The purchase of parking was so simple online. Then the sign in was so simple. Finding parking in the area we paid for was so simple. As soon as we parked the bus to pick us up was right behind us.Then when we got back we texted per the card the driver gave us and they were there within 10 minutes. They were very friendly and clean. We will definitely use them again.

The online reservation process worked well and was seamless with my experience at the Park N Fly lot. The shuttle worked well. They need to update the pick-up details on their parking space card issued by the driver.

Drivers were very nice and helpful but we arrived at airport and called. Twenty minutes later the shuttle came and there was only one seat. No where near enough for our party of six. One of us got on the shuttle to get the car. Thirty minutes later, i made it back to the terminal in our own car before the next shuttle came by. In the meantime 14 Parking Spot shuttles went by.

Theres a point where paying for long term parking becomes expensive enough that other arrangements become more attractive. Using ParkN Fly stretches that time out a good deal, especially if you make reservations. So, plan ahead and save money.Whats not to love? There is a bit of ambivalence when it comes to the shuttle service. It runs 24 hours a day and the driver will usually help with your baggage. The driver will drop you off right at your check in counter and pick you up at the courtesy shuttle stop within a few minutes of calling for a pickup. The part that is less great is the actual ride itself. If you have ever ridden the troop seats in the back of a Deuce and a Half or a 5 ton you can relive that experience on the trip between the ParkN Fly and the airport. Both directions. A combination of an overly stiff suspension on a short bus, side seating, (reminiscent of the troop seats) rough roads and a short turnaround time for the drivers all play a part. If you sit at the very back, you will be briefly airborne several times. I guarantee it.Another good thing about ParkN Fly is the availability of covered parking. Dallas in the springtime and hail storm are synonyms. Well, maybe not, but they are a factor.Weve used ParkN Fly 4 times now for trips up to 4 weeks and were going to use them again. Driving to Dallas to avoid stops in Chicago, Atlanta or New Jersey/New York is worth it. ParkN Fly works for us.One last thing- make reservations for your stay. You save a bunch of money.

One lady - in a wheel chair has been waiting over an hour. Another couple 45 minutes. I will never use par n fly again. I could walk from dfw to my car faster. Our plane landed at 1:00am...it is 1:37 still waiting. Parking spot has been by 3 times since we have been here. My suggestion, if I may, use parking spot, Uber or Lyft to your flt. Park n fly must have one van. Again NEVER AGAIN. BIG MISTAKE...

God, the price is right so I want to leave a good review but this place is so bad. Waiting for their van at the terminal is an amazing advertisement for Parking Spot, because you will see their vans a dozen times before you are picked up.Take my advice. Pay the extra $15 bucks and grab Parking Spot South. They understand vans are the things with wheels on them, and passengers are the people who paid them to get a ride back to their car. Otherwise you will do what I did, and sit around for forty minutes in the Texas heat at one in the morning.

I saw some negative reviews about transportation but gave it a try. The driver told us to buckle during ride and they put the safety as a priority so I thought they did such a professional job! We arrived at DFW around 7:30pm and the pick up shuttle came to pick us up about 5 - 10 min after I requested a pick up. The reservation and entry/exit were easy too. The rate is reasonable too so we will use them again.

This is our second time using this service. Both times dropping off and pick up from the airport were very timely. The staff was very professional, the location is close to the airport as well reasonably priced. The app is user friendly. I will definitely use this service as well recommend it to my friends.

When we arrived at Park N Fly, the shuttle was at our car waiting for us before we even got out of the car! Good price compared to other airport services. When we arrived back in Dallas, there was a little bit of a wait for the shuttle to pick us up and bring us back to the car but I would not expect anything different. Workers were all very friendly and hospitable. Overall, excellent service!

Ive used park n fly many many times and LOVE them as a service. The only thing is I used them recently (09-01-21) and the driver that picked me up from the airport that night was a terrible driver. He was speeding and swerving in and out of vehicles. He almost hit someone along the way! It was pretty scary. But to be fair that was the first time something like that has ever happened.. maybe he was having a bad day?? Im not sure but my only thing to say is they should definitely make sure their drivers are more cautious and careful while taking customers to and from the airport.

