Used to be a great clinic but now the receptionists keep messing up scheduling, it has happened on many occasions. I scheduled an appointment for my dad and then got a call that it was scheduled with the a doctor who wasn’t in office and I had to reschedule. So I called and rescheduled and when he went in they said no appointment was set. After half an hour they finally figured out they scheduled his appointment under the wrong person and now he has to wait for a doctor to be available. Terrible customer service, my mom’s appointments have also been messed up several times, we never have had a problem for years until recently. The doctors and nurses themselves are great to work with but it’s hard to get time off and I don’t know if it’s worth risking not having an appointment scheduled correctly at this clinic.

Dr. E IS AMAZING. Hes been my sons pediatrician since he was born. Very understanding and knowledgeable.

Im not sure why this only has 2 stars but I have only had an awesome experience at Allina Health delivering all of my kids. Dr..Dummermuth and all the nursing staff has only been awesome and made me feel comfortable. During my first delivery the nurse actually delivered the baby as she came too fast and beat the Dr. To the room. The anesthesiologists and delivery nurses made all my 3 deliveries there actually a wonderful experience. The only negative experiences had to do with not being able to sleep and not having access to allergy sensitive food after delivery.

Worst experiences in the urgent care. My son got hurt, needed immediate care. Looked online without looking at reviews (my mistake may be) came to this place hope that urgent care will be helpful. It was worst, long long wait times, unprofessional nurse and doctor. Not worth coming here, go somewhere else and save yourself and family from a whole lot of trouble.

Went here a year for a shoulder issue from work. Barely healed and the doctor took away my restrictions. Then later said that I damaged shoulder when I told him it was hurting again, so then work comp said they would t cover it anymore. Tried to reach out to the doctor to get things cleared up 3 times after and never heard back. So now they costed me my work comp and I have to cover anything to get it fixed. Also had to wait an hour or so in the waiting room for scheduled appointment a few times. Go to healthpartners.

A great clinic with Good doctors. Their COVID vaccine scheduling a big mess.Made me feel like we live in a 3rd world country for this simple procedure. Sad and ridiculous.

I scheduled a Routine Eye exam - insurance allowed - no copay - but Allina chose to code it as medical- charged for this!!! Should never have happened - they refuse to change it.!!! Part of it went towards my deductible and I ended up.paying 90+

Went to get the drive-thru Covid-19 test a couple days ago. Made an appt. that morning and was in and out with no trouble by noon. Super easy process and kind, hardworking individuals working the phones and swabs. Very impressed and greatly appreciated! Thank you!

They have the worst phone response I waited on hold for 35 min then hung up and tried again for another 37 min again no answer and this was during business hours.

Remember the privacy act, well you can forget it if your on Medicaid, not only will the doctors assume things ,they erase things add things exchange things, well there are laws, yeah right whos gonna believe you your basically a fugitive in their eyes ,they dont give a hoot about you . My best advice switch to a health partners and /or anything else but dont get trapped into the allina conspiracy. Its the truth and I can prove it.

Very bad at urgent care I took my wife at urgent care while she has broken arm and feeling painful. They said we don’t have room for you . The front ladies and nurses named Jennifer they didn’t deal with us as human I had never seen such people

Worst experience at so many level, from enrolling my kid to getting doctor to see him. Huge wait time at the level that urgent care does not make sense. Nurse with rude tone and slams the door.

Dr. Yauch and his nurse are professional, knowledgeable and non judgemental. I appreciate the open and honest conversations we have including telling me my options so that I am part of the decision process.

Very prompt when it comes to results of the covid 19 test and results. And they are always on time calling their, patients. Im not happy with my doctor she disagrees with almost everything me as her patient discuss with her at all other than that shes alright Also the Allinia organization should hire more staff of diversity, and people of color really need to hire more people of color - All across the board.

My family and I have been coming to this clinic for years. All doctors and staff are nice. Theres always a doctor available if we make last minute appointments. Im unsure why there are some negative reviews.

Awful people who only care about milking every single penny out of my bank account. I’ve never received good quality of care here. Find a Health Partners or a Fairview clinic instead and maybe they’ll care about the patients rather than the pennies the patient pulled out of the couch to afford their terrible care.

What was a short doctors visit turned out to be an expensive visit. It was just a short visit with the doctor and given some recommendations. Never going back and will steer friends and family away.

