Data Magic is a great company with a highly skilled staff! They will help with any problems that you might be having, and will suggest cost-effective solutions. Their response time is great! Ask for Alex, he has helped us many times and we appreciate his knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond. Expect the same from Hunter, two great techs for sure!

We have been working with Data Magic Inc. since 5/15/2017. This review is for Hunter Morris that currently works for Data Magic and was such a Blessing for Me.. We were having Major Internet problems while we all were out of town last weekend so I called the Data Magic after hours and Hunter answered... Hunter worked with me on the phone Friday night, at which time we both thought the issues was Resolved.. The Next day everyone was able to access their work emails but Of Course Not me?? So Hunter made a Goal to get my work emails back up and Running, which Hunter Did An Amazing Job on.. I Truly Appreciated All of Hunters time he put in for all of us could Check our Work Emails with out Anymore Issues.. David Shore is the BEST! Hes so helpful and patient with me. I enjoy the tips he gives me when hes helping resolve computer problems. I love my new computer, David customize my computer layout, which makes the new computer transition easier.

Awesome experience here. Took an external drive that was not getting recognized on our computers. Data Magic quickly identified the problem with the AC adapter voltage and amps and recommended getting a proper adapter. On top of this, they have not charged anything for this. These people are honest and provide excellent service.

DataMagic has been great. Our on-site guy, Mick, stayed very late yesterday to help us troubleshoot and fix a network printer issue and got us back up and running, avoiding further costly down-time. Thanks, Mick. Shawn- FUI

Travel time was a little more than expected but once onsite the issue was quickly resolved.

Our company had a flexo machine go down today and we figured it was a pc power problem on the machine which caused it not to run. We called Data Magic to see if they could possibly repair this older pc unit. They had someone pick it up in under an hour and they had it back to us before end of day and machine is up and running. Great reliable service and over the top customer service. Thank you Data Magic!
