I just paid 50 dollars and my car is still dirty on the inside and my rims are dirtier. I had to ask the guy to clean the back again because it was still dirty ,they broke the the glass on my shifter and all the guy could tell me was that the guys with the vacuum did it and then walked away ! This is also how dirty my rims where. 52 dollars wasted .

I brought my car to this car wash just because of all the positive reviews and I wanted to see for myself if it is true. Let me tell you that the reviews dont lie they take their time to make sure that your car is really well vacuumed and free of dirt and dust then they bring it outside to a parking to detail your car inside leaving it spotless they also apply a shinning ceramic spray on the exterior applying more shine to the car. The staff is very friendly and professional and treat you with respect the person at the cashier is very pleasant to talk to. From now on only bringing my car here to wash!!!

I believe the new name is called, Mr Suds Flex Car Wash and I tried it for the 1st time and I plan to use them regularly. I got the best deal off the Express Menu of an exterior only car wash, liquid wax, wheel cleaning and tire shine for only $12 and I loved it as I rarely need a interior cleaning. I saw their monthly, economical wash plans and will purchase one of those soon too! they have a nice indoor waiting area w/a tv too & basic refreshments for purchase (free coffee). I def recommend them.

This was my first time at this car washStaff is very nice amd helpful. When the wash complete they brought my brand new car around the corner for someone to dry and clean the windows. They also used some spray to make the inside shiny. Now I know this was not intentional but my door has cloth interior and the associate proceeds to use the dirty rag on my beige interior door and of course there dirt marks now that I cant remove.

Scratched my rims. Then told me it wasnt them

Great price and pleasant people! I just bought a used car and brought her here to get cleaned up and she looks amazing. They even got the previous owners dog hair and cigarette smell completely out! I absolutely recommend this place, and will come back for future washes. Well done guys.

The coin machine didn’t register 2-3 25c coins. So have pay more money just to get $5 worth of washing. Also minimum $5 and no change given. The card and cash machine didn’t work. Water nozzle built into brush - don’t know if it is a good thing or bad. Good if the the previous user left it super clean.

New management and old management, they seem to carry the torch. They are my favorite carwash place and I do not mind waiting because their job speaks for itself.

First Id like to say that the new owner has gained my respect over an incident that happened 5/17 at his Red Lion Car Wash . Ive been going there for years when owned by the previous owner and a few times with the new owner . Always received good service and a clean car . On the 17th I turned my truck over to the worker who went to line it up on the belt to start the wash . Pinched the tire resulting in a torn hole and a flat , then waved me over to show me . After he moved my truck out of the way , I was left to fix my own flat and was told that I drove my truck to the carwash on a flat , The owner wasnt present at that time . I went to Mavis and bought my own tire . On the 18th the owner contacted me like a gentleman and offered to correct the problem and covered my out of pocket cost , I thank him for owning up and correcting the situation , for me it s a feather in his cap . Like I said , the service is good and the cars are clean .

Wow, these guy care. They remind of rainbow car wash in Hicksville. They take their time are really clean the vehicle. I never liked waiting before but for the same price you’re getting a great job done.

I went for a car wash which was supposed to include your basic car plus interior but when it came out my rugs where not vacuumed and my mats dirty. Also I have an SUV with a sunroof with a wing on top which can only get clean if you do it by hand. So when we told them under the wing it was still dirty they said that had to be done by hand. Well that is what they are there for. Also, every thing you want is an extra charge. We complained but the manager refused to help. The service is lousy and it is very pricy for what you get. I spent $30 for a car that is still half dirty. Don’t go there. You will be very disappointed!!!

I always loved this car wash so I cant complain that they were working with a skeleton crew because of the pandemic. The service was good but not as good if there was a full crew and the prices were the same. But I did get to drive through the machine, which is always fun, no matter how old you get.

Hats off!! This is a great and magnificent car wash. They have very efficient employees working very hard. There was a short line but they move super fast. The waiting area is very nice with couches and free soft drinks or coffee. They did a great job on my car and I would highly recommend!

I have been washing my car for a few years now. I had a last minute emergency. They denied me of service although within 15min of closing and explained my situation. Instead I heard the cashier say Get him out of here. Thank you for your kindness Red lion but youve lost a loyal customer to Billa down the road.

Got the super Ritz. Cleanest Ive ever seen my windows at any car wash inside and out, the wet look was awesome, had people ask me if I repainted my car. But at this price point I expected leather treatment and a scent, neither of which is included. They did miss 2 sections on the top of my, picture of which I cant seem to post here. Still one of the better car washes around, but the super Ritz is just to pricey for what you get. One of the attendants also left some serious body odor in my car and it was only 9am.

Just went here for the first time this past Saturday and it is the most awesome car wash I have ever been to.We got a $29 wash called the Ritz and let me tell you the amount of time they spent on my wifes car was amazing, the attention to detail is bar none. You will not be disappointed.

Let me start of by saying, If I can rate this car wash as negative I would. The boss has terrible communication skills, and was extremely rude. Lady you run a business maybe go to school for a hospitality degree?They refused to wash my vehicle because of dried up snow on the car. Im sorry ARENT CAR WASHES SUPPOSED TO WASH CARS? Ive seen them wash dirtier cars when I am at the supply house next door.if you could avoid this car wash you should by all means. Avoid the headache. This place is a scam, they only want to wash clean cars to avoid spending money on brushes. Theres another car wash on Oak street in copiague, maybe try that one.