Don’t even bother with the UC. Developed a rash on my stomach, couldn’t get into the regular clinic so the lady on the phone said UC shouldn’t be long of a wait. I waited more than 3 hours just to be seen, ridiculous is an understatement, go somewhere else

After many symptoms in 2019, my primary care doctor wanted a referral to a Specialist. This clinic is 225 miles away, but it was the only place I could get in. LOTS of openings! The doctor criticized my PCP for testing me, she asked questions with yes/no answers, and sharply criticized me when I tried to explain. She asked no questions about how Im doing with my pain and stiffness. She put a problem on my list of current problems that she said I didnt have, yet didnt list one we discussed. She sent no letter to my PCP, nor put any personal notes in my chart.

My family has been seeing Dr. Hendricks for years and we absolutely love her and we’ve never had an issue. Seeing anyone else has been a problem however. We have had SO many bad experiences (too many to count) and it hasn’t stopped. Years ago a patient screamed anti semitic comments to myself and my 1 year old son. The staff did nothing. We tried to have it handled and literally nothing was done. Allina did not handle the situation at all.Currently we have been dealing with the mental health department. The customer service is absolutely deplorable and the clinic should be embarrassed. I tried scheduling for myself and the person that helped me was absolutely mean. She laughed at me over the phone and wasn’t helpful at all. She basically told me I had to call back everyday to try and get an appointment. She also said that was I was being seen for wasnt “normal”. I ended up going elsewhere. I am now scheduling mental health for my child (clearly a mistake). We canceled an appointment prior to the 24 hour window but we are being charged a fee. We now had an appointment this morning (over a month since the last) and someone called 2 hours prior and canceled. Now we are being told we won’t be able to be seen for 45 days. This is absolutely ridiculous. This clinic is being run app poorly. These are just a few of the issues that we’ve had. Trying to get help is just a run around of transfers and voicemails with promises of someone calling back, but that doesn’t even happen. This is ridiculous.

Though the physicians I have seen here have been helpful, the receptionists in general are just awful. I visited a few months ago and gave them a physical new insurance card to update my file. When I visited again yesterday during an emergency, they still had my old insurance company on file and REFUSED to hear about my new insurance information, even though I had a mobile insurance card with all possible details from the new company. They insist on sending my bill to a company I know doesnt cover me any more, even though I gave them all the new information. And of course they did this in the rudest, most passive aggressive way possible. I would give them 0 stars except the doctors I saw were actually helpful.

My daughters have been seeing dr. Meyer since they were born. We absolutely love her and have never had a bad experience in the pediatric department! Anyone looking for a primary doctor for their kids dr. Meyer is great! My girls cry when they have to see someone else!

This entire clinic is a joke. The receptionists are more worried about having conversations with each other than actually doing their job. The communication with patients is horrible, and the doctors are clearly not in the business of helping but instead just want your money. I actually called and talked to a clinic manager to address multiple issues and she (her name is peg) was arguing with me and was extremely rude instead of trying to address the problem and make some changes with her staff. Now I have to take even more time to try to contact someone higher up than she is.

Ive been going to the Springbrook Dr. Allina for many years. There are a handful of great P.A.s and Nurse Practitioners that I trust fully. They listen when you speak. So, Speak up. You know your own body better than anyone!

I have been coming to this clinic for over 30 years. I have now had 2 experiences with 2 different doctors who only seem to care about making a buck rather than the care of their patient.

I use to love this urgent care but I will not be back. We checked in a head of time and was told a 16 min wait. While I was not expecting that fast of care, I was however was upset when it was more of a 3 hr wait. I’m diabetic and had not eaten so I had low blood sugar. When asked if it was ok to step out and get food from vending machine I got the same answer to everything else I asked. I was told “ummm I don’t know” to multiple questions from the man at the front desk. The doctor was nice and helpful. They tested me for something contagious and treated me as if I had it. I asked about testing others in my family and they said no and to wait until my results came in. If I have it then they would treat them. I thought all was good and I’d miss a few days of work. I just found out that my swab was left sitting out on the counter and was no longer any good. So I’m left not knowing and need to have my family tested and wait for my families test rests come back. Because of this my kids are missing out on all kinds of stuff as we now wait for 3 more days for results to come in. This test was a very unpleasant nose swab, it was horrible for me, all you parents can imagine how well it will go over with my child that has SPD, which could of been avoided if someone would of just done their job.

