Besides very limited availability, everything else was great! Helpful and very friendly staff. Worked with me on issues I ran into. Would recommend.

Horrible!!! Reserved an SUV on Monday for this weekend. To show and be told they do not have my vehicle, sucks!!! Not only do you not have my vehicle you have NO SUVs at all. I was expecting a decent compensation. Another disappointment.

Didnt have the vehicle I reserved (Rav4). Offered me a Jeep that I couldnt get in or out of. And a tiny kicks. Ended up with a equinox which cost me considerably more per day. Picked it up Monday at 9:00 a.m. dropped it off 8 days later Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. and they charged me an additional $24 for an extra hour? Overall $250 more than what I reserved.

The staff as always is very friendly and helpful. And it doesnt even matter which location its in. I been to multiple ones in different States. If youre going to rent a car, this is definitely the place to go!

I have used this location many times. Overall, they are professional and courteous. The rental vehicles are typically in good order and clean. Except this time. It appeared that the truck had been used to haul decorative stone sometime before my rental. There were many rocks between the metal pickup bed and the liner. They made noise when driving. The bed itself was very dirty. The interior was likewise less then tidy, looking like someones work truck. The drivers side door made a terrible creaking noise when opening or shutting. All this for a Ford F-150 with about 36,000 miles on it.Again, overall this location is very good. The vehicles are generally in good, clean condition. But every now an then you get something like this. I will still go back for rentals.

Great Group of people at this location in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. I was treated great, I was important, and I got the vehicle I needed. I would go back to them every and anytime that I need a rental car. They really helped me out. I wont forget them. Thanks again Jim

The staff is excellent,helpful and courteous. The only issue is their car selection. They rarely have Full Size or Large SUVs and their 7 passenger Vans lack DVD features. I travel often with family and these are big must haves for me. I prefer to come here since its 4 miles from my house but do to their offering of vehicles I often find myself driving all the way to the airport to get what I need. Customer Service gets 5 stars. Vehicle Options would get a 2 from me.

These people are complete liars! They told me that I had to put a deposit down and pay in full when its returned. NOT THE CASE!! They continued to pull money out of my account regardless of what the Contract says. Complete crooks and they Blatantly lie to your face.

The staff at Enterprise outdid themselves with their service and friendliness. We needed a vehicle while our car was at the dealer getting work done. The dealer dropped the ball with getting a usable vehicle. Enterprise made a potentially terrible experience much better.The van we rented was clean and trouble free.When I dropped the van off I was given a ride to the dealer right away. It was crazy fast. I only spent maybe 8-10 minutes from the time I walked in to when I was being driven to the dealer! (I didnt catch the name of the gal that helped me but she was amazing to work with!)The Coon Rapids location is a little out of the way for me but after this experience I will definitely be back anytime I need a rental.Thanks Enterprise!

The rental was quick and the service was friendly, it was the final billing which was poor. I checked my credit card statement and they charged me for an extra days rental. It was dropped off during after hours with the key drop and was assured that was OK. I went to the location and the branch manager said he would reverse the charges. I checked my statement two days after he told me it would be fixed and still no credit. Today I called the branch and have to check back in two days or call again if not reversed. This is not a good way to do business, I may never rent with them again and take my business else where.

Good staff! They dropped me off when I needed a ride home after my work trip.Not impressed with the vehicle. No cruise control! No cruise for 4 hours one way! Thats 8 hours of foot on pedal to keep a steady speed. Left me stiff and sore when I finally got to my destination. I dont mind a basic vehicle but I thought cruise was a standard option.But good customer service and easy checkout.

Excellent service. Pick up and return is a great plus. Great friendly people at this location. (A slight problem when the windshield wipers were not working properly but they had me in another car within 10 minutes so it was no big deal.). Office was closed - a holiday- when I returned the car. I got a courtesy phone call next day.

July 18 started off as a bad day with another car rental place. Not only was our rental 1hr late, but when informed that it was gone cost us more money to rent they vehicle we needed to accommodate our family. Came to the Riverdale location and the employee their worked with my husband and I. I hope I have his name right but Corey went above and beyond his job duties that day. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I can’t thank you enough

I went to Enterprise after being rear ended. Nadia provided outstanding customer service and picked me up/dropped off at the beginning and end of the rental period. The Toyota I rented was immaculately clean and had a full tank of gas. I will be a repeat customer.

Get my car here for my regular business travel. Staff is always friendly, but I had an awesome experience with Kelly (manager in training) last time. She asked if I wanted a VW Jetta or a Dodge Charger, no difference in price. Obviously, I grabbed the keys to the Charger. Thanks for the great deal, Kelly!

Very helpful. Exchanged my vehicle for one I preferred to drive, and they had the car warning up for me when I got there. Considering the sub-zero temps it was very thoughtful.

I really dont like the on-line reservation process; the website needs some help.Once I got to the facility, everything was good. Friendly greeting, desk help seemed to know what they were doing. The car ran well; I should have asked more questions to get oriented to the car.Check in was easy.

The staff at Enterprise is excellent. They go out of their way to get you into the right vehicle. I personally will rent from them again whenever i need a truck or a car. Reserving a vehicle on line is recommended for even faster service.

Pick up and drop off both went as well as one could ask for considering how busy the location was at the time of our visit. My wife and I were quite pleased with the upgrade to a new Chrysler 300AWD since we were driving into a major ice storm. I will definitely return to Enterprise for my next road trip.

Came in to get an Altima, they didnt have it so had to settle for the tiny versa. Called couple of days to see if they had an Altima, they said I can come swap it out right then. Came in 45 min after the call and they said they just need to bring it to Firestone for an oil change had to settle for a Sentra.

I came into Enterprise after having a horrible experience at the Hertz up the road. I explained my situation to the Enterprise Manager and he did what he could to fix the errors of the competing company and he even beat the discounted rates I was already given by the competition. Ill give them 5 stars after I pick up the car next week and everything goes without any issues as I expect it too.

It was really easy to use the app and set up renting a car. Ended up extending and was able to do it over the phone.

Not happy. I dont care to have more charges added to my bill. When we had already finished our contract. The car we brought back was fine. But they charged me twice for the extra insurance. Wont rent from them again.

This is the only place I get my cars from Sam has been awesome to me and the fiat in driving right now is to die for i dont wanna give it back.

I have rented form the Coon Rapids Enterprise location many times. In the past I have had very few problems. I always reserve a standard size car and Im usually given a Nissan Altima or Toyota Camry. This time they tried to give me a Kia Soul. They insisted that this was a standard size car. When I told them that the Kia was not acceptable the only other option was a Nissan Rouge which they charged a full size SUV price for. To top off the issues when I received the invoice they were trying to charge me for mileage. This reservation was made under a corporate contract that includes unlimited mileage. After some arguing the person I was working with said I guess I can remove it. This is the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I will not be going back to this Enterprise location.

I rent often for out of town trips and Enterprise in Coon Rapids are always accommodating to my needs. I rent for personal and business use. Ive tried other rental companies and branches but now I only use Enterprise in Coon Rapids.
