Love this store. Staff is always happy and up beat. Lots of choices, all our go to party items. We do miss having the elk river location but still make the drive. So many selections and always new ideas and things coming in.

Ordered balloons online and picked up in store. Simple and efficient. Bathroom was also super clean.

This is a nice place to get disposable party products. I just got a single use disposable garbage can. They have a nice selection of balloons. For those occasions when we need cheap disposable festive items, its convenient that a place like this exists.

Crazy fun stuff everywhere but fancy dress selection was at the rear of the store behind a weirdly located end wall. There are other weird things in there too and they ask you 4 times in 20 mins can I help you find what youre looking for. They should also mock up some party scenes too... like display a table setting with mannequins to give it that more surreal weirdness. Booyah!

Wow - I walked in the weekend before Halloween and was greeted right away and directed right to the witch costume area I was looking for. Was asked again by a different associate while I was browsing if there was anything I needed help with. The front end line moved as quick as possible and everyone was pleasant and welcoming!

I ordered unfilled balloons from another website for my childs birthday party. I went to Party City this evening to have them filled with helium, only to be told that there is a national helium shortage and the balloons could not be filled. And yet they can continue to fill their own balloons? I bought an overpriced balloon from them for $10. Customer service was snippy. Then I called a local grocery store who has a floral department and also sells balloons and I was told they could fill the balloons with no problem. I would think Party City, a company who sells party-related items like balloons, would have the helium necessary to fill said balloons. I do not plan to return to Party City for this inconvenience.

This was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had! We asked for help several times and were told “no”. Cashier didn’t want to be bothered. Didn’t give me the discount he offered. They were out of helium! I can see why they are closing these stores! The prices on line are cheaper so don’t waste your time here!

We purchased over $300 in party supplies 2 weeks ago for our daughters birthday. We came to have our balloons filled today and we were treated horrible by Matt. We had balloon weights to put the balloons on. Matt didnt ask how we wanted the balloons and tied the all together and walked away. I untied them and began separating them putting them on the weights. Heather asked if I wanted her to do it. She started out nice but then when I asked her to put a bag over them she said it would be $1 each. She then proceeded to get really snippy with me. She finished putting the balloons on the weight quickly and didnt even curl the ribbon. Ive never been treated so poorly as a paying customer who spent over $20 to fill balloons. My daughter also felt terrible with the way she was treated on her special day.

Best place to go for costumes. Huge menu boards that you pick a costume from, then you tell the clerk what you would like and they grab it for you. They could improve the fitting rooms with the volume of customers they get.

Out of helium????? You sell balloons who is out of helium? Thats crazy. You could let people know right away instead of make them wait in line to tell them. Just awful. Lost my business for ever. Also, rude staff. Please train your staff on customer service.

I wanted to write a review because Im seeing so many people say theyre closed or replaced by five below. Im not sure if these people are just writing reviews out of their butt or what, but this location has never closed and five below took over a different store a few stores down from party City. I dont go to party City often, usually once or twice a year for my daughters birthday and Halloween. But Ive never had an issue with this store. They always have what I need when I cant find it elsewhere. If youre on a tight budget, I suggest shopping for things like table cloths, napkins, plates, etc. At the dollar store and save the money to get the specialty items like balloons or specific decorations from Party City. Thats what I always do, and it works out well. I always get our balloons ahead of time and they have it all ready for me when I get there. I love having party City nearby for this.

Would not sell balloons to a foundation for a child dying with brain cancer. Shame. Shame. Shame. I would not recommend this place.

Overpriced. Feel at their mercy as far as pricing goes. Not many other stores in the area that carry these items. My suggestion would be, less inventory and more choices.

What a joke! We ordered products online and the color was not right. We called ahead to see if we could exchange in the store and they would honor the online price. They clerk ch card with a manager and I was told absolutely! I explained I would be in the following day. I came in to exchange and the manager Sam said she was puke not honor and then proceeded to sing while I returned our products. Soooo unprofessional!