I always had an amazing experience with my primary Dr. Morozova she really cares about her patients and their needs ❤️👍

Ive been going to this clinic since i was a kid and now my kids go here! Ive always liked pretty much every doctor ive met. We have Ella Hamilton as our primary doctor for our daughter and she is very good at what she does! Caring, compassionate, understanding and listens to everything you talk about! She gives great advice and diagnosis accurately! I would reccomend her to anyone. :)

Extremely courteous... intake went smoothly and we were in to the doctor within 15 minutes. My doctor was amazing, i had bronchitis and she explained what exactly was going on. I was there on a Saturday afternoon.

If nothing is wrong with anybody, why even have Doctors? Might as well be a minute clinic. Earlier this year I went in with the flu. Was sent home without as much as an Xray. A few days later I was in the ER. Where real doctors did their job. Found some growths in my lungs. Came in today because I cant turn my head. Cant drive, cant sleep. Asked for note for my employer. Gave me a return to work note. The opposite of what I needed. Dont go here. Your life may depend on it

Front desk is very nice however I was sent all over the building just to make a referral appointment luckily some lady was kind enough to help me without sending me to another floor again. I felt like I was rushed by the doctor she talked very quickly spent maybe a total of 5 minutes in the room with me (and Im a new patient) and then left in a hurry.

The follow through with this clinic is extremely poor. Orders for special medical supplies, home health care are not followed through with and we are given wrong information constantly.Ive been waiting for home health to contact us since 6/26/19. Still no calls, called the clinic again after waiting 2 more weeks and was told there is no ordered at all.When medications are sent to the pharmacy, they forget to send them out and then when they do, they dont forward the complete list of medications.I have to keep repeating every step over and over to get these things completed properly. They should be completing their jobs/tasks correctly the first time. Especially when they are helping the elderly.

Welcome to Allina Health - where your health doesn’t matter. But that’s okay. Because we don’t care about our employees either. Ridiculous corporate nightmare. I’m sorry. But medicine is an individualized approach. When a company treats the patient this bad (healthcare entity) - they also aren’t taking care of their employees. The Mission Statment alone is full of vague, unsupported, and misleading information.

Originally rated my experiences here as a 1 star but after my experience here with one of my children yesterday and my experience at a different clinic today for another of my kids, CMC isnt the worst. Yesterday I brought in my youngest child and just after check-in the clinic computer system crashed creating semi- mayhem behind the counter. Once the staff was able to formulate a workable solution, people started to be seen. Did it take awhile, yes, but not exorbitant. Once in a room the nurse was efficient and when she walked out, the doctor walked in. Examine was thorough and we were out the door. So we had a written prescription, oh well, that is old school and frankly I think it was faster. Congrats Allina for the service yesterday and congrats for the star bump on my review.

Disgusting place. I just tried to help a friend make a mental health appointment and they would not let me make the appointment because my friend does not have a phone number and he does not know what the old phone number would have been on file. I am really disappointed at how easily people give up on patients that need help. You people make me sick.

Walked in with a laceration above my eye, sat for an hour. Thats not urgent. When I did finally get to see the doctor, it was very nice, quick, and a nice job on the sutures. Seriously, if the staff is nice and quick, and the waiting time is over an hour... HIRE MORE STAFF. This seems to be a very straightforward resolution to the problem.

This clinic is a joke. 4 times they have cancelled specialty appointments the day before we were set to be seen. The next opening after they cancel yours is an additionall 6+ months out. Absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service, knowledge, and planning conducted by Allina Health at this clinic. Strongly recommend finding another provider to dave yourself the hassle, headache, and additional time taken off work.

Found out Im type 2 diabetic. My blood glucose was at I believe a 336 when dr freeburg tested it this past Monday. She wasnt even willing to try just the medication to go along with a diet change to see if we could get it under control. She wanted to put me on insulin right away which I told her would cost me my job so I just refused and walked out to seek a 2nd opinion. It is now Saturday and I picked up the metformin she sent over to my pharmacy yesterday (Friday) and granted its still not good yet (only been one day though) my blood glucose reading is now already down to a 224 after again, just one day of taking metformin. I will never come back nor recommend this place to anyone. She said it was negligent to not put me on insulin. No, it was negligent to want to put me on insulin and cost me my job and make it so I couldnt even afford the meds and insulin anyway (plus currently no insurance) without even trying other options first when I even told them how so many others in my family have type 2 and had extremely high readings and none have ever needed insulin. Also, $275 just for a simple office visit to go over the test results. Then they wanted to draw more blood to test cholesterol which they shouldve just done when they did the a1c so they can take you for more money just so they can have you come back again to talk about the results of that to take you for even more money again. This place is a joke and a rip-off.

