For the past 3 days it says they are open but they havent been open! No sign! Nothing, to let customers know whats going on! It is now 6:22pm I called the store again and they answered Burger King! I showed up at the store and they have it locked. One big guy came out and said they werent ever opening again and Id need to take it up with the landlord. Very rude and Ill be glad to take my service somewhere else!

Drove 40 minutes to go to the store. We got there, 1 employee. After picking out our 2 phones for upgrade, ( customer since 2017). Employee called the manager (he called the manager several times) and the manager wanted us to come back the next day at 4 due to the employee being a new trainee. Why would a new person be in the store by himself when he couldnt do an upgrade. Calling customer service didnt help at all. I will have to drive back to the store another 40 minute drive. Totally unacceptable customer service.!!!

The young blonde girl that works in there is the absolute best boost mobile employee of all time. I Recommend the cookeville location because of her. She was the best help and so kind

They did a great job making sure we were all set up. They also made sure they told all the information I needed to set it up and make sure I knew what I needed to know. Devon was the one who helped us and he did a great job and making sure that we spent the money we wanted to spend not too much. We didnt feel pressured to buy something different he accepted what we had and knew that that was all we had. Like I said it was really nice to have somebody that didnt seem to be pushy so they did an amazing job in serving us and getting us phones!!
