We just moved to Bandon and I was quite concerned about the lack of available internet options in our area. We chose to work with Oregon Satellite for our personal and business needs, and I have been nothing but pleased! They worked with us to schedule an appointment as soon as our escrow closed (including dealing with some schedule changes due to the escrow being delayed), and they came out for the inspection and installed the equipment on the same day. We have a ridiculously big house and they made sure that the whole house was covered by the service. I work from home and use my computer daily, have a VOIP business phone, we have streaming TV and music services, and have not had ANY problems with the service. The technician was on time and very friendly and helpful. Heather in the office is beyond amazing - I have bugged her about a lot of things and she is always prompt, helpful, and so nice to deal with! I absolutely recommend Oregon Satellites service and product!

The made it halfway to my house and decided They couldn’t install dish tv, they didn’t even show up to try. They say the go above and beyond to try to get it installed but yet they won’t even show up.

Installation was quick and professional. Cameras are of the best quality. However once they have everything installed, if you ever need them to come back and look at anything they take DAYS!!! Definitely do not make current customers a priority.

Worst internet I have had. Cannot stream Netflix without it buffing every 3 minutes. They told us we would be able to have 4 devices connected and have great internet. Thats not the case. For 80.00 a month you would think it be decent internet. Have to reset the router once a week. Tried emailing them about it and have not heard back.

Those guys went out of the way to get my internet going way out in the boonies. They totally rule