Ive been going here my whole life and they refuse to tell me anything helpful Ive had a headache every day since I was 12 no medicine helps me years of trying different once this clinic sent me to physical therapy neurology mental therapy tried all kinds of medicine and this year doctors have decide to tell me its all in my head if I didnt wake up in the morning thinking i was gonna have a headache then I wouldnt I started having seizures and they told me its not a big deal 90% of people will have a seizure in there life time ok but but its not just a seizure its many what do I do about it I cant drive what are my options they diagnosed me with severe constipation ok thats whats happening but why . Ive been working on a lupus diagnosis with a doctor for a year called to tell her i have my final marker for a diagnosis and she cant remember me. There doctors blow me off on everything if I get a product that dont work at Walmart I return it. It cost a lot of money to just be told theres nothing wrong when there is aswell as making me feel crazy like maybe there is nothing wrong with me maybe I am just making it all up then and then I dont go to the doctors when I really need it because I already assume nothings gonna be done for me

As always urgent care sucks.. been here an hour not one person has been called back. The lady at the front desk os not being truthful about how many people are waiting. Told the people who just checked in 4 and its really 6. Seriously considering a new clinic.

This was not a recent visit (about 2 years ago) but I stumbled across this listing since Im currently on the lookout for a new primary clinic, so why not leave a delayed review?I once went in for a condition that Id prefer not to list here, and the first MD I saw confirmed I had the condition. He then said to reschedule for the actual operation/treatment and there were no problems. I did as he said and I was assigned to another MD on my next visit, and this new MD checked my condition and said that I did not have it. I told him, Uh, no its definitely there. Its only been about a week since my last visit and I can still feel it. He wouldnt proceed with the treatment because he apparently saw nothing (I later checked and it was indeed still there). I still have the condition to this day because its hard for me to shake off the belief that doctors really dont care about my well-being, and why pay money to someone like that? They can cure my mother of Hepatitis-C but not my rashes?Unfortunately, Im now forced to look for a decent surgeon who can stuff my intestines back behind my abdominal wall less I die, so well see if they can take care of my other issue too, along with my perceived-permanent rashes on both my arms (watch, theyre gonna prescribe cortisone cream for the 4th time already) and my left knee from accidentally bending it too far the opposite way.

I went in to a primary care doctor Ive seen multiple times over several years due to an issue that has been occurring for over 6 months. I was referred for additional testing. I was told by a technician at the time of testing that it was negative and results would be forwarded to my doctor, but I never received any communication or follow up from the doctor. The issue persists so I would expect further instructions for next steps in diagnosing whats happening, but all Ive received is a $191 bill for my 10 minute visit. I feel like the care at Allina Coon Rapids has declined. Years ago I felt like my doctor cared and listened. Now I feel like I was shoved through a factory pushing people in and out in order to get more billing faster. I will not be returning.

I had been going to this clinic for 16 years. All of the sudden they cancelled me as a patient because of a hospital bill from 2012 that should have been covered by insurance. No notification at all and I have several health issues. Also service has gone down hill these past couple of years.

Went in for a routine visit for a small injury I incurred during work. Turned out to be a fracture, and the doctor referred me to x-ray. Then reinspected after x-ray and referred me to a specialist (insurance listed seeing a specialist as a copay) and same thing. Each physical examination took five minutes or less. Gave me a wrist brace similar to ones you can find at Walgreens /etc. for about $20. Next thing I know, its submitted as in house surgery because any treatment of a bone fracture, invasive or not, is considered surgery. Then Im being told its labelled as seeing a specialist. What should be maybe a $600 bill (x-rays and office visits, standard $100 or so each on average) turns out to be $1,600. There was never anything indicative that insurance wouldnt cover it, and being listed as surgery put the deductable way higher. In all honesty, feels like a scam,and feels like two doctors working together to take advantage of people. They dont follow up when I inquire, and are doing what they can to force a bill which they already transferred to a collections agency despite me paying for it. I hope this has a stop put to it, and frankly this hospital not existing would be more beneficial to everyone if this is how they treat patients. Not sure if Ill ever go back, and certainly wont use the same doctor ever.

