Needed a Pre-Purchase Inspection done on a used vehicle before purchasing from a private party and I am not from the area. These guys made it happen and where very accommodating in a pinch. They made me very comfortable with the decisions I needed to make moving forward. No stone left unturned, they knew what they where doing and gave me solid advice on next steps. HiTen has been my go-to service station since I was a teen. Its a true family business and you can definetly trust their mechanics. Their prices are fair and they do a great job of explaining what needs to be done. This is a place you can send your grandma without fear of being ripped off. My only fear with giving them a perfect recommendation and 5 stars, is that it might take longer to get in, but theyve been so good to me and my family over the years of fixing our cars, trucks, vans ... They deserve 6 stars if that was an option.

Received honest and informative information/opinion about my cars electrical issues. They took longer than expected for the diagnostics, but ended up not charging me since they couldnt find the problem. Would highly consider returning here for other car-related service needs.

Got me in quick at the end of the day for an oil change. Staff was so friendly. Gave me a heads up about some issues with my tires. As my tires have warranty I took them to where I got them but Ill definitely be taking my car to Scott and his team for anything else

I cant say enough great things about Scott and his team. My daughters car needed brakes, I called Tuesday evening to schedule appointment for Wednesday morning at 7:00 am. I dropped off the car and they called me with a quote for the work with in an hour. The price was fair and the work was completed a few hours late. Great full service auto shop with courteous, professional mechanics. This is an honest shop, which is hard to find. Theyre not the cheapest place in town, but theyll do the job right, and stand behind their work. (Full disclosure, my brother owns it--he bought it from my dad, who started it in 1958). Most of their clientele is second and third generation customers!

You can expect quick work, clear communication, and they were up front about price. They were willing to take extra time to talk through options and answer my many questions. I am highly likely to return in the future.

Shawn was really friendly and helpful. The other guy was as well, but I didnt catch his name. They charged a fair price to have my recently purchased pre-owned vehicle checked out. They were knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely go back again for any repairs needed.

The Crew is very nice, honest, and go above and beyond for their customers. I went in to get my brakes and rotors replaced, they did a wonderful job, but not only that, they saw my heat shield on the underside of my car was lose( it has been for over a year, and is the most irritating sound, makes my car sound like a hunk of junk) they went out of their way and tightened it up for me, I hadn’t realized how bad it made my car sound until the noise was gone, my car sounds like new again. I also had to pop my hubcap off the other day to put air into my tire and Was in a hurry and couldn’t get it back on. they didn’t have to, but they saw the cap sitting in my front seat and popped it back on for me. That’s what I call 5star service!!!

I had a heap of work needed and they were fast, helpful, and my car feels brand new. Will definitely be using their services from now on. Five stars!

Been taking our vehicles here for years, never been disappointed.

They were just very rude did not want to give me the correct amount of change did not give me what I ordered had to drive through three times and then I was afraid to even eat it I actually just drove down the street and throw it away

I had an exhaust peace break on my truck today. I called and talk to to shawn and he told they were busy but if I was willing to wait he might be able to fix. The I waited 15 mins and they asked for my keys. 30 mins later they had me all fixed up. Grateful they were able to get me in. I didnt want that peace of exhaust to fall off and hit someone.Thanks for the great work Shawn and Russell.

I have been bringing my 15 year old car here for service for many years and I must say you guys are the best. I have Shawn check my car out about twice a year and his honesty about what is wrong with my car is overwhelming, I sometimes stop in for a small repair and they always seem to squeeze me in. Never have I ever had that kind of service in the 45 years I have owned a car. You have some very good employees working for you, its too bad we dont have more businesses like yours. If I could give your business more then five stars I would.