After reading some of these reviews I wasnt sure what to expect but the service was super convenient. Drivers were safe, helpful and friendly. Even loaded/unloaded our luggage for us! We were picked up and dropped off to our car within 5 minutes. The scanner wouldnt read my QR code upon arrival but an attendant was present and let us right in. I never knew about this place but now that I do, Ill never park on site at DFW again or ask for a ride from a friend.

Had a great experience with this company for a very early morning Thursday flight with returning flight on Sunday. Both drivers were safe, friendly, and helpful. Online booking was easy and directions were clear for arrival/checking in. Shuttle pick up wait on my return flight was only 10 minutes. Highly recommended!

Friendly drivers, but you’ll need to use another service if you’re in a hurry. Every time I’ve parked at this location, it’s taken between 5-10 min to get picked up from my car (not fun in the TX heat) and another 15-20 minutes to leave the parking lot. Then, it’s another 15 minutes to get to the airport.Consider calling/texting for a courtesy van as soon as you have cell service before your flight even touches down. Consistently a 30+ minute wait just to get picked up from the airport. You’ll see 2-3 Parking Spot buses and about a 1/2 dozen Express Parking buses come and go while waiting for your Park ‘N Fly ride. Plan ahead and wear your bathing suit to prepare for your wait in TX heat.Maybe they are short-staffed and this is temporary, but Park ‘N Fly has consistently been the slowest shuttle service I’ve ever used. After several attempts at reliable service, I will be parking with an alternative service moving forward.

My driver, LC, was lovely! Very personable and helpful! I wasn’t standing outside my car for 30 seconds and he was there helping me with my bags.

While I appreciate the efficiency getting TO the airport on my flight out (altho I did feel a little rushed), I did NOT appreciate how long it took for the shuttle to pick me up. I used the app to call for the shuttle.. 20 minutes later Im still waiting so I submit a request again. They show up maybe 10 minutes after that. Great advertisement from theParkingSpot because I saw several and I mean SEVERAL shuttles go by for them, I know who to choose next time. Grateful to finally be on the shuttle but THEN they drove around and then went BACK to the terminal I was picked up at. Seriously make the rounds and then go back, great company on the ride back but that was the only plus. When we arrive back to the cars the driver then tries to give my bike bag to this other woman.. seriously. I was so excited that my flight arrived back home early, truly disappointed that it took about an hour just to get to my car. Try another company.

Terribly slow shuttle pick up. I have been currently waiting for over 50 minutes at DFW. I will never be using y’all again. Which Is a bummer. Been using around 10years and the past 2 times have been like this. I would avoid this service completely. Use another parking service. Don’t waste your time or sanity. Not worth it.

Very easy to set up online. If you pay in advance just have the QR code ready and you get in and out of the parking lot very easily and quickly. Prices are very reasonable (love the covered parking option!) and MUCH cheaper than airport daily rate parking. Shuttle buses run continoulsy and wait for pick up is never very long.

Easy to make reservations on line, but not as easy to be picked up! I have been sitting here waiting for a shuttle for 43 minutes, I have texted and called and still have not seen a shuttle from Park n Fly! Every other shuttle has come by but them!!

Absolutely horrible. We sent our text in and have been waiting over 45 minutes and still have not been picked up. It’s 11:30 at night and we have not received any communication and have no way to our vehicle.I will NEVER be using them again.

By far the WORST experience ever. They do not have roaming busses. You must call and let them know, I waited for an hour at 7pm on a Monday (so low traffic but not dead) waiting for a bus. The bus finally comes. It doesn’t stop, blows by me, and watches as I sprint 40 gates alongside it. It was empty and an in-service bus. Never again. I’ve watched 6 TheParkingSpot busses drive by me as I sit here stranded. I can’t even begin to describe how infuriating this business and their customer service is.

Five stars because of the ease of everything from making reservation to getting back to vehicle upon return from travel.

I would give him 5/5, if I could.The bad:In the email, it says to upon your return to simply wait at the shuttle service area for a ride. This doesn’t work - 30 minutes and no park n fly shuttles passed.In the app, you can call a shuttle, so I did. 20 minutes later a shuttle came by and it was full.We had seen about 6-8 “Parking Spot” shuttles by this point in time.So, I gave up and I called an Uber - it arrived before the next Park n Fly shuttle did.I texted with the company the entire time (the number that texts about your terminal has a person on the other end), and let them know I was upset with how things were going. Not a single comment on sorry for a misunderstanding, for any trouble, or anything like that (which doesn’t actually accept any blame - it’s such a simple and cheap apology and they couldn’t even do that). They just kept pushing that another shuttle was coming.After a long day of traveling with a 21-month old, this isn’t the company you want to come home to. Pick another parking service.

