Im very disappointed in mendoza because Ive done business with this shop for a while now however recently I brought my car to be service for a leak, I was told to leave the car but they didnt have mechanics at the time they would check soon as the mechanic comes. ok fine like I said Ive done business with mendoza I thought the company deserve that much. I call they say not yet.. I call again before the days out they tell me tomorrow. I call the next day they say the radiator is leaking there going to call for the part. A couple of days goes by n they say the part didnt come theyre still waiting on it. I ask how much is it? They tell me 300. I explain that I didnt have that and I would shop for the piece myself because I knew a spot where I could fine it for cheap. Mendoza also explain that they would work with me with the payments for the radiator however I didnt want to pay 300 so I declined. And said Ill buy the radiator and then drop it off. The man in charge at the time agreed. I show up after a day to tell them I ordered the radiator, and they tell me theyre done with my car they finished it. Im completely confused because I know I told them not to use their radiator and one of the workers also said he told others not to use their part. So I ask could I just pay labor and give them the radiator I bought. Note that my radiator actually cost more without the discount I had. So it would be a fair trade. We worked it out and ended up with that deal.I come to pick up my car; and the belt is screeching I ask what is that and they say maybe some anti freeze got on the belt. However the screeching never went away so then they tell me its a piece thats not turning the belt. I was a little confused how my car would break while not being used but I still didnt think of anything. They also said the hood cable broke which they replaced.I pay mendoza labor which was 100 then when we got to the office they said 150 I had to explain that they just agreed at 100 and I didnt have funds to kick out another 50. we make the deal at 100. I leave to head to work Im running late as I explain to mendoza when I showed up to get the car. As I drove I hear noises so I pull over and my front side headlight is hanging out bumping against the tire the bottom cover to car also not put back correctly I try to put back in place but it would only stay if I went slow I finally get to work and look at the rest of my car and the side mirror has two Cracks in it. I had no time to take a break that day already running late and call the shop however my mother and uncle where there and saw the differences too. The next day was Sunday and I checked online it said they were closed so Monday I brought my car back to the shop and explain how I got my car and they told me it didnt happen when it was with them we talked for a little and mendoza said they would check the cameras I thanked him and left I gave it a couple hours and then I called they said not yet. I call a couple hours after that they said tomorrow I give it 2-3 days didnt hear from mendozas. So I go to the shop I ask if he checked and i didnt get a answer. A couple people asked me what happen and I explained the situation again. They talked about it and decided that theyre not going to fix the damages. He said you know who is responsible for the damages and that I could keep the radiator. So now I have a radiator I dont need out of 200 and 200-400 dollars in parts and labor I have to take care of. Im not mad Im more disappointed that we couldnt work this out. And I strongly recommend you to do your research before using them.
