The tech was very nice, friendly, respectful and, carried a smile the whole time. On time and well dressed in uniform. Answered all of our questions with no hesitation and gave us tips on making our service better. He was very quick as not to disrupt our work flow process and was in & out in no time. I would recommend him & Kings III anytime!!!

Carmel by the Lake Condominium Association, located in Casselberry, FL is an association consisting of five multi-story condo buildings with five elevators. The association has been using Kings III service for monitoring our elevators for the past eighteen years without incident. Kings III emergency communications and SoloProtect US employee monitoring saved agency time and money. Elevators remain part of the historic landscape, among museums others visit in Downtown Dallas West End. The advertising agency even built a game of it, building up funds that others would win when - not if - they were stuck in the elevator. Employee monitoring equipment provided by SoloProtect enabled our staff to communicate with 24 hour monitoring service of Kings III Emergency Communications, where they were able to locate the precise location of staff and monitor them anywhere, from malfunctioning elevators to to unsafe parking areas. With a discreet touch of a mobile device worn by the employee, emergency monitoring included two way communication with a live voice, which immediately was able to locate the staff member and monitor them to a safe location. These are real people there to protect our employees.
