I love this store. I have just recently went to pick up my cat Moonlight some cat food cans. I saved 2 dollars from the perks I got. I will definetly come back to this place cause it is a great place for your pet needs. They also have many kittys in need of a home. They are always cute. I wish this place had my tidy cats litter more available though since I live the lightweight stuff the most and works for me.

IDK bout this pet shop cause I usually shop at Petco for all my pet needs and there shopping app is so out dated very hard to shop online from there but they have great brands of fish products and there Fish are well cared for very healthy so yes I recommend shopping at your this Petco but not on line and they always have the best deals on large tanks I just picked up my husband a 55 galloon kit on sale for 130 bucks saved 60 bucks wow what a great buy

Looked for a scratch pad for our Ragamese, found about 10+ options. Picked a basic option and used our reward points to save $7. Nice!

This place completely neglects fish. From the looks of all the decomposed fish (esp with the ones with fungus growing on their corpse) the water hasn’t been changed in weeks! And the fact that the other fish have been eating the corpses, they haven’t been fed as well. They might as well give their fish away for FREE. And stop charging customers for fish. All of the fish there are sick and are pretty much dying.

Love that you can bring your animal in. Love the variety of foods, treats and toys... along with collars, halters, leashes, beds and more! Down side is they can be expensive (some of their stuff is reasonable or comparable). They even have puppy training classes and grooming at some of the locations.

Employees are very helpful and friendly. Store is very organized and clean. I stopped in looking for a vehicle booster seat for my Yorkie so he can safely travel with me, and they helped me to find exactly what I was looking for! At a great, affordable price. I highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive had to take my cat in a few times recently to monitor the healing of an ingrown dew claw and ear infection, and they took such good care of him and were great at explaining his care instructions.

Banfield Pet Hospital was amazing!! Our senior dog had major tooth extractions. Dr. Thernos Team was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful with answering questions.

Very well kept, clean, lots of friendly pet owners here. A couple puppies that were adorable just being socialized, and owners and customers all seemed very understanding and respectful. Staff interactions were all pleasant and they seemed knowledgeable. We will definitely return for a bearded dragon for our daughters birthday this year (they are Adorable).

Brought our puppy in for shots & exam. Staff in Vetco did a great job. Enforce social distancing. Also found a great little harness for our little guy for a fair price. Highly recommend!

1st best thing about pet smart: I get to being my dog. 2nd best thing about pet smart: other people being their dogs so I get to run around the whole store as a nearly grown adult and ask to pet everybodys dogs. The happiest place on earth. Training classes are way cheaper than I thought and really helpful too, my little pup is getting a lot more well behaved thanks to the trainer.

The store staff is very helpful. I was doing a more successful job giving our fish a slow death than reasonable life but they pointed me to the straight and narrow and now the fish appears to be happier and healthier thanks to their recommendations.

We donated to childrens toys. We picked a pink unicorn i hope he or she loves it made me smile. Normally we donate a can of their food for the cats up for adoption its the only way i can feel like i helped a little. I just wanna take them all if i could. My dog came in yesterday for grooming, to get her haircut. We were told that she may be bald in some places because of matting, but it was not communicated to us that she would be shaved down EVERYWHERE. Even her face, where there was no matting at all, was shaved down. The matting was only around her legs, and yet they shaved her completely down with no communication with us whatsoever. This shows that there was very little respect for my dog and me, as an owner, in communicating with me about what her haircut would look like. My dog is a yorkie/shih-tsu mix but now you got her looking like a lab.EDIT!!! If I could give this place negative stars, I WOULD because LORI (the groomer) cut my dogs skin behind her ears. Where is the level of care? NONE. This is ridiculous.

Theyve always taken great care of my dog and were very kind when we had to let her go.

Do not buy a pet here. You’d think the name “Petsmart“ would indicate they take care of the pets they carry. This is not the case. 15 days after I purchased a bearded dragon at this Petsmart I brought her to a vet. She was extremely sick. According to the vet whoever sold this to me did not have the correct UVB light for the dragon or it was too old of a light to give off the proper UV rays, and she wasn’t given enough calcium in their care. She has metabolic bone disease because of this. I’ve spend well over $200 at the vet and counting. The store manager Holly is extremely disrespectful and doesn’t care at all. She shouldn’t have a job here. She clearly needs a job not in charge of a pet store and somewhere she doesn’t have to deal with customers or people in general. I’ve contacted corporate 6 times in the last few weeks. I’ve been told each time I would receive a call from a district manager within 24-48 hours. The last time I called I was told it would be expedited. It has now been over 48 hours. I’ve filed a complaint with the better business bureau and I have an attorney that will be litigating for full reimbursement of my sons bearded dragon, all medical bills, attorney fees, and my time and sons pain and suffering who has a mental health condition. It’s sick to think of how they treat and care for these poor creatures. Cruel! Fire Holly!UPDATE:After a long battle the poor beardie died of metabolic bone disease due to this cruel “pet” store. See the photo below store manager Holly. This is the poor creature you and your staff killed. I hope you’re disgusted with yourself.