We stay clear from this clinic, and the majority of Allina clinics now due to the worsening of care or lack of care (is more accurate). Theres a reason all rheumatologists walked out on this clinic one day (yes, up and quit). Id advise you to look elsewhere for care. I saw their ENT a while back and even though one side of my nose was visibly swollen shut, he documented he saw no problem, then proceeded to refer me to the U of MN because he didnt see anything wrong (my primary doctor, who works elsewhere, was able to see the problem).

Ive been going here for the last year and havent had no problems. All the doctors have been kind and compassionate.

I went in with groin pain (been getting worse since march) thinking possible hernia. After the Dr thoroughly played with my balls, he tells me he sees no obvious signs of a hernia. Ok. What is it then? He says muscle strain. Since march? I started losing my patience as im in pain and not getting any answers and then he gave me the look. The look a Dr gives a patient when they think youre just trying to get pills. I walked out on him and wont return to this clinic. Ever.

Took my 5 month old in for a cold and the Dr was so rude and said he was fine. I felt stupid! Days later my 3 year old daughter caught a cold so i called in at work and took her in. Had the same Dr and he was just as rude and said she was fine. The next day she had a temp of 102 and was puking and not eating or drinking anything. This place is a joke! Took my kid to Mercy and found out she had pneumonia.

Schuneman is a decent PA. Schedulers couldnt run their computers on my first visit. Then I called & set up an appointment myself. That appointment was scheduled with a SOCIAL WORKER, versus the referral we were given. They refused to refund our co-pays or were the least bit apologetic for their errors. Weve obviously ran QUICKLY from this clinic & this network & are just writing off our losses. We feel invalidated & unimportant to everyone at this clinic. Go somewhere else.

This clinic has a lot of problems. I schedule an appointment for an MD without any complications. However, a week later I was told the appointment was cancelled because I needed a referral from my MD. And also that MD had to be located in a certain metropolitan area. Someone from clinic left message to call but did not leave the phone number - just call our main office. What a bunch of incompetents. They must have very poor training or supervision. I will not be going there ever.

Coon RapidsBrought my daughter in to visit with Dr. Johns about her allergies and her current treatment of receiving shots for this, which she has been doing for a year and a half and they work for her. Was told he doesnt see a need to continue the shots without understanding how bad her allergies are and then suggested nasal spray(which weve tried and did not work) and also pushed his beliefs about how the shotsdont help anyway. So disgusted with this we will be going elsewhere where they actually listen to their patients.

My wife and i had our daughter at this location back in January and received two bills one for my wifes delivery and one for my daughter ( now I can argue the ethics of this matter but this is not really the point). For my daughter her initial bill was $2,700 but we received a bill for only $1,500 because at that time she did not have insurance. So I pay the money to have my daughter add onto the insurance to have that balance taken care of. I then later received a bill that we were required to pay the hospital $2,000 because that was the allowed amount by insurance. Now ive called the hospital on numerous occasions to a simply accept the initial bill of the $1,500 and close the matter. They have refused to give me a $500 discount considering that they received a little over $10,000 for my wifes delivery from insurance. I am protesting this unethical and immoral behavior of this unjustified billing procedure that this Hospital conducts.

Went in for a knee injury, the specialist told me to get used to it. Couple years later, went in for severe abdomen pain, they said I was constipated (definitely not the issue) turned out I needed my appendix removed. Few years after that, I went in for bad neck and shoulder pain, the doc accused me if just trying to get narcotics, even though I only go to the doctor when something serious is going on (like once every 2-3 years. I think a pill popper would be in a bit more often... ) That was in 2016, now my nerve pain in my neck has returned and I have 0 faith going there. But if I go somewhere else, then its going to look like I am trying to get narcotics. So here I lie on my couch miserable.

Double billed me for a wellness visit and wouldnt explain why. Billing rep simply told me Im required to pay. This violates clear HIPPA requirements for fair and clear billing.

I went in for an occupational dot physical, the nurse and Dr were both as personable as a rock. The waiting time to begin the apt, was over 30 mins and in total was in the faculty for over an hour.

