Some people might not like this Lifetime because its small and doesnt every single amenity known to man, but I do. For a bronze club, its pretty nice. It has everything I need and the staff is very friendly and helpful too.

This is a gem of a club. Aqua class is fantastic. Locker rooms recently got a refresh & are kept in excellent condition.

Ive had membership at higher level life times in the past but this one is right down the street. For being just a lower level club it is top notch. Its always clean. Wide variety of equipment. Group fitness instructors are amazing. And the child care staff is great. Dropping your infant off with non family members for the first time is a little nerve racking but they made it easy.

Very big building and very new/nice. They have everything you would want to workout or just play some basketball. They have leagues too!

Terrible management and professionalism. Yesterday I went to this lifetime location with my family who has a membership here. During my visit I was absolutely disgusted with how I was treated by a “manager” of this facility. I was struggling with my asthma and needed to pull my mask down for a moment so I could catch my breath (not anywhere near any person) while this was happening. The manager screamed at me stated “what is my f’ng problem” for not wearing my mask fully over my nose. I didn’t even have time to respond to the fact that I was physically struggling to breathe and needed to get my inhaler form my bag. The manager was in my face and aggressively telling me how their company would get fined if everyone does not wear a mask. I understand that this is important and their policy however I was in a situation where I literally needed my inhaler and could not focus on the incredibly unprofessional behavior of your staff. All I could do is state I understood and left the facility. I will never come back to this gym and will never refer anyone to this location.

Very pleased with how Lifetime has adapted to the events of the past year. The staff are extremely attentive, welcoming and doing everything to ensure that the facility stays open. The equipment is well maintained and so glad the pool is open again. I do wish the hours were a bit longer just because with my personal schedule I need the really early or really late hours (before 5AM and after 10PM)

Ive been a member since 1999, I think its a great place to work out. Also love the pools, hot tubs and saunas.

I gave lifetime just a 3 star rating .what I liked the most was their steam room ,its amazing, their spacious and well ordered rooms. The way the inside is designed going from when you walk through the doors a health bar on the left, staff and check in for members as well as visitors in the center and a beauty salon on the right . If you have children they do offer childcare(also to the left) which seems from my overview and a walk through very large ,fun, and structured daycare and seemed organized for age appropriarity. If you go to the right, passing by the beauty salon , the long hallway leads to different types of rooms, you will see offices, massage rooms and the men and womens separate locker rooms. They have an option for tanning, 5$, and hairdryers, personal changing stations, showers and such. The thing I least liked about this place is how dirty the hot tub was during my membership and I finally refrained from stepping into it at all, and their really didnt seem to be enough staff available, also I like depth in a pool , however this pool seems like it was made basically for swimming training and other purposes.

Best layout of Any Lifetime Ive been to and the staff is outstanding!! They work hard yet have time to learn our names and greet us with genuine kindness. Any other gyms do not compare.

I have been a member consistently for the past 12 years and discontinued my membership this month.Here are my reasons.1) Politics, yes, politics. Before, during, and after every election there are continuous agreements about politics. This occurs in the male locker rooms. It sometimes turns into scuffles which are broken up by other members.2) Employees attitudes. I have witnessed many occurances for which an employee will use demeaning under tones or rhetoric towards members. Specifically the Fridley location. It is also continuous and the rudness is usually revolved around sales. If youre spending money on their ancillary services, you will be treated well, if not, dont waste their time.Besides these 2 reasons I can name a lot or reasons that attract me to this gym. Maybe after covid Ill rejoin.

Aquatic center doesnt match website photos. Its decent though.

Pool area hasn’t been cleaned for about 2 weeks ! Old bandage at the 4 foot mark has been there for about 2 weeks ! People not showering before entering the pool or whirlpool! Too many employees at the desk area not social distancing! And at the laundry desk also !

My 1st time back since covid. They have it all under control. Good job distancing and keeping it clean. I had a great work out.

I love my gym, Ive been an on again off again member since 2009 and always seemed to gravitate back to Lifetime. It is a bit pricey but if you consistently go you can make your money worth it. The class instructors and the staff there are awesome. I adore the classes and go in for at-least 5 or 6 a week. The showers are kind of dirty sometimes but I get its cause people are constantly using them. It is a great place to join.

My favorite place. Quality machines and free weights / great classes and staff / easy to navigate / nice amenities (steam, pool, hot tub, childcare area).

Perhaps some of the worst customer service I have encountered. Unprofessional and rude staff. Inept training staff. Ridiculously poor value for cost

A really nice gym with updated equipment and they are currently redoing their whir pool / hot tub area. What I like most about this LifeTime fitness location is that it is open 24 hours. Because my schedule is erratic, being open 24 hours gives me the flexibility I need to work exercise into my schedule. The facility and locker rooms are clean and well maintained.

If you want to get involved within the classes, trainers, or anything that your looking for in particular. The staff will help you out. One of the trainers that I had honestly went above and beyond, super helpful.

The lifetime cafe was a huge disappointment. The staff is not friendly at all. I ordered a to go meal and didn’t realize that bacon was underneath the food. I’m allergic to bacon and the store manager wouldn’t let me swap for another to go meal. I’m a regular at the cafe and they didn’t want to swap it out for me this one time. They ended up throwing away the food. Won’t be going back to the cafe.

Member since 2016. Management changes have made a big rating change for me. Thank you for keeping the pools and jacuzzi’s cleaner. Because of your improvement I do recommend this location to my friends and family.

