No cabs availability..complete waste should close up shop

I have taken FIRST CLASS for over 1 year now and love the drivers I’ve gotten who are very kind / talkative and respectful.... since the change in ownership I absolutely like the new owner / dispatcher he’s funny and he’s also respectful and has treated me like a VIP customer .... if I have any issues I let him know or let Bobbi know and it’s taken care of promptly but I’ve had next to none issues really so it’s great to have a company who takes you places you can rely on and be on time 👍🏼Keep up the good work guys and gals /M💋

Waited for a cab that never showed up for almost an hour then I had to call a different taxi service.

They came immediately and charged a very low price !!!

Called for a taxi to work they said 20 minutes waited a half hour called again asking how long they said 10 minutes, called another taxi service by the time the other taxi service came this company did not show up at all 0 stars DO NOT USE THEM

Been using this services for over three years now and I have been having this arriving late issues in and out but lately these people suck. Took forever to arrive plus when try calling them back the dispatcher keep sending my calls to voicemail. Ridiculous!!!! Call 35 mins almost everyday before work and always ending up late.

Yeah so i called an hour in advance to get picked up and they came exactly on time, they charged me 5 bucks for almost 2 mile destination, driver was friendly and spoke English and he knew where he was going. Dispatcher was ok just sounded tired but not rude.

Fast and reliable service

So after a rushed plan to meet old friends I hadent seen in 3 years was set, I decided to call First class taxi. I was impressed by how friendly my driver was, we chatted about sports and working out, the ride was fast and I felt safe. Compared to other taxis I’ve called, this was the most welcome and affective one I’ve been on and I will use again.

Requested a car for 1pm at JFK JetBlue. I included the flight number. When I arrived at JFK, I called to confirm pickup. I was told the car was waiting for me at 11:30. The driver called me. I didn’t answer. First of all. You have the flight number, wouldn’t you confirm the time. And I didn’t answer because I was on the plane with no service. Finally. We had to wait another 45 minutes for another car.I will never use First Class again.

These dirtbags will overcharge you every chance they get the dispatcher will give you a price the driver will double it and then the dispatcher will say oh but the driver makes the price

Ive never rode with you guys but the reviews are funny😂😂😂😂 your cab service sounds so bad but Ill give it a shot........ Hopefully I dont have to wait 30 minutes for your guys to show up and have to call your angry dispatcher 😂😂😂😂.

The driver was rude and not understanding. Charged me double because I had to make a stop to pick up money. No other taxi company has ever charged me double for stopping, and not only that he gave me a different price on the phone than what he told me when he dropped me off. Of course I will pay whatever the price is given out of respect but they seriously ripped me off. & also threatened to leave me in the middle of the street when it was taking me a little time to pick up the money which wasnt my fault. That, I found completely rude.

I was always charged the same amount and yesterday I gave the same amount to the guy and he won’t take it , and told me I need to give him more, and I never keep cash on me more then what I need, so he locked the car and won’t let me go , then he overcharged me on my card. I felt violated. Don’t take this taxi! They are not worth a dime.

Car Never Came, Left me in the middle of nowhere.

When I had a problem with the driver I spoke to either Pedro or Bobby and they took care of it immediately therefore I believe that all the negative content happens to be false. I do not have a problem with first class I believe them to be better then other car companies.

Make sure to ask for driver 34....Called Eco Taxi - that turned our to be a nightmare experience so do yourself a favor DO NOT RESERVE WITH THEM.I called First Class they said about 10 minutes, were there in 5, got me to Babylon Train station licky split, on the train and hopefully make my next destination to Megabus on time. If I dont there is no one to blame but Eco cab company. As for First Class, it was a First Class Experience....thanks

They rate pure 000s, I wish I could give negative numbers. They are very personable over the phone in their excuses and lead to absolutely no results. Waiting for nearly an hour about 4 blocks away from the base. Meanwhile I counted 4 or 5 empty cars riding around empty and full in the same vicinity, so I stop one guy and he says call the base again. I call, more excuses. The same driver says he would have grabbed the call if it came over (the radio) but it never did. So much for service. Buyer beware! I might not NEVER!

This taxi service is terrible. The lady cant heat you. The drivers are not the best, and they take too long to pick you up. I suggest you use a different taxi service. Maybe Primo or something. First Class sucks. Id give it zero stars if it were possible

I called an hour ago and cab never showed up. Had to call out of work within 30 minutes of waiting. Hired people that KNOW their way around the neighborhood and the streets smh

The taxi was really dirty and the driver had someone in the passenger seat that was not a customer. I got there safe, but not in class, not first class for sure, more like zero class as my son said.

My fiancé and I had the worst experience. Yesterday, our destination for the both of us was $35 according to the attendant we spoke to over the phone. We did not have the money up front, but we had folks with the money waiting at the door. The driver picked us up, and on our way to our destination, he decides that its $45, and claimed that we did not mention two people. (which my fiancé had asked clearly, How much to go from x to z for two people?) It wasnt really a problem--we simply shrugged it off and said, Okay not a problem. Although he had asked how much did the attendant say it was, and after we told him, he apparently called them and got a different answer.So on our way down Sunrise Hwy, the driver finally proceed to ask for the money up front, which I thought was suspicious (but was later told they now do that because of people skipping pay) because he waited until we were nearly a quarter away from our destination, instead of telling us before pulling off from our starting point. Instead of just taking us back, he keeps driving two miles ahead, in front of the South Bay Diner, and says we have to get out, and left us there, 40 degrees and chilly, with my fiancé not feeling well as it was.The worst part was, my fiancé had left her purse clutch in the cabs backseat. Our friends called them to confirm that the purse was there and that they would drop the purse off at their house (so we can come back today to pick it up) and never did. Now theyre saying that such conversation or agreement was never made. So on top of a poor experience, driver, and ending to the day, this cab service is treading on a lawsuit very soon. I will also be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau, as Ive been told that this company has done similar things in the past.And please note: I only gave this company one star, because it would not let me post a review without giving at least a 1-star rating--I personally and professionally give this company zero stars.

The best dominican service. I drove for them. The only thing i hated was the radio lol. But cars are good and clean.

First Class?? They should have named it NO class. What a garbage company, always late, rude drivers, save yourself the trouble and DONT USE THIS SERVICE.

The drivers cant even drive correctly, and the fact that the owner of the business comments with excuses and calls people fake accounts, is unprofessional. Theyre fake because they choose not to have their information all over the internet every time their name is googled? Lol but you know, Im getting beside the point. Make sure you drivers actually know how to drive before sending them to pick people up.

My Moms experience was A+ Respectable young man picked her up on time to go the the airport. Very helpful and friendly.

Rude people no class. . Their cab are in horrible conditions those vehicle are not safe. .if you dont believe me call them and take a look , no heat , dirty seats. . Horrible experience. ..

Very poor service. Always take 30 mins to show up and dispatcher hates when you call to find out how far the cab is and drivers are very rude. Never again

They are just plain unreliable and vehicles are unsafe and need to be inspectes by outside company and not companies own garage...

Terrible, they showed up in beat up very old Nissan Altima, it was a male and female, refused the service no mention of taxi on the car seemed very scary and shady, never using them again.

They usually arrive quickly but have no control with the drivers, sometimes you arrive at the destination listening to them speak on their phones. They speak m .. with Coj .... The brunettes mainly uff not