They dont have every brand of this or that. basic variety of fish. nice people and they didnt seem to care about me openly carrying a gun while I shoped with my family.

Val was very helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions and even made sure we had what we needed on our new pups First night in his new home. The store was closing 10 before I got there and it too me an extra 15 min to grab everything and everyone was so patient and helpful. The really helped make Tikaanis first night comfortable. Went there to get our 2 dogs groomed, theyre a little spendy but did a good job.

Very polite and they had what I came for.

The customer service here is exceptional - floor and grooming both. The bath in the grooming service was not thorough. The dogs tail was not washed and had poop stains. The smell was pretty intense. Also, I paid for top dog and the cute bow/bandana was missed.

Dont use treats for online orders, you wont get them back if they cancel youre order. Ordered the night before, said my food was in stock. Not 5mins after they opened order was canceled and all 4000 rewards points were lost only to be told they cant be returned. Offered me a gift card for food they dont have... nice work. Maybe pay attention to your inventory so this kind of stuff doesnt happen, but I suppose that would make too much sense.

Shop at chewy.com. You will save time and money. PetSmart is unpredictable when it comes to keeping items in stock plus they are over priced.

Petsmart is a good store to shop with your pets and to purchase small animals and even some animal rescues. However, there prices can be a bit spendy on certain items. Found a xs dog collar for 15.00 and yet Walmart had more variety and better prices at less than half what petsmart was charging.. Baffles me a bit on how this is the case when they deal strictly in pet food/merch?? Better quality??. maybe..I understand for some its the high quality food brands but when it comes to a collar or toys they really are all made the same.. so its purely profit in my eyes.. customer service wasnt but a 3 out of 5 considering the gals working were rushed and the customer service vibe you got from the employees was not necessarily sincere but more of an annoyed your taking me away from more important work, vibe when asking for help or directions within the store.. The cashier was friendly at least but other two female floor associates could have been more friendly and less annoyed..

The store refused to do a nail trim unless I paid for a full grooming session at 7x the cost. The store was excessively warm, and there was 6 people ahead of me waiting to check out and they didnt open another register at any point in time. Would not recommend. Went to the other pet store across main street and was able to get my dogs nails trimmed no problem right away.

We took our cat ( Levi ) in to see the vet because his left paw was swollen twice the size of his right. Turns out, he had a fight with a hornet. They gave him benadryl and an antibiotic and he was fine the next day.

Shelves seemed a little bare in the aquarium dept.

Great store and most of the staff are friendly. One of my all time favorite people would be Cathrine. Older woman that is a firecracker. She sure is a spunky gal! If she is working its going to be 110% positive shopping experience for anyone who gets her as their checkout gal! I think she should be a store manager. If I was that GM I would do it!

They take great care of our Addy while at the vet and there grooming salon!

The cashier Val I’ve had on numerous occasions when it’s been extremely busy. Today she was the only cashier and the line was all the way back to the grooming area. She repeatedly asked for help from her coworkers who did nothing but continue to walk around the store aimlessly. I’m very disheartened at how they treated her when you could tell she was extremely stressed. Val gets a 5 star. But everybody else would get 0 if I could.

PetSmart offers you a multitude of services but never pressure you to make certain choices or guilt you for not making certain choices. I feel theyre very honest and dont try to force you into things like other clinics Ive taken my animals to. The staff is very friendly and always treat my fur babies amazing. Highly recommend!

We are taking beginning obedience lessons with our 5 month old puppy. Class has 3 other dogs. We are learning a lot and really like that they allow and encourage multiple people to join the pet. The idea is that the pet learns better when the people are consistent. The staff and customers are all pet lovers, so bringing a dog in is fun!

I stopped in to pick out a training collar for my lab. The young lady that helped me suggested a different brand than I had been looking at, based off her success using it. I have used products by same company so I agreed. She price matched it with Fleet Farm (like I had any idea FF had it on sale). I ended up paying about the same as the one I had looked at, got $140 collar for $70. This has been typical of the service I get here, thank you

Petsmart in Coon Rapids is really good. Took our husky for brushing and shampooing and the one in Maple Grove is the best for their pet hotel. Took our husky their once for 4 days when we left, we came back and she didnt even want to leave, she loved it there. Was in the activity center there for 8 hours a day and when we were picking her up she was barking crazy. Thank you guys, now our husky barks😃