Amazing pool! Always clean. I might be looking in the wrong places, but it is difficult to tell when the lap pool will be used for programming or not before walking in and seeing the sign.Best money I ever spent for a gym membership.

Awesome free weight area and amenities.

The gym is nice. Since Im under 24, I get it for $40/mo and if I go 12 times a month, my insurance will pay for $20 of it. However, the massage therapist will offer deals and then NOT honor them! I ended up canceling on her after she gave me an attitude and argued that the deal was already over, despite there being signs for it still out and the coupon in my hand, with NO expiration date. AVOID her at ALL costs. The gym and trainers are nice, though!

Its really sad when you call and you are trying to get information about your membership and you keep getting put on hold and nobody wants to talk to you. Im going to go somewhere else cuz I dont need this type of disrespect.

Walked into the facility because my family member who was sent in an email about a guest pass and he was honestly bragging about how great these clubs were. Compared to my La Fitness membership. Met a lady named Deb was told cant get a guest pass theyre 24 hrs club actually stops giving out guest passes at 9pm. Regardless asked them to make an exception since we Drive 23 minutes to get there. Will not be returning or Signing up Lifetime. If anything my brother and his wife and sister are canceling there accounts as of dec 2018. Rude and inconsiderate. Happy with my La Fitness membership. Amazing prices and they treat you like a customer that is appreciated

If you sign up be expecting to give up your soul to cancel... I tried canceling cause I moved and they said I had to come in personally to cancel, I could not do that so I blocked them from my card and they called my credit card company to unlock it and then charged me without evan sending an email. They only care about money.

Well, its a nice gym. Very nice. All the bells and whistles that nobody needs but everybody wants. But 40 bucks for a DAY. Wow. If you want to feel fancy more than improve this place is for you.

Gym is great and the people are very friendly, staff and guests. The people complaining about canceling are crazy, they clearly did not read their agreement it is very clear on the policy. Bad reviews for stupidity.

Be VERY careful about signing their contract.To cancel they tell you you have to go in person. I explained that was difficult at best. No option was explained to me.Finally went and cancelled. I still got charged for another month. Its in the contract you signed I was smugly told.Legal, yes; Ethical, Hell NOI will find every avenue possible to complain about this ripoff place.

Always clean. Friendly staff and trainers. Well maintained equipment, although they could use a few more items they have a good variety. The pool is sometimes over chlorinated and will leave you red burning and itchy😢

I have been on the hold membership for 3 years paying over $385 in that period. When I try canceling they say they need it in writing making it more difficult to cancel, Life Happens. My credit card changed and these guys cant wave that one fee that was declined of $10.71 upon my call to cancel??????. Are you Kidding ME!!! I was a member for a full member before that for a few years and I Know they track all that!!!! Lifetime fitness did nothing for that money when I was on hold and I was NOT asking for all of it back, just the declined amout of 10.71 And I would have felt it was a win-win situation. I understand you need to make money, but not to make a small concession of $10.71 is absolutely a sign of your corporation being just about the money and not about people.

Would definitely recommend Rico for a Personal trainer. He is easy to work with and is understandable with where you are coming from and where you want to go.

Been a member of several clubs over the last thirty years. Never experienced a club like Life Time. Sure, its a spendier membership. However, if you enjoy the sauna, steamroom, whirlpools, pools, towels, etc..... its quite a bargain. Facilities are always sparkling clean and well organized. Very large facility with the latest cardio and weight machines. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Even have a restaurant and spa! By far the best gym Ive been a member of.

They have employees that go around cleaning machines and equipment which makes me feel a lot better about the people that dont clean up after themselves. The staff is nice and there is a lot of equipment. My only complaint is that there is not a water bottle refil machine. Water fountains are disgusting and the pop machines with bottled water in the gym is ALWAYS sold out. I think if the middle schools and high schools can afford water refil machines life time should definitely be able too!!

Clean facilities, friendly staff, great group fitness classes. Love the steam room and the pool area. Lifecafe has great food and friendly service. Trainers are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I moved out of the area so I wanted to cancel. First I was told my only option was to come into the store. After calling the corporate office I was then told I could also send in a certified letter.They make you create an online account but you cant use it to cancel your service. This all seems like they are making it as difficult as possible to cancel an account so they can get more money out of you.If I ever move back into the area there is no chance I would sign back up with lifetime.

Be careful. I was not informed of their 30 day cancellation policy until AFTER I SIGNED TO CANCEL. Heres what happens: you pay, then you get the benefits of the club. If you cancel at the end of the month, before you are billed for the next month, they will tell you (after you sign) that you will be billed for a full month before your membership ends. Im a full time chemistry student and a full time Healthcare worker. I do not have the time or money for that kind of BS. I wanted to cancel before the start of my new semester. I did, yet they will bill me until well into the new semester. So basically, they get my money, and I dont get the benefits because I do not have the time to use them.Do not sign up here. Go to somewhere that actually cares for your wellbeing.

Never try and cancel your membership. It took months to finally get them to stop charging us. We moved and literally had to drive back to the location to cancel everything. For a place that claims no contract, they make it nearly impossible to end a memebership.

Eh, they could do a lot better there. Classes are treated as more important than regular members. Classes are always messing up my workout routine.

Lying People work in Coon rapids ! ! !Before going to massage I have to ask if LTBuck cover massage they say Yes .When I done with massage I have to pay $80 and she tell me LTBuck do not cover massage so Matt give me wrong info then I have to pay out my packet today is my last day of club I m going tell me my friends don t trust Coon rapids clubI hope this Business going down soon ! ! !.This is my second time when I start going to Club after this problem No more.
