He spent a lot of time and the house was shown to best advantage. Our buyer had an agent so we ended up paying that commission but we still saved thousands. This could be better if it also got you on the MLS, and thats why 4 1/2 stars (but cant do that so you see 4!) Tip: Use a staging company! Best $700 we spent.