Plan ahead to get to terminal. It took their shuttle 45 minutes to drop me off and I waited 30 minutes to be picked up before I gave up and called an Uber due to an appointment. Shuttle driver was really nice. Lady in the office was rude. She needs to realize when speaking on the radio to the drivers customers can hear her.

Safe, fast, affordable. The man who drive the shuttle on my arrival was so funny and kind. He put me in a great mood before my flight.

Service used to be great, but not anymore. I’ve been sitting at the terminal for 35 minutes. Calling and texting have done nothing. Whoever is responsible for communication and hiring more drivers is asleep at the wheel.

I booked in this location for 20 days but I was not able to board my international flight. So I emailed customer service and asked for a 19 days refund. It was refunded to me with no issues at all I am so impressed. I will surely park there again in the future.

I regret the day I signed up to park my vehicle here. They have very friendly employees, but terrible service. I contacted them to pick me up, waited for 48 minutes before they arrived. Parking Spot, Express, Hotel vehicles came like 5 different times before one vehicle of park n fly showed up. I had booked for Uber before they came. Uber took a small amount off my card because I canceled. Never again will I go near Park N Fly.

5 days parking , only $30!!!!It made my trip so very much more Convenient & super easy as I could drive down 1 way. Upon return I called & the Shuttle Service was promptly on its way. Straight to my car, then I could drive my self home.Highly Recommended

If you are ok to wait for longer time outside the airport, this is your place. You can watch others going with their courtesy vehicle, these people will teach you how long can you wait. Never recommend them, I don’t want to blame the drivers, they are nice, management needs to improve.

99 % of the time you get to the airport quick and pick up from the airport is quick. Staff is always courteous and wants to help. That 1% of the time they dont have enough time and you wait 15+ minutes in the parking to get to the airport.

This company is very unprofessional. They state they are 24 hours but there is barely any drivers available when a pick up is needed. Thrrr is no contact number to call so I was stranded for an hour at 2 am waiting for a shuttle to bring me to the car. A direct line is necessary to communicate with drivers not just a text number that no one responds to. I do not recommend. I would rather pay the high prices and park at the actual dfw airport than here.

Everything went great! Check in was a breeze, there were plenty of spots available, and the shuttle was the easiest part! Was there within a minute of our call!! Lol Im a cheapo and was very pleased with the process

Service level has gone to the dogs since everything reopened. Way too few buses going to/from the terminals. 45-60 minute waits both ways have become very common now. Sad

The pick up at our car was great. The drop off at our car was good too except the driver dropped us off on the wrong row. It was only one row over so, this is the only reason why Im giving 4 stars and not 5.

I used Park-N-Fly a couple of times pre-pandemic with excellent service and kind employees. This was my first use in a couple of years and they did not disappoint. The parking location is easy to access and the drivers are always prompt. The only time I’ve waited more than 15 minutes for my return shuttle was when I texted the wrong number for pick up. Darn old eyes! The Parking Spot may have a lot more buses, but at twice the cost the extra 5-10 minutes waiting for Park-n-Fly just makes more sense for me.TL/DR: Great rates, great location, great service!

Absolutely the rudest people you will ever meet. My wife left her bag with her laptop, medicine, contacts and more on one of the vans. We called once we got home realized what had happened and they said they don’t care and hung up in my face. Called back a couple of more times over a 2 hour period to the get the same extremely rude person. Will never ever use them again. I will use The Parking Spot from now on.

After parking on 6/16/21 there were no shuttles, and no one came to the covered area to pick us up, requiring us to walk to the front of the complex once the shuttle arrived late. After we finally loaded in the shuttle the driver was confronted by a female employee on the ground and informed him there was no other driver on duty and no other shuttles to pick up the clients left behind, so he went back into the parking lot and loaded an illegal number of passengers into the shuttle. When we finally pulled out of the complex and were crossing the median our driver immediately t-boned another vehicle. Not having any additional drivers or shuttles I was forced to run back and get my car and leave the premises immediately in order to make our flight rather than wait for him to resolve the issue. I am awaiting a full refund for my prepayment that was made. This fiasco resulted in having to pay an additional $120 for airport terminal parking.  Will never use them again!!!

