Brought my daughter & mother here. Everyone is friendly and everything is clean. They were very accommodating with my 4yo. And I was happy with my Halloween design. I really enjoy coming here

I adore this place and my little girl does as well. The business takes very good precautions with the virus. The workers do a very good job and my nails tend to last longer. :)

I used this place maybe 3 times, and i wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt BUT nothing everyone was the same, They have the worse attitude ever! Not worth it to pay such a high price for horrendous service!Common sense!!

This place has the WORST time management EVER ! Yes they have great pedicures but you can be in here for hours and hours !You can make an appointment and still wait over an hour to be seen and then wait longer for the next service your getting !I have been in here and they ask people who had made an appointment to come back and when they come back for a different time they ask them to come back later or wait again!If I could give negative stars I would !

Always have availability for walkins I never wait long. Super clean and relaxing environment. Great pricing! Every one there does great pedicures. ERICA is great!

Please be advised that they are over charging the customers, you need to know what you want and Sri l to it-they charge me over $45 for a simple acrylic fill in and $5 for top coat (not acceptable) and to top it off bum rush you for a tip. and when I question the cost the owner says what you want me to do for you? My response to her was to be honest and you will be blessed.

I’m done with place. You just know their talking trash about customers. The owner is loud and annoying. The help keeps changing. To top it off, I noticed at Christmas time if you’re not getting a mani n pedi combo no cute thank you gift. Not that I need it. But I was there every two weeks for a pedi. A 20% tipper and nothing.

This place is getting worse and worse each time I go there. Dont spend your money here. Ive been going here since they got new owners. I always leave with so many cuts on my fingers. They dont care about your nails, they just want your money. A nail salon is a place where you go and enjoy yourself and feel comfortable. At orchid you cant.

Horrible experience, have 3 fingers that is bleeding, nail polish is streaky, service is distasteful. I’ve started my manicure then was stuck waiting for 1/2 hour while my manicurist worked on someone else. Absolutely do not recommend.

If I could give this place no stars I would, owner rushed us to be seated the lady who goes to do my nails tries to tell me I have gel on my nails when i told her no I dont, cuts all the length off my nails starts using the wrong drill bit used improper technique, she kept drilling over and over burning me then nicks me with the cutical clippers they charged me $25 for a fill in that was incomplete I wouldnt allow the lady to go any further with the service, the owner tried sayin we owed her more then what we actually got so I just walked out I will never go here again theyre inexperienced workers period also very rude and started to cause a scene infront of their other customers

Went there to purchase a gift card and will definitely go there to get my nails done. The entire staff were cleaning everything.

To start off Ive been going here for atleast 10 years. Recently it has been getting worse and worse each time. They have gotten more and more rude as time goes on and could care less if you leave happy or upset. Offically looking for a new nail salon to go to.

I suggested that my girlfriend try this place because it’s so close to my house. She went a few times with no issues but today she went for a pedicure and the Asian lady attempted to work on her feet with the same tools she just finished using on another woman -GROSS. I believe this is a violation of health & safety code. Needless to say, she walked out and is looking for a new nail place.

I only go here been doing so for years now. Top service , polite , and thorough. Karen is the BEST...I highly recommend this business.

If I could describe this place with one word it would be HORRIBLE! I came here as a recommendation from a co worker with my cousin and the service we were looking to get done was SNS. I asked for sns with tips. The nail techs were bluntly rude and rushing your whole experience there. I had asked for everything to look natural and thin. I came out of the salon with nails that looked like thick wide claws. I couldnt bare to look at them so I went back in to show the owner; Cidney. Cidney was NOTTT accommodating in any sort of way. She practically called me emotional. I told her to take the nails off and give me a refund. Although she gave me a refund she was so rude and so harsh with my nails. This place was a complete horror story for my cousin and myself. Worst nail salon experience I have ever had. 2 hours after being in there I left with torn apart nails that have been shaved down 3 times. My nails are at the most fragile they have ever been in my life. If i can give anyone the most honest review, it would be to stay away!!! Cidney and her crew are so rude and there is absolutely NO customer service!

Gel mani and regular pedicure ended up costing $75. My nails are already chipping and look horrible (5 days later). Ive had great service here, but quality definitely varies based on who is doing your nails. I dont plan on going back.

I made an appointment and waited 45 minutes while they took people who came in after me. My pedicure was like any other. For my nails I wanted the powder gel. The actual application was fine and has lasted over a week. However I will not return. They do not sanitize their equipment. The girl was looking for a cuticle cutter, opened her draw and had 4 that were filled with other peoples skin. I asked to her to clean it before using it on me and she wiped it down with nail polish remover. In cutting my cuticle, she cut the skin causing me to bleed. I asked her not to cut my nails , just shape them. She cut them anyway and gave them a weird shape. It took close to 3 hours for me to get a mani/pedi. Ill find a new place.

I made an 11 o’clock appt. I was about 5 minutes early, so I didn’t mind waiting. 10 minutes went by and I was still sitting there waiting. The owner was helping two people at once while answering the phones. People were literally getting up and walking out due to not being helped. A woman next to me hand been sitting in the pedicure chair for almost 30 minutes. I sat for almost 30 minutes as well. I was there for an hour and a half all together, for just a pedicure. That is completely ridiculous and unacceptable. A woman had come in for her appt and someone had erased her name from the book. I will never be going here again. I wasn’t even able to get a manicure due to sitting so long waiting. A very bad first impression.

This place sucks, the owner is rude, she over works and under pays her staff, making an appt is pointless because you wait anyway, and don’t get who you made the appt with. I’ve gotten an infection on my toe from this place. The tools are disgusting.

Worst place ever they said my acrylics were terrible but they were 1 week old she took them off without asking and she made me pay 3x the price I usually pay and I waited for 1 hour with appointment.worst first impression

I went there is terrible how one of them did my nails my gel polish went away in 2 days and the acrilic very bad , my didn’t stay one week

Cindy the owner is the reason they lost me. EVERY time I left I spent 140+ ..I do acrylics and stones. All I’ll say is try and leave or they assume you leaving without tipping and watch what happens.. I promise you . and you welcome ! If you have standards don’t go.