I had my Jeep cleaned I got the better package cost me 30$ the manager said they don’t spray cup holders and dash that’s an extra charge. What is a car wash if you don’t get the car cleaned for 30$. They also did not vacuum under the MatsI still tipped 7$ the guys are not at fault, could of vacuum better but I was frustrated and left.Go somewhere else get more for less what a joke!

Welp.... another great place down the tubes because it was sold. Copiague car wash was my go to place when I needed my car cleaned. I have been out of the loop because I was driving a POS that couldnt go through a car wash. I recently purchased a new vehicle. This past Sunday it was 65 degrees and I took the opportunity to go to the car wash. The guys working the back were pleasant and fast. My car went through and was waiting to be dried and inside done. There were 2 cars in front of me. It got busy as I was waiting and they totally skipped over my car and were doing the cars that came out after me. I spoke to the woman that seemed to be running the place and she told me its because they arent getting interiors done. Which was BS. There were 2 cars that got dried off with no interiors. It wasnt my first time going there I know the difference. So 30 minutes waiting and my car is now dry by the sun so I took the towels off my car and left. $20 bucks for nothing!! The dirt is off my car but it has water spots and the windows arent cleaned. I wont be back. Red Lion sucks!!!

This place is absolutely terrible. I went there this morning and spent $21 on a full service car wash. When I got back into my car I was fully disappointed. There were still crumbs everywhere, all around my gear shift was sticky, it wasnt sticky before I brought the car in. They didnt clean my rear view mirror at all, it still had fingerprints on it. They didnt wipe down the glass that covers the speedometer, and the outside of my windshield still had dirt on it. They were obviously in too much of a rush to care, and it wasnt even busy. Also my license plate was not bend before I went to this car wash, but now one side is bent forward. On top of all that, the customer service was awful. If I pay that much money for a car wash, I expect for things to at least be wiped down. I will never be returning to this terrible place, and I will be sure to let everyone I know to do the same.

I havent had time to go to my favorite car wash lately so I decided to make a stop today at Red Lion Car Wash in Copiague during my work errands in the area. Not only did they charge me $21.75 for a basic wash, even though the line wasnt long, my car sat and waited a very long time and in the end they did a terrible job. My windows are dirty, foggy and streaky and the body had smudges and fog all over it. I will not be using this car wash again. Two thumbs down!!Update: When I got back from the wash I realized in the sunlight there were giant swirl scratches all over my hood, looks like something was caught in the rag when they were wiping and now I have giant swirls scratches all over my hood. I called to tell them as soon as i noticed and spoke to a woman I believe her name was Sylvia. I couldnt get a word in, she literally went straight into defense mode and completely denied that this could ever happen shutting me up at every attempt to speak. She did tell me to bring the car back and let them see but since my husband works in a body shop, Im not even going to waste my time. I politely explained to her what happened and her reaction was absolutely not anything I care to waste my time on. I wish I could post pictures on my review so you could see what they did to my 2017 SUV.

They do a quick rushed job for the vacuuming 1-2 minutes and if you want anything other then the floors done you have to pay extra .. I walked out spending $32 before tip and the person vacuuming left dirt and hair in my car from the vacuum to the point I had to ask the other workers to clean it

Ive used this car wash for a few years and liked it. Today will be the last time I ever will go there. The reason being is that one of the workers there stole my change out of the ash tray. There is really no need for it because I never tip less than $5 when I get in my car for just a regular wash.

Love everything from head to toe, management is the best. Friendly crew and always aiming for great client fullfillment. I will be back to get the Ritz monthly package for my wifes car.

Got the #1a deal and at 45 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer to be done and they were talking about 25 more minutes, as I checked what was “done” already it was horrible. Expensive and a bad job overall and not considering the time it took I had to leave otherwise it would have take over 1:15 hrs. Absolutely horrible

Ever since the new owner took over the service as gone down hill. I just paid $30 for my truck to be washed and the inside looks likes it wasnt touch, my windows still have streak marks. and they didnt even vacuum by truck area. Just horrible service. I will not be going back. Not worth the money or my time.

Before you go here, make sure you inspect your vehicle for things you would never think of inspecting, because if something breaks, its on you. Because youll probably get blamed for it. And dont expect a phonecall back, since Im waiting for mine well over a month later.

I came here for a car wash and they broke my gas pedal and blamed it on my car being old and did not even offer to pay for my car wash until after I suggested it. The Owner-Nick Lee is a compete unprofessional person. He has no kind of consideration for the customer. This is the worst experience ever. They did not even mention to us that the pedal is broken until we noticed the car was having an issue going forward. I already files a claim with the police and my insurance about this and also with the BBB.

Service and quality took a nose dive.In Dec 2016 Copaigue Carwash became Red Lion Carwash.Had a detail GC. Gave us a hard time redeeming it. They left residue all over the car. Windows are streaked. Horrible job. Stay away!

Worst experience ever I just had a package number 4 which is the most expensive package the car wasnt vacuumed and dirty outside. When I showed the lady how dirty it is she told me you need to come in everyday for the car to be clean. What a joke