I tend to stick with things I know, and this is one Ive stuck w too long. They consistently do not have adequate shuttle service, and waits in excess of 30 minutes have become the norm. You will see 5 Parking Spot shuttles before Park n Fly. You have other options; avail yourself of one of those

DO NOT USE! We waited over 30 minutes for a pick up at our car and finally walked up to the front where a long line of other guests were waiting in the heat for pick up. We were told there were no immediate pick ups as the drivers were in a meeting. We had an international flight to catch and ending up taking an Uber as did at least one other family.On the return trip I called for pick up and was told someone was on the way and after waiting almost 30 minutes I called again and was again told the driver was on the way. As, I expressed my frustration during departure, I was told that its all over the news that more people are taking flights.....what?!!

Worst park and fly service. Their shuttle never arrives and you will be waiting for it for ever. I have waited 35 minutes for shuttle and customer service guy Rick keeps saying he sent one. Never parking in this location again. Now taking Uber to parking to pick my car instead of their shuttle that never arrived. I saw 10 of Parking Spot Shuttle in 40 minutes of me waiting and only 1 park and fly shuttle so you do the math. Why should anyone take park and fly services lol. I would rather pay more and get good service.

This place is great on pickup and transport to the airport. Getting back to your car takes 45 minutes to an hour to get picked up.

Very bad service, this is 2nd time we had the same experience, not going to park with them anymore. We saw parking spot shuttle 4 times while we were waiting. We waited 40 min, in between called the office 3 times. I am not blaming the driver , he is helpless in this situation. Management please take care of this issue more seriously. Horrible service. We had to wait for more than 35 min to get the shuttle, in bwtn we called 4 times to the office, each time they say he/she closer to the airport. Please folks think 3,4 times before parking your car with park n fly. We saw parking spot 4 times, i think park n fly is not at all customer friendly people. This is the 2nd time we had the same thing, first one is from different airport, we are mot going to park our car at this facility. Really bad experience

Never again! They must have 2 vans because when we arrived we had to walk to the front and wait 30 minutes with many other people to get to the airport. Some people were taking Lyft so they wouldn’t miss their flight.When we got back we waited 40 minutes and called 2 times. We ended up taking Lyft to our car because a van never came. On the plus side I did see many Parking Spot and DFW North vans go by. That is where I’ll park next time!

Fast and efficient. Didnt have to wait long for bus leaving or going to the airports. Only problem was some gruffness from the driver coming back to the parking lot.

Although our driver Ernesto was very friendly and a good driver, we had to wait over an hour and 25 minutes to be picked up from DFW. We called them 3 times during that time period and every time the person who answered Jim was extremely rude. He would give us a vague excuse and just hang up on us. The waiting time was bad but the horrible customer service we received from Jim is the main reason we will never use Park n Fly again. While we waited The Parking Spot had buses continuously driving by, we will be using them from now on.

Clean and comfortable ride, not on a busy street, clean roads, cheapest self parking, offered water at the end on my way out, parks and pick me up right at my carParking Spot does have more buses than parking fly, so you do wait a little bit longer.

This is a place that you get what you pay for. Almost missed our flight out on a Monday morning because they were only running 1 shuttle!Then when we arrived home we had to wait 40 minutes to get picked up. Every time we would call them they would tell us 10 more minutes!Never Ever will we use them again!

Over the years this place gets more and more expensive and they get worse and worse.I showed up Monday morning, June 7th. There was a crowd of people at the entrance - waiting on a shuttle (and there were way too many people for one shuttle). It was strange but I came over to wait also.There were no employees to tell anyone what was going on, then one of the other customers walked by saying that they had ONE shuttle and it wasnt getting there for another 40 minutes.I came so close to missing my flight, had to jump in my car and figure out something else for parking.The place looks like a junkyard too, they havent kept up with it.Save your $ and park somewhere else where they will care enough to get you to the airport, or at least communicate with you if something goes wrong.And now time for the social media copy/ paster to reply we are sorry you had a bad experience but please contact us even though you are letting us know right here......

