For two years I have been trying to get them to schedule me on a routine 3-month basis for pest control. They absolutely cannot seem to understand. I was told by the woman in the office today that if they dont show up every 3 months I should call them. I explained to her that it was her responsibility to schedule the jobs, not the customer to keep track of when they were supposed to be there. I dont understand the purpose of scheduling every 3 months if you have to call to remind them. Very very very poor service.

Fair fast service. Great people work there. I needed bees removed a day before my roofer came never a worry untied showed up took care of the problem

Great customer service! Very friendly and on-time. The exterminator helped me examine my mattress and box spring to insure there wasnt any bedbugs. Im 5 months pregnant with other children in the house and I really appreciated his concern and generosity!
