They came to look at my fridge a couple months prior. They reset the panel and said if that doesn’t work, you’ll have to get us back to do a repair. That cost $150 (which they said would be applied to the repair if it were needed). My fridge worked for a while but then eventually the exact same issue occurred with the exact same error code. They came to fix it but would only apply $50 toward the repair for one if two reasons that I don’t agree with 1) it had been too long (it had only been a couple of months) 2) it was not the same issue (which is not true). I tried to resolve it with them but they didn’t budge. I am a single mom and every penny counts. I felt it was unfair.

My freezer wasn’t working correctly so I looked online for an appliance repair company. The first company I called couldn’t come for 4 days which wasn’t ideal because I had a freezer full of food. Then I saw United had same day service in their ad. I really didn’t expect same day service but they actually came through for me sent a repairman within a couple hours. Long story short I needed a new thermostat. The guy was nice enough to leave and go get the thermostat from their warehouse and come back the same day to fix it. All I can say is wow! I didn’t know what to expect and I was blown away by their professional expedient service. If you need work done do not hesitate to call United appliance repair. I will definitely be using them for all my appliance needs. Thanks so much United keep up the amazing work!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Biggest crook. Charged me $265 for a lock on a dishwasher. Then 1 week later the dishwasher broke again. The repair guy had the never to try and sell me the same piece for half price. That lets me know he over charged the first time. This time they said it was the other board and it would cost $400. I would never use these people ever. Very shady and unprofessional. NEVER EVER EVER USE THEM

I can not say enough about this company. I had my GE Proline die on me. I called early in AM as GE service would not even come until Thursday the gentleman who answer said no problem we can be there between 9- 11. It was 745. I was very happy. Robert ,the tech, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Unlike most South Florida repair technicians. He identified the issue as a circuit which we figured as this is not the first GE to have this issue. He did not have the exact part but promised to return 1st thing AM. I was ok with that as things happen ,happy we knew what it was ,and help was on the way. About 4 or so hours later Robert calls said he got the part and was on way within 20 min. My husband and I always say better say something might take longer and then deliver sooner. Makes for way happy customers and believe me we are. Robert went and picked up the part at the owners request instead of waiting for a courier. I 1000% would recommend this company for any of your repair needs. Awesome job

They came out to my house 3 different times due to mixed up parts, then my electric needed work by an electrician. They came to my house on Sunday, and after 5:30pm so I could meet them without taking time off of work. I would certainly use united appliance repair again.

Great fast efficient service, only issue was just the total service price. It is what it is, at least the washer is working again.

Excited they came out on a Sunday. Friendly tech discovered that the dryer timer nob was broken after a few minutes. He tried to get me to pay $190 for a $5.00 part that I ordered from GE. Yes they are shady and I’m sure they scam some folks, but what’s crazy is I would have paid $40 for the $5 part. When they tried to get me to pay $190 my BS meter went off.

Called to have them come fix my dishwasher and they came over a few hours later. They were thorough and explained everything to me and showed me the issue. Very professional, responsive and on time! I will definitely be using them again in the future for any other repairs I need.

They showed up within a couple of hours and my refrigerator was working perfectly shortly after that. I will use this company again. Sitting up an appointment was easy and quick. The technician, Robert gave me a call 20 minutes out to say he was on his way. He Assessed the issue with my dryer and it was pretty much an easy decision just to buy a new washer given the cost of repair because there were several issues wrong with my three year old washer I appreciate the time they took, they were very professional , came wearing mask. I definitely would use them again and the price for the call out was very reasonable

David was the best. Dryer was a dryer from hell but his determination to fix it, saved the life of an appliance cause I was more than ready to throw it out seeing the fight it put up.

The tech was great, but he came for a maximum time of 20 minutes, I was charged 200!$, it just a clogged machine , it is outrageous, a doctor does not charge as much, very expensive,Little do they know is that there are other businesses that would charge less.

My GE side by side suddenly died on a Saturday morning with a full freezer. I initially contacted a different service, but when they called Sunday am and told me they could not get a tech to my residence until Wednesday, I said sayanara. I found United by Google and they answered immediately and Avi was at my condo by late a.m., diagnosed the issue as a dead motherboard and was back on Monday a.m. with an OEM part in hand. Fridge is alive and kicking and working like new. 👍 Responsive and professional.

I was told there would be a $75 fee for diagnostic and if I decide to go with them it would be waved. The guy came in and NEVER figured out what was wrong with my stove and allegedly “reset” my stove so that my over would work (all he did was unplug my stove and plug it back in and looked in the back of the stove to make sure L1 and L2 were not touching and put the back panel back on). I explained to him that I had unplugged the stove before and that it would allow for the oven to work 1 or 2 times before giving me an error message again. He had the nerve to charge $125 for coming out and doing all this and could not fix the issue. The oven went up to 500 degrees when he was here and the very next day the oven gave the same error message. I would NOT recommended this place as they stated a “reset” has no warranty and basically they charged me $50 extra from the diagnostic visit without diagnosing the issue Or repairing it!