TLDR: Waited over an hour for a shuttle at the terminal & it was very overcrowded (see pic - one group had to get an Uber instead). Company should have better foresight than to just have one shuttle, especially considering similar reviews and the fact that people make reservations meaning their return time is known.—We had good service on the way to the airport (although we had a difficult time finding a parking spot and we walked to the front to get a shuttle, but the driver was friendly). However, we waited for over an hour at our terminal pick up spot which put us past our reserved check out time. We sent the message at 12:06am and at 12:32am I called the customer service number and was told it would be a bit of a wait since there was only one driver. Concerned about the approaching check out time, I called back at 12:49am and was told, rather firmly, that the shuttle is on its way and not to worry about the extended time fees. At 1:16am we looked into calling an Uber to take us the 3 miles from the airport to our car, but that would’ve been about $20. The shuttle finally arrived at 1:21am and almost drove right past us at the Courtesy Van spot outside terminal A - I had to run towards it into the road to get the driver’s attention.When we got to the next terminal for pick up, there weren’t enough seats for everyone and a group of four got an Uber instead. The next terminal put us past capacity (20 passengers plus luggage - see image below) because those passengers weren’t planning on waiting another hour.We finally arrived at our car at 1:59am, nearly two hours after arriving at the pick up spot. We actually got off the shuttle with two other groups in the middle of the lot and just walked to our car because it was easier.We had a reservation as I’m sure many people do. It seems like it would make sense to staff shuttle drivers appropriately based on estimated return times so incidents like this don’t happen. I also see that similar reviews regarding the same pick up time from the past few weeks have been posted, and yet the issue still hasn’t been rectified. The driver was overwhelmed and it’s completely unfair to him to take on the inefficiencies of a company that should know how to plan better. Clearly more shuttles were warranted (especially considering we’re coming off the most traveled weekend of the past two years).The inconvenience and lack of foresight is not worth the savings. I overheard at least two other passenger groups openly share similar sentiments, so I recommend correcting this issue forthwith.

Parking was great. but check out was bad i couldnt find the paper with bar code to scan for few minutes. and couldnt look it up.

WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR for our shuttle. When calling the help line, 1/3 of the attempts I was connected to the front office. The front office said it wasn’t Park ‘N Fly’s responsibility that flights are delayed and we have to wait for the overnight transport to make its rounds. The “yellow spot bus” reported early in a poor review has passed over 10 times, also the express and joypark services would be more efficient for your travels. Finally after an hour and ten minutes our Uber has arrived, a $40 extra fee to transport us to Park ‘N Fly at DFW.

Great staff. Very friendly and professional. I park there over 100 nights per year. Could make the app more user friendly, but people are great.

Found two shuttles full to the capacity in the late hours of Saturday night at DFW. Called them for more shuttles and waited for a good amount of time but had to call an Uber to reach the parking. Will suggest to coordinate with the staff well ahead of reaching DFW. Travel from Parking to DFW was smooth though. Was later contacted by the staff and compensated for the trouble.

The price was cheaper than parking at the airport. The shuttle service took us right to our gate and terminal. The only thing was the driver that dropped us off did not give us a parking location card to give the return driver and did not tell us where we could be picked up to return to our vehicle. There was no signs that indicated pick up area for Park and Fly. The driver that I flagged down seemed upset that we were not in the right place to be picked up.

Left us stranded at the airport. Plane got in at 11:45. Only operates 1 shuttle. Picks up starting at E gates so always full before it gets to A gates. Despite 4 calls it took well over an hour. If your getting in late park with someone else.

Shuttle was on time and service was fast and easy. Will definitely use this service again!

When I flew out of DFW the shuttles filled up so quickly because of the amount of people waiting that we decided to just call and have Uber to pick us up. When we arrived back we played a game how many “Parking Spot” shuttles we would see before ours. Waited at 45 and called multiple times, I read the reviews and it seems they say are trying to improve but please don’t park here.

Why can’t you pick up people fast, just now only i read the reviews. Really very very bad service, they don’t even care about picking up from the airport. We have to call them at least 3 times. If you guys are taking park n fly, please make sure to call these people before getting out from flight. Otherwise you may have to wait for long time.

We waited over an hour for a shuttle multiple people called multiple times 1st time they were on the way never showed up 2nd time the shuttle was full so they had to drop off another call was they are coming still waited. Then lady lied and said she didn’t tell anyone that a shuttle driver was coming. When the shuttle driver finally did show up he said he was never told he needed to come to our terminal. Horrible service all around!

