you want to work with.Theyre inept, unprofessional, incompetent and inconsiderate.They sent me to Sams Club with incorrect delivery time, so I was turned away.They provided Zero assistance with rescheduling the following morning.I had to call receiver myself and reschedule after they left me hanging for several hours, claiming to be waiting to hear back from the receiver.I ask receiving dept if theyd heard from BNSF and they said they had not.

Taylor and the guys went above and beyond to get my shipping needs handled! Great company to do business with!
