Was good when I got help. First time in all mechanics had called out. Was able to get battery and do it myself.

They wouldnt put tires on rims because they were understaffed and we sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes afterwards and we saw two of them in there doing absolutely nothing and Ive personally put tires on rims by myself. We asked them in both individuals said that they knew how to.

Very seldom can you find anybody behind the counter to help you so you tend to wait sometime friendliness I would give a three stars customer service three stars store in general two stars if theres any place else I could go to save money or even spend a little bit more I would certainly go there

Had my oil changed a few days ago for $39 or so..I opted for high mileage and the middle price. They were done in approximately 15 minutes! Excellent service!

I had a ton of work I needed done on my car and was willing to spend a few thousand dollars to get it all done at once here but I literally could not get a single person at this auto center on the phone. I called all morning and even called through the regular store and asked for a manager to get someone for me and they still did not answer. I couldn’t even get a voicemail box to leave a message after an hour of trying to talk to someone. So unprofessional and infuriating that I would rather drive to Eugene to get my car looked at then EVER go here.

Had them put wheels and tires on and they had them cross threaded ended up braking 2 studs on front driver side taking them off. Impact couldn’t even get them off had to use a breaker bar. Terrible.

Never have someone at the desk, always waiting to long

Walmart auto center Lacks knowledge or ability to do a simple oil change as the drain plug squish washer was missing after their service. They also increased their price by 70% from initial quote. They may have left the oil filter without replacing as typical new filters include a new squish washer to replace old one. Not worth the risk.

Time wise to took about an hour and a half to have 4 tires put on my car. Some staff didn’t seem very competent the manager was following them around and showing them how to do things. I noticed one wheel rim was pretty scared up post mounting that hadn’t been there before. The tires were a good deal so time will tell if they are as good as I hope they’ll be.I would think twice before going back.

Tires all across America and not limited to the west coast like the red and yellow store. Lost a tire from the other store on my jeep and wanted to match what I have on my pickup. James looked it up for me and gave me the info even though I would be buying tires for my jeep in College Washinton. I have worked with him and others and everyone is knowledgeable and nice.

Walmart doesnt care about customer service. The auto dept. is just as understaffed as the rest of the store. They dont care if you have to wait 3 to 4 hours for a simple oil change then rotating your tires. Its pointless to talk to a manager because they know that customers will put up with their poor service for the cheap prices. Its mine own fault to expect decent service.

I stopped in to see if they had a pair of tires for my car since I noticed the fronts getting pretty low, they did but I still had to make an appt for the next day for installation. I was researching further and saw that new pairs of tires should be put on the rear and the rears moved to the fronts, then discarding the worn out fronts. All they had were Goodyears, sure. Still with Oregons no sales tax its a 10% off automatically from CA moneypit land. I called and asked if they could do the new rears and moving the less worn old rears to the front. He said sure as long as the old rears were legal and that set off red lights for me. First of all it sounds like upsell with a captive audience to me. I could see them deciding on the legality of my rears, which pass the penny test btw, in the negative and discarding them with my only option to buy all four new tires. NAH no thanks. Decided to pass, go down the road to another place with the $10 per tire cheaper ones to offset the awful CA taxes. Unless you have high performance needs any new tires are way above old worn ones no need to settle for the high cost big name ones that some places seem to only have available. Never quite sure about the prices quoted either, they really need to print out a quote for customers with all costs listed BEFORE any work is performed. Another worry here that made passing an easy decision.

Cant imagine why anyone would complain, but then again some people are just difficult by nature and want to take out their frustrations on others. I got great service today from an obviously knowledgeable technician. I needed new tires, which I got at a way better price than the competition. Thanks James!

On Friday I had my first BAD experience, this being with an employee. Today the other employees and a manager went above and beyond what I expected in order to make up for it. Id like to thank them for the excellent customer service.

Great customer service, incredible value. If you get the service warranty they WILL honor it, unlike Les Schwab. I wish Walmart in Coos Bay did an entire automotive repair service because I would use them every time. If you want to pay half as much for the same quality and better service, go to Coos Bay Walmart automotive. If you you want to be irritated and pay double the amount for your stress, go somewhere else. ;)

Got a flat on our rental car and this was the only place open. Was sure what to expect but they were fast and courteous and fixed it for only $10. Thanks for making our day much better

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I called in advance about changing my tires and the gentlemen on the phone was very nice. However, when I showed up the attendant was beyond rude.The attendant told me that they would not change my tires for 2 reasons.1. Small leak in power steering fluid hose.2. The tires I had were a different size than the tires I had on currently. ( only the width was different.I could have understood the leak situation but there is no reason to be rude. I took it to Les Schwab and my tires were changed in 15 minutes.Save time and money and go to Les Schwab!

Couldnt help me cuz they were all going to go to lunch so I needed to wait around for an hour till they got back from lunch. Only to tell me that they couldnt fix my tire they had to replace my tire. You could have looked at it and told me that before you went to lunch

Terrible customer service. One of the auto techs was verbally aggressive and loudly complaining about having customers come in for services. I complained to the manager but did not receive any follow up or response that anything was done to make this situation right.

The most unhelpful auto care center in Oregon. The workers there are so paranoid they cant even tell me whos in charge... Really? Thats all i wanted to do, talk to the person in charge of automotive and Mark refuses to tell me... Great customer service guys. Not all walmart auto centers are this bad. I assure you.

Once took my truck and car in for oil changes. Then get told they couldnt get the drain plug out but in reality they didnt want to deal with the cars janky ignition I went home and got the drain plug off with an open end wrench. And today was quoted 40$ for 4 tires mount and balance and it was 88. More than twice the quote. When les schwab will do it for 14.50 a tire (they said they wont do carry ins which is false it is just free when you buy a set of their tires.) Avoid if possible goto les schwab for tire and goto the wash and lube place on 101 for oil changes.

They’re not stocked very well, so for a battery replacement you’ll get what you get. However, the customer service is great and they were pretty quick.

Not that Walmart cares about good service or a bad rating hut here it is anyway. Horrible customer service super slow. Oil change takes 2hr and will not let u make appointment or leve and come back. Ridiculous lines cant say enough bad things about this establishment honestly it would take less time to list what they do well.

Cant balance my tires, said I had other problems, but wouldnt specify, took it to Les Schwab and had them balanced and everything was fine, No mechanical problems, just crappy balance job by Walmart

When your on vacation and your tire pops its never a good situation but these guys went the extra mile to stay open late for us and handle all our tire needs to get us back on the road again!

Slow customer service. Couldnt get the tires when promised then couldnt figure out that I was only waiting for 2 more tires. Took a total of 3 and 1/2 hours to get the tires installed.

If you have an hour to watch incompetent people do an oil change then this place is for you!
