Andrew Brown is a phenomenal worker and is very helpful and concise when explaining the best way to file taxes. The system itself is easy to follow as well.

Every time once been in there they have been rude, argued with me, treated me like i was a burden to their day and worst of all contradict themselves over and over on whether i get the earned income tax credit (i do by the way) costing me $4000 on my income tax only for me to get it back as an amended a year later (which Im still waiting on)They charge me $500 to basically tell me to do my taxes myself.They have so little confidence in their ability the emrald cards bank wont even loan me my refundAndrew Brown is the only pleasant person to deal with, going as far as to pay for the postage for my second amended himself. His efforts as a secretary are the only reason they get two stars instead of 1.Would not recommend dealing with this circus act at all. Save that $500 and do it yourself on the IRS website for free. It will be faster and more accurate and less stressful.

This is definitely one of my favorite H&R Block locations!!! It’s on a road named after Thomas Jefferson and I’ve mentioned many times in other reviews that Thomas Jefferson is the best president ever, so for there to be an H&R Block on a road named after Thomas Jefferson is like a match made in heaven for me!!! Except H&R Block is so good, that it might as well be heaven. I love you, H&R Block. You’re the best business!!

They messed our taxes up! Didnt put our account and routing number for our stimulus to be deposited after telling our agent multiple times. Called in and was lied to and told lies about us to cover their mistakes. Now we lose all our money to bankruptcy. We needed this stimulus money for food and bills. We will never use this place again. They are rude and very unprofessional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. For starters me and my significant other have both tried calling and making appointments several times and twice todat even leaving a message. So I decided to go directly to the office to find the only employee there is having personel conversations on the phone. She was the rudest hr employee I’ve ever worked with on top of assuming I didn’t make adequate money this year and making negative comments about my work history this year without pulling any information up whatsoever.

Very confusing and when id ask a question I would get answered with a question. And when my name got called a man jumped up and went before me even after the fact they knew that he was not me it was very unprofessional. In my opinion.