An awful place to get help with your health issue and health care. Mistreatment

Brought my son to urgent care for a Severe headache this week (as clinic had no openings), no history of headaches, persistent for 3 full days.....dr had no idea what to do, did a strep test, told us it was negative and sent home. WHAT?? No other work up, when I asked I was told they couldnt really do anything for him at urgent care but to go to ER if he wanted more workup or anything for his headache pain. This is ridiculous! Of course we were in the ER the next day...still no workup of what was wrong, given some pain meds which at that point finally gave him some relief for awhile and sent home. As soon as that wore off, headache came right back. Mind you this has been 5 solid days of headaches, couldnt work or hardly get out of bed. Went to clinic today, and finally someone took the time to actually figure out what was wrong--sinus infection and bilateral ear infections. Prescription for antibiotics and actually treated like a person rather than just a symptom! Extremely disappointed, especially since I work for Allina and have always taken pride in that. Needs work!!

Been going there for months with no help one doctor told me nothing we can do so dont come back I would get more help on a remote island

Fairly fast setvice, but none of the doctors seem to care a whole lot. I went in and saw a primary physician for mental health issues, she didnt do much but I figured I cant be too max since it isnt really her specialty. Went in with my boyfriend for a work related injury. He could barely walk and was in an extreme amount of pain, but the doctor didnt ask him about it, just said his exam and x-rays were good and told him to return to work. My boyfriend went back in a couple days later because the pain worsened, but the doctor essentially turned him away saying everything looked fine so he was fine to work, without asking him how he was feeling or anything. Im definitely looking elsewhere for my primary doctor, no one here seems to want to put any effort into anything.Edit: I just went in today because Ive been experiencing severe pain in my mouth/throat, and havent been able to eat properly in 3 days and woke up crying every morning because of how bad it all hurt, but once again, the doctor didnt seem to care. She rushed through my appointment, she tested me for strep, and when that came up negative, she told me I had to wait until tomorrow to get the culture results. She completely disregarded all of my concerns and instead told me to take ibuprofen and cough drops, which I had already been doing and experiencing worsening pain each day. Seriously, where do they find these doctors and why do none of them care about people whatsoever??

The service was very prompt considering it being new years eve, and Dr. Paul Ericsson had us fixed up in a jiffy. His bedside manor was fantastic, very professional and informative!

Worst customer service ever! Hurry up and wait and watch as they see a lot of other patients who came way after you get seen first!!!! Wow! I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to ever visit this clinic, urgent or not!!!

Ive worked at this location for over a year now and havent gotten sick once, but when I finally DID get sick the Urgent Care staff were happy to help out, had to wait a while but on the weekends its busier, same with monday and tuesday. I waited, the staff had me called back in no time, and wonderful Doctor Irons checked me out to make sure it wasnt anything too nasty. Because of that I learned im prone to stomach viruses and have been unnaturaly healthy for being a smoker that doesnt really get out much. I will always come to this location because I know the staff do their best despite being overworked.

My name is Ken Swanson and I had an appointment at 1:00 today for neck pain. I was seen at 12:57. Dr.Abdula listen to my problem, sent me to xray and fixed my neck in one hour. Well Im one the mend anyway. Everyone there was super nice and got me out as soon as possible. God I hate the doctors office ;)

Terrible. Phone system doesnt work, not timely whats so ever with, billing holds times are atrocious. Moving my business to new clinic, absolutely tired of this amateur hour experience

Horrible urgent care ever, I waited a hour to check in and waited more than two hours to be call back to see the physician. This was my first time at Allina Urgent care in Coon Rapid, I would not recommend this urgent care!

Ive been going to this clinic for many years and there is a huge reason why the reviews are so horrible for coon rapids medical clinic. The so called doctors and staff are a complete joke! They dont listen nor do they care at all!! Stay away- PLEASE!!!!!!

Theres nothing urgent about a 4 hour wait, urgent care. Get some Saturday staff please so I dont have to wait with all of these other sick weirdos. It was total creepyville.

Horrible customer (patient) service. Wait times in urgent care of over two hours when web site said wait time was 30 minutes. Pick another clinic!!

Urgent care has no communication between staff when I got there it was 2 people ahead of me they called every one who was standing in line not the ones who signed in like they where told so ended up with a 2hour wait instead of a 30 minute

These doctors and the staff are AMAZING.

The clinicc was very busy, but the service was quick!

The urgent care is NOT so urgent. With only two patients in front of us, it took almost 45 min to be seen.

Never a bad experience.

The staff are rude at one point one of the staff members made irritable sounds as if I was annoying her .. or as if I was being an inconvenience to her.

Stay away from this place they dont listen to their patients!
