I went on to a community page and this company was recommended to me for my needs. I called and they were able to come out in a timely manner. Kelsey helped me with a ton of electrical issues and knew exactly what he was doing and he explained everything clearly so that I understood what was happening. He was open to answering more questions as he was working and made reasonable and affordable solutions. He was early and stayed for almost 9 hours working to get the job done.David came out and took care of my AC problems. He too was knowledgeable and efficient.This company and their employees are absolutely amazing. They all made the process simple from the quote to the financing to the work getting done. I will definitely hire them again if need be

We hired Twin City Heating and Air for a routine furnace check and tune up. From start to finish the communication was top notch. These guys came out to setup our new furnace and left it half finished. Not only that, but they left the exhaust open inside our house. The kids turned on the heat due to cold weather and that was when we smelled gas (exhaust). Centerpointe Energy was called out for an emergency due to a gas smell and found they did not bother to vent the exhaust out. The furnace was red tagged. It was finally fixed but it could have ended badly for my family if we had went to bed that night due to the carbon monoxide.

I had a really sick sweet Rottweiler that couldnt pant to stay cool and my central air decided to quit after 32 years. My husband and I panacked as temperatures were forecasted to be over 100 degrees. We called Twin Cities because of great reviews and these guys loaned me a part to keep my old system running the same day and gave me a inside loaner system. They took into account my sick dog which we will forever be grateful for. I remember them saying Oh no let me see what we can do and they meant it. The whole experience was like dealing with good friends and my family will always be grateful and loyal to this company.Due to our high and unforeseeable Vet bills at the University. My husband and I are remodeling our basement, and sought help from another HVAC company referred to us by our realtor, that did the initial work and installed a new A/C unit. After inspection, more work was needed. We turned to our previous company to come back out to complete work, and they said 5 to 6 weeks later they would try to work us in. We looked for help elsewhere, and Twin City Heating and Air stepped up They gave us and estimate within two days and completed the work within a week. We will never recommed the other company, but will recommed Twin City Heating and Air to anyone. They did a great job, and we are pleased!

Ricky was the service technician that tuned up our furnace. He was professional, friendly, and explained what he was going to do before he got started. Customer service was top notch from booking to completion.

These guys are great !! I used them recently when I needed my furnace inspected and tuned up. They showed up on time, masked up and did a video of the unit first. They spotted a crack in heat exchanger in my 20 year old furnace. He explained that it was common in the Brand and model. After showing cost difference between repair or replace the unit I chose to replace it. The new one was replaced timely and was fairly priced ! Note : I had other companies service this unit and crack was never found. Experienced techs are important ! Great company, use them !

Great work and at a reasonable price. When other companies couldnt get out to work on our air conditioner this past summer, the owner came out and fixed it in no time for a nominal fee. We hired them again this January to install ductwork for our new bathroom and they got it done when we needed it and for much less than anybody else. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs heating and air work done right.

Twin City air does not give you a price quote over the phone. All I needed was a Freon charge for my air conditioner. I went with this company over others because they said they waive the inspection fee if I actually use their service. I thought it’d be cheaper.When they inspected my AC they told me it would cost $695 for the Freon. That is a ridiculous price, and the fact that they would not give me a quote over the phone led me to waste $95 for inspecting something that I already knew was needed.Mike was a nice guy, but I felt duped by the company.

My furnace went out when it was -10 overnight. Even though their workload was assuredly heavy due to recent frigid weather, they arrived within 2hrs when I called in the morning. Steve was thorough, and gave me solid documentation on all the items he worked on.

I’d recommend getting competitive bids. Our central air unit needed a capacitor, which, according to online research, costs approximately $5. For 20 minutes of labor plus the capacitor they charge $370. This does not include service charge.Quite expensive.

Got my heat going within 30mins of arriving.Just a little disappointed on pricing.I was called by there service rep that they had to cancel my app due to the fact that they don’t service manufactured home Furnaces. I called another company and was quoted $250 for the repair minutes later the service rep called to cancel.Once I got home the tech was already knocking on my door. I told him that they cancel and that he said had it on his route so I told him what my Furnace needed to be repaired onI was quoted $120 more then the other company quoted me.The Technician couldn’t really tell me the break down on why it was so high just to replace a Igniter.

My experience with Twin Cities Heating and AC was very positive. I needed a HVAC certification. They came out as scheduled and I was pleased with their service. My dealings with Wymond, as well as those working in his company were professional and I felt like this is a very honest, reliable business. I will call them again with any future heating or AC needs.

They did not pull a permit before starting the job, only filed for it after I asked about it, removed my old (working) furnace and started the sheet metal work knowing they didnt have a furnace on hand to put in, which left me without a furnace for weeks (it was in August/September thankfully) and unable to go with a different contractor. Ended up with a scratch and dent unit for which they gave me a rebate of $200. Installers left the condensation drain line laying across the basement floor (code violation) and told me that the only other option was to install a pump (then do that!), so I had to have them out again after returning from vacation to install it. In addition, the furnace wasnt working upon my return, requiring a service call. The whole process has been going on for nearly 4 months and the job is yet to be inspected by DSI.
