We rented tables and chairs for our wedding. The tables and chairs arrived 2 hours late. The tables were dirty and sticky. The white chairs were dirty and had black scuff marks on them. The next day morning we were packing up, the SaltBox arrived to pickup the tables and chairs, we apologized for not being ready because we were told they would come on Sunday or Monday. The man who came made a rude comment so I told him that I was going to give them a one star review due to the condition of the tables and chairs. He said that he was scared and was unhappy that he had to move the tables up a short incline. I told him that was part of his job and that if he didn’t like it he should get a different job. He made a rude comment about getting a different job and walked off. I have rented tables and chairs approximately twenty times from different vendors and have never been spoken to or treated as I was treated by Salt Box Rentals. I would not recommend them for rentals.