Main stove top burner went out. Landlord called United Appliance Repair and David came out to fix the problem. In and out under 15 min! replaced the broken coil and was on his way. Highly recommend !

$295.00 for a half hours work. After my dryer was taken all apart, that’s when I was given the price. I felt taken advantage off.

Robert came on time and replaced the heating element on my Samsung dryer. Very fast and professional. I called a couple of companies before I called them. I told myself whichever company answers my call gets the job. So when I called I actually spoke to a live person right away and not a voicemail or an answering service. I was able to get an appointment the same day! I will definitely recommend them and they will be the first repair company I will call for future repairs. Thanks Robert!

Robert (technician ) quickly assessed the issue with my appliance, was very conscientious and took time to complete the repair. Cleaned up after work completed, and all well & good. Left his number to call after a few days to confirm if appliance is working or will need replacement parts (appliance is only 6 yr old).Am highly recommending based on this one experience.

God forbid you to ever deal with this company!!!Arrogant, unprofessional and aggressive. I am not even sure they are legally licensed to perform the services.One of their technicians came to look at the washing machine , after the inspection I was told it is the pump that needs to be replaced. I was charge 250$. I an hour later, David, the technician came and we turned on the machine the smog started coming out of it!!!! I have never see something like this in my life.They tried to use all possible reasons for excuses and blaming that it is OUR fault. Saying things like “Oh, you just put too many clothes in a washer, sorry - your problem, goodbye!” Avi, who I spoked on the phone with refused to fix anything or take on any responsibility whatsoever. He hang up the phone and ignores me calls and messages ever since. The machine does not work AT ALL ever since. The result - we have to buy the new washing machine.These people is just a group of crooks, probably illegally licensed if licensed at all. I am going to file a report with the Miami Consumer report.And the fact that they wrote I complained 1 month later is a total lie. The smoke started coming out in 1 hour once the technician left.They don’t even have courage to apologize and fix their mass, just keep lying. Horrible, unprofessional.

My dryer stopped heating and Oren with united Appliance Repair did an outstanding job repairing the dryer. Before receiving service, I ran a diagnostic on the machine using the machine specs and manual. The diagnostic indicated that the heating element was no longer working and Oren confirmed it by opening the machine up and testing the faulty heating element. Oren was very prompt arriving for service (Same day), he worked quickly and was very informative when answering my questions regarding the repair. I am VERY pleased with his work and with the service that I received! Thank you.

Arrogant, unprofessional, aggressive and very unreliableI dont recommend this company, please be careful with them, they dont fix the machines properly. They came to fix my dryer because it wasn’t spinning so one of the technicians came to “fix it” and it only worked twice then they were called again to fix it not only did it not even start again I was called a liar because another technician came and asked the previous one what was wrong with the dryer and his statement was that it wasn’t heating when the issue was that it just wasn’t spinning. Not the best company to do business with.

Robert came out and told me what was wrong and how he fixed it. He was very nice and he had on his mask. I would not hesitate to use them again.,

Is unplugging the washer and rebooting it fixing it? The tech thought so. 10 minutes after he left, the washer stopped working. No true diagnostics was done and they charged $150 bucks. Lesson learned.

I know they tried to fix my washer but were unsuccessful after several tries. I paid my $75 initial service visit fee and an additional $250 when they attempted their first repair. After two loads of laundry, my machine stopped working again. I was told if it could not be fixed, I would not pay anything after the service fee. After two more attempts and failures, my machine is still broken and I’m out $325. I’m still waiting for a vastly reduced refund....

Edited: 05.24.21 - still not fixed. Texted and left a message.Holding off on my full review since our issue has not been fixed to date. Needless to say, move along, choose another company. Weve been dealing with this company since 5/3/21 and my freezer is still not working.

Very pleased with this company, especially our technician Oren. Had first called another company to come out, and that guy said he could not pull the dishwasher out until we had the flooring removed in the kitchen, as there was no space. Oren instead was able to raise the legs and it came out easily. He had the part in the truck to fix the springs on the door and we were all set.

I spoke with Avi and very quickly he came over to our home that same day assessed our situation determined that the refrigerator could be repaired. He ordered the part to come in overnight. Before 2:00 the next day (today) Robert his technician had arrived at our house repaired our refrigerator and it is working perfectly. Avi and Robert both were extremely courteous professional and very open and forthright in dealing with us. The price for the repair was very fair, quite frankly less than I expected it to be. I can wholeheartedly recommend United Appliance Repair to all of my friends and my family should they need their services.
