I couldn’t believe how perfect the shower door came out. There are 3 glass walls and the door. A man came to measure and he was meticulous. It did take about 3 weeks which we knew since in our shopping around it seemed like the industry standard. It was absolutely worth the wait.

We are incredibly happy with our new shower doors!! They are stunning, and give our bathrooms the look we were hoping for. From the office staff to the technicians that did the actual install, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!

What a joke.. the company provides fake preliminary bids that are completely changed upon field measurement. It is a perfect example of price gouging.  I went into their store a few weeks ago with all dimensions photos and explained all the finish selections for a glass stair railing.  After almost 2 weeks I got a bid that had missing railing parts and a different finish that we spoke about . I still gave them a chance and scheduled site measurements at my home and planned or reviewed details with the owner . The owner comes in and once he realized I was in the midst of renovating my home I must have money so lets price gouge and take advantage. He even tries to push unnecessary parts and changes to glass type to increase price- which we knew wasnt needed being we both work in construction and know railing standards and requirements. A week later I get a bid that doubled in price even though they only missed 30% of initial railing.  I reached out and asked for verification why the number doubled .  Of course the guy didnt ever reply- he though he would be able to take advantage. I dont respect people who dont stand by their price and try to take advantage of people.. very unprofessional.

Where do I begin? I hired Vetter Doors from Rutherford to replace a large door with thicker glass. They came out in July and while measurements are being taken he says he has to take the door out to get accurate measurements??? This should have been my first warning. Well fast forward after he miss measured and even mad a double door that if he did it correctly it would have hit the toilet. Then had the nerve to say “whoever built this custom shower should be ashamed, even the benches are not lever” (Wow of course not water has to shed) the guys were nice who showed up but were from OMG doors. So I guess I just learned a very expensive lesson Vetter Glass are nothing but liars and definitely should not be allowed in the door business. Lesson learned his business card is his home address...... if I could give him Negative stars it would be a -5

I am extremely satisfied with my shower door!!! Phillys was amazing she was so willing to help and make sure we were satisfied with our shower door. I shopped around before making a purchase and OMG Doors had the best price. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends! Thank you!!!

The end product was okay, the communications was the worst. Or should I say the lack of. The shower door was made the wrong size. They call to tell you they are on the way, but meanwhile his secretary never called you to schedule the visit. And this happened twice. When they finally came with the correct door, the worker claimed he didnt have the hardware. And he claimed at the last visit the hardware was left on site. And of course it wasnt. When it was finally done, nobody even called to see if all was well. Communication, Communication. He really needs a better secretary, which was half the battle.

I worked with Phyliss in the Copiague office and I couldnt be happier. My shower doors are so beautiful and professionally installed that Im thinking of replacing my old ones. OMG installed my tub/shower enclosure and did an amazing job. Easy to work with, comes to measure when convenient for us and the end product was quality and gorgeous. Will def go back again.

Stay away !! I was looking for a custom shower door. The owner took all my information and said he would get back to with a price.. That was almost 3 weeks ago. NO call and when I went in no one could help me and the owner happened to call when I was there but refused to get on the phone and speak to me!! If they didnt want my business they should have said so from the beginning.. I have gone elsewhere with a company who appreciates my business and great customer service

I went into OMG Shower Doors to replace a broken set of doors. I received a callback the next day and sent someone out to take measurements. Less than two weeks later the doors are in and installed and look fantastic. The staff there is truly professional, their prices are terrific and the installers know their stuff. I cant say enough about this company. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had a very unpleasant experience with this company. Their pricing is comparable to their competitors but theyre not thorough and very unreliable. The communication between the owner and the staff needs major improvement and they dont seem to care. We were given an estimate via email after sending pictures of what was needed to be repaired and when the installers came to measure it was made clear what was to be done. They spoke to their boss on the phone before handing the phone over to us to seal the deal and request a 50% down payment before providing an invoice. They then scheduled an installation date which was accidently switched for an earlier date by the company secretary and they never showed! We rescheduled our plans and took time off of work so it was beyond disappointing yet we sucked it up as an honest mistake and scheduled a time convenient for them to come and install the door. This time they showed up 5 hours late and didnt finish the job stating that an item was left at the warehouse and that they would return. Every date they gave us we waited and no one showed! They then told us that the job was completed as planned and that the missing item was not included in our estimate and wanted us to pay them an additional $100 to return with the item. After 2 weeks of waiting for a call back from them with a resolution as promised no one has called. Were in the process of filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Home Advisors who recommended them as a reputable company. We honestly believed that the negative reviews were inaccurate based on the backing they got from Home advisors but after our experience we realize they are 100% true. Sorry for the lengthy post just wanted to try and save anyone else from having to deal with an experience like this.

Worst company to deal with. They claimed to have fired their installers who originally did the damage.They broke tiles. They cracked 7 new porcelain tiles. The shower door slipped and slammed against the wall. The installers left the door cracked allowing it to leak water.. The water went all over the floor.Finally after a month. , They came back and sealed the glass door. They then refused to fix the tiles. The owner “Rennie” said he fired the original installers.

Not only did Rennie install 2 shower doors for me, he installed approx. 20, 25 shower door systems for my customers over 10 plus years. I am a contractor and only use Rennie. Never had any issues with, price, installation, and timing.. Honest and reliable..Al

OMG staff were so diligent in explaining what glass type would be best for my shower. Debbie, the office secretary, always kept me in the loop-- quick process. Installers were punctual and neat. Highly recommend!!