I texted at 8:52 to pick me up from the terminal. Called at 8:54 and spoke with someone. Texted AGAIN at 8:56 because I never received a response via text. Finally got a response for that one. It’s now 9:27 and I called with no response. Texted asking if it would be faster to just get an Uber to my car with no response. Super frustrating since I live 3 hours away and have to work in the morning!!! Communication is KEY!

This place is the best offsite parking for DFW Airport. From the staff working at the entrance to the drivers, everyone was so helpful and friendly.

Tldr: it costs significantly more than advertised, return to the parking lot can take a very long time. Possibly greatly understaffed.I live close to DFW airport and usually use uber to get there and back However on this trip, the cost to park and fly for 4.5 days was almost the same as uber wanted for a prearranged one-way trip to the airport($48--normally my trip in is $20-25). So I thought I would try this location.Prepaying is pretty easy to do, but beware ! The advertised cost does not include all the additional fees you will be charged when the transaction completes, and they are substantial.I used the covered parking. Arrived at the lot a little before 530am and delivery to the airport went about as expected. I was picked up in the lot almost immediately and was dropped at terminal D after about 40-45 minutes. The mostly full bus made one stop at A before I was dropped off.The return trip was not as smooth. I got in early in the morning. Called the facility at 2:12am letting them know that I needed to be picked up. Checked back in with them 45 minutes later for status. Bus finally arrived at 3:19am and picked me and 3 other people up at terminal A near gate 1. There were two others on the bus already and all of us came in on the same flight. We then went directly to the parking facility and arrived at 3:32am.During my wait I saw 4 Parking Spot busses (only one of which needed to stop at my location). There were also about 6 vans for hotels, 3-4 rental car busses, and about 10-12 busses for DFW Remote parking (fairly evenly split between North and South locations).Both P&F drivers were friendly and helpful, but I got the sense they were a bit stressed due to work load, and maybe grumpy passengers. The office staff I interacted with were nice, but very vague about when I could expect to be picked up. I got the sense that there was just one driver that night who had to cover the remote lot and all the DFW terminals.Overall, I would hesitate to use them again. If I need to park at DFW again I will investigate the Remote lots to see if they are cost effective.

On Saturday morning 7am, during Memorial Day weekend, in 40 minutes, only two shuttles arrived. The amount of people waiting would steadily increase. Then, after 45 minutes, the 3rd shuttle arrived, picked up passengers from another location in the lot and it filled quickly. By this time, it was becoming more likely my flight would be missed. I walked to the main entrance, called for an Uber and was picked up and dropped off at my gate within 15 minutes. When we enter our arrival times does that information not get used for the amount of busses that should be needed? Parking maybe 50% less than parking directly on DFW but after the Uber pickup, its a wash.

We waited over an hour to be picked up yesterday. The dispatcher was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. I was told that the driver knew that we were there, that we were just going to have to wait because he is in traffic and its Memorial Day weekend so I dont know what you want me to do. The driver got there and told us that it was actually not the case, that he was just notified a couple of minutes before. We were about to call an Uber because we didnt think wed ever get picked up

Had to extend my trip due to a cancelled flight, they were able to get me to the airport quickly and had great service the whole way there and even the way back. Checkout was quick and easy and everyone was super friendly even during snowmageddon!

Waited roughly 45 minutes after notifying them I got my bags and am ready to be picked up. Some people were waiting before me, not sure how long. Almost all shuttle places pick you up at your car when you get there, so dont let that sway your decision in other reviews. I saw 5 the parking spot vehicles pass by while I was waiting for their 1, so I will be parking there at DFW from now on.

I found Park ‘N Fly services prompt, courteous, friendly and yet professional.

I would use Park n Fly again. They were very responsive and th he reservation was simple.

Okay, this place is cheaper when compared to the other options at DFW. But had to wait for 40 minutes for a shuttle when I came back. Called multiple times, told it is on the way. In the mean time other companies shuttles finished 4-5 rounds. After a delayed flight this was the last thing I wanted.

Driver pulled up quickly to pick us up and we’re very courteous. Upon return, we were picked up quickly, as well. Friendly drivers and plenty of room to park. Always use Park ‘N Fly.

Use this service for work and while on personal trips. Great rates and with app easy to use.

I’ve used the company in the past and have never had issues. Today, I waited over an hour and a half for a shuttle from the airport. I called the number multiple times and each time was told one would be there shortly and then one would never come. And the driver kept checking his cell phone notifications while driving. I will never use this company again.
